I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes September 28, 2019. At first it was a struggle but if you eat right and excercise it's not so bad

@@Flash98790 you can't really get rid of diabetes but you can put it into remission and live normal with no insulin shots by strict dieting, fasting and daily exercise. It's important to start these things ASAP after getting diagnosed. In 5 years I've been able to cut out my short acting insulin shots 4 times a day to just having to take my Lantus shot 1 time a day 1 hour after I go for a run and before I eat breakfast. Are you having to take injections or insulin pills? I was pretty bad off when I got diagnosed but some Type 2s don't really have it that bad and with lifestyle changes can reverse it and put it into remission. Once you get in the flow of knowing your body and feeling if your sugar is low or high it gets a lot more easy to manage... especially with all the good modern day medicines and technology. @@WaRveteran. Low carbs low sugar high protein...I would stick with the carnivore diet it helps the body heal
@@WaRveteran. I would at least go for a walk after waking up and drink a glass of water, same at lunch and same before dinner

Those are all symptoms of Diabetes but you could be prediabetic and a trip to the hospital right now could save your life or catch it in time you can reverse it...go to the Doc ASAP or at least start eating healthy and exercising daily. Did you recently give birth? If so it could be Gestational Diabetes in Woman after giving birth.

The last time I got my blood sugar tested my doctor said I’m at a high risk for diabetes
The tingle thing has happens a lot recently and diabetes runs in my faimily and my doctor thought I had it a year ago but I did not so I don’t know if I have it now or might have it😮

I was diagnosed in 2019 and had all of those symptoms. 😢
I didnt and still dont have any noticeable symptoms. I noticed that my fasting sugar was 112 on a blood test. The doctor was not concerned. I insisted on more testing as Type 2 runs in my family. Sure enough the A1C was elevated. Be your own advocate.

I had an unquenchable thirst. My tongue felt like a horseshoe rasp. I was losin my vision. I was losin my energy. I was gettin up every 15 or 20 minutes all through the night, to EAT ICE CREAM AND APPLE PIE.

All true, except with type 2 you actually gain weight because of high levels of insulin, insulin is a fat storing hormone. Type 2 diabetes is really a high insulin state where your cells have become so resistant to insulin hence "insulin resistance" and the end result is high blood sugar, iow type 2 diabetes is the end result of insulin resistance.

Bc i didnt knew the day they took my bloodwork I was hungry so I bought two snack one bar I don’t know the name but its a logo of a guy mountain climbing and one cookie pack again don’t know name. I ate it then I also ate some piece of sweet bread . I pretty sure I ain’t more sweet and fruits but im scare if my blood sugar increases. I don’t want to be diabetic. If I try to lose weight and healthy will my blood sugar low down to normal human being blood sugar and I can live my life normally again eating sweet food or any food but with cautious or do I have to eliminate food that I use to eat and always have to move around?

Yes 2 there is two kinds of diabetes type one which is genetic and it’s an auto immune disease because this is the not the right symptoms for type two diabetes These are the symptoms for type one diabetes.type two diabetes is due to bad health, not any of the symptoms.
