    endless thanks was waiting this since much time!! :D do you usually do this in free body or with some little weight too? May you make a similar version video but more "advanced" so with some equipment/weight? thanks sooo much:)) u're great inspiration as always :*

      I usually do this routine without weights as if you do it slowly, it is quite challenging. Feel free to add ankle weights when doing it if you want more of a challenge. Glad you enjoyed the video!

    Just wondering if you are being challenged in doing a bridge, what do you think is the maximum time you could stay up?
