- It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of trouser suits, so I thought it was about time I dedicated a Closet Confessions to my favourite ways of styling them. For many of us, suits are synonymous with stuffy, boring office wear - but with a few clever styling hacks, they can become a versatile and joyful part of your everyday wardrobe. When choosing your perfect suit, consider your most flattering colour, cut and hem length. Then when it comes to styling, you can really go wild - clever layering and statement accessories can take a suit from corporate to cool in no time…

I love how you make any outfit work. Classy, edgy, classy with some edgy.. all styles look brilliant. Inspiring ideas. Especially, when you combine some bold colours and they still look balanced enough in one outfit. Like that silver suit (so sparkly and bold, but also easy on the eye). As a guy, I find we mostly try to play it safe, but with some small changes and outfit can have a totally different vibe. Really interesting.

Loved this. Most people think trouser suits and being buttoned up and corporate. You make everything so cool. I particularly liked the pinstripe suit with long blouse particularly buttoned.

Yes I like fit and flare better on me. My build is the opposite of Trinny, I'm 5'4" and curvy. I enjoy seeing the awesome looks Trinny London comes up with for her long tall slender body. Twinning helps me take from it for my figure .
😁Trinny does look absolutely stunning in fit & flair trousers as well as wide legged trousers & wedges (or platforms). 😔Always longed for her exact proportions. 🤗Also appreciate the Twinning series to explore how I might look/feel in any given silhouette too.
⏳️ I'm 5'7" voluptuous hourglass who no matter how slim always felt like ☆ BLOATED ☆ 🎤Elvis in the former pant style🤣. She's slowly winning me over to the latter style though〰️esp. the more traditional trouser w/the slimming sporty stripe accent😃. May have more exaggerated curves than Trinny, but we both share the less ideal long torso/short leg combo.

Very different styles, not the boring repetition of oversized one can see everywhere. You are adding some lovely complexity and skills to the trends.
I would love to see ten ways of wearing long more casual dresses and transforming them into a more sophisticated look when improvising an evening out! (A bit long to explain, but hopefully clear enough 😃 ).

Then wear it. No one is stopping you lol the point is to wear what you like that suits you. What’s definitely NOT the point is trying not to be like the other girls because that makes you feel better about yourself lol.
You have probably done this before but would love to see the balance of bigger tops/slimmer bottoms and vice versa. Love how you add pops of colour to bring an outfit alive.

🤔If you're challenged buying matching trouser suits 2nd hand, I would take her leopard print example & run with it. How Trinny took a 2pc classic yet slouchy leopard print co-ord pant set (top+pant), & put another leopard print coat on top. She created a fun, modern quirky trouser set.
😉Seem to run into a lot of soft, slouchy patterned trouser co-ord sets @ thrift stores that strike me as a tad dated. Think adding a smart blazer in a coordinating color〰️esp. using some of her clever style hacks here〰️could 💯% elevate it to edgy elegance w/those pieces. 🍀Good luck!

I love love ALL your videos! 💗 I wanted to dare to make a special request, I am obsessed with anything mauve, lilac, violet, light purple etc. The problem, I am not sure which of those colors suits me better. I have a skin tone similar to Salma Hayek (a bit lighter) with very very dark brown eyes with lots but light freckles on my face ... 🥲 and caramel highlights with a brown base, gold tones suit me wonderfully! Since the Spring is on its way, would you kindly make a video about those hues and shades of purple and what other colors they work with? 🙏 Thank you so much!! 💖

Loved this Trinny! I am someone who grew up in corporate but now am in higher Ed pursuing a masters for a field that may not require all the suits I acquired. I was actually thinking maybe I should give them away but I am going to rework them. I just scored that printed blazer (summery one) in the Zara sale!!! Didn’t get the pant though. 😕

Not sure why anyone finds those flat black chunky boots attractive you wore with the printed suit. They just make feet look massive. Love when you get the sissors out. You looked fabulous in the all white suit. Great video xx

Love the creativity of all the suits. And the colours - how they all come together. However, I simply don’t like the big boot trend for myself. I wonder if these same looks can be used with a more classic boot (or runners) not so thick soled. 🤔 Guess I’d have to experiment.
