A week ago I uploaded a video where I talked about the VFX and CGI of Adipurush and the comment section of that video gave me the Idea to make this video. In this video, I'm sharing my opinions on why New Bollywood Movies are getting so bad one after another, why Bollywood movies only does remakes of popular South Indian Films, and why Bollywood movies take Inspiration or let's say copy the concepts from Hollywood? In this video, I talked about everything which can potentially lead to a big downfall of Bollywood In the upcoming years. I don't hate Bollywood, I just don't like how this massive film industry works. And I think I'm not the only one who this like this.

Yeah, Once upon a time, there used to be a time when I loved to watch Hindi movies. But nowadays I only watch anime. That doesn't mean I hate Hindi movies, I still love them. Because when I try to find new Hindi movies, the only thing I find is,

3. love
So,at the end of the day, I lost my interest and started watching anime again and that's the end. After that, when I want to watch some movies, I find some old ones or some Hollywood movies.

I think downfall of bollywood is good for evolution of indian cinema, giving space to rising regional language cinemas kannada, tamil, telugu, malayalam, marathi, bengali cinemas which are rich mines in culture and heritage could create content that makes us audience proud as indians not only in india but internationally!! its time these got their due recognition for talent and long history of cinema which was overshadowed and side line by bollywood for decades which was unfair, justice is happening now!!

no one other bollywood itself is responsible for it's downfall. They already had such a huge population of over 1.2 billion. All they had to do was be creative. Give work to creative writers and directors. Not only this, India itself has such a rich culture, history, mythology which world doesn't know. They can easily make huge projects on them. But sadly bollywood has just become a remake-wood. And if not remake, it is mostly social issue, woke agenda, some absurd, brainless masala films.
Even foreign are making money from Indian content&mythos, like slumdog millionaire was based on Indian novel and also had Indian actors still hollywood made all the money from it, I am still confused about when they can make money from Indian content, then why our own Indian creators fail to do so

I don't care if bollywood collapse 🥱🥱 bollywood Audience have to change their taste completely and support originality, Creativity, talented,experienced high quality content by a Director and producer. Biggest problem with bollywood movies are unnecessary songs, dances and boring love story, just by removing those parts, movies length could be shorter and overall movie plot could be on point.
No , songs were always part of filmmaking in hindi cinema if added correctly they add more beauty to story. The best bollywood type grand love story produced was veer zaara.

I think, most of the Indian films, post pandemic have not done well. Just One RRR in telugu, One KGF in kannada, One vikram in Tamil, One Bramhastra or BB2 can not revive an industry. Except these movies most of the films have not made a mark which is very alarming. Hollywood, too is going through this.
But the concern for bollywood is much more grave coz bollywood audience was made through hard working masala film directors, like Yash Chopra, Manmohan desai, Raju Hirani, David dhawan, Rohit shetty,SLB..
They had audience right from Tier 1 cities to Village audience. Rural audience and single screen make a superstar, but since bollywood shifted It's focus to become Gyandata, Wannabe Hollywood they lost touch with It's audience. In 90s Bollywood had young superstar like SRK, Aamir, Salman, Govinda, Akshay, Ajay.
After hrittik, how many have gained the mass audience who will turn turn up just to see the superstar? None.
we need new director, writter and producer with new generation ideas.
But new generation under drug abuse
only 1% indian watch movies in theater
basically big stars should be kept where they have to be and script writers, cinematographers should be valued and paid more..

Jo bhi ho bollywood ke sath I just hope astraverse chale because it has the potential. My advice to bollywood stop remaking stuff, stop promoting woke western culture, dont chase Hollywood. Make rooted films for indian audiences rather than making it for NRIs and 1% population living in south bombay and south delhi. Now the time is right for making films based on history, mythology, scriptures, culture which can help in our cultural revival. And at last be careful what u speak in your interviews and social media. Btw I am excited for bhediya

@@SunayanaSB1998 well as a story these movies definitely aren't really that well written or complex probably 5/10 at Max but sometimes well executed and stylized action is enough to make your viewers invested in your movie.
You also need to understand a big portion of audience isn't tier 1 people who consume quite a lot foreign content but people from tier 3 cities who only watch a movie to spend their Sunday with some fun or have some good time with their friends. They only want a character that they feel related to and can enjoy the overall simplicity of the movie.

Had a huge lot of expectations from Brahmastra and empathy for the director. Went for the 1st day - 1st show. I'm gonna be honest... it was disappointing. It was like one of the movies or series of phase 4 of Marvel. I don't know what you liked about the movie (except CGI - VFX) but i personally respect your choice. But at the end Brahmastra was not in any way a revival or hope for Bollywood, considering the time taken and budget spent, it has proved itself as a Bad Investment.
PS : The visual effects team earned my respect ✨
yes no doubt have put effort nd money on VFX but where was the content and no natural feel when each and everything becomes cgi and VFX...
It was vast improvement in that area and first time based on Hindu mythological characters. But story, dialogue and performances were poor. Now movies don't have longevity in theaters with just actors who are casted for namesake to bring in the audience and top of that they're overexposed. South star, legendary actor and real life couple who are popular with youth is not enough. No wonder this movie couldn't do better than it already has.
Brahmastra was one of the disasters I watched in theaters.
VFX was awesome.
Intro of SRK was awesome.
Bull vs truck was ment for theater (They spoiled the moment by using it in trailer)
Apart from that, a half baked love story.
Everyone knows Part of Brahmastra is in ashram. Villans are on the way. Instead of stay and defend, all they did was shining light to sky and leave everything in the hand of Guruji and some kids and left.
The problem is it focused a lot on romance in an action fantasy cultural film

You should watch Everything Everywhere All At Once, and if possible make a video on it. The concept and how it plays through is just amazing
If you are taking about big budget movie then i would kind of agree but there are so many bollywood movies in last 10 years which are soo in with hollywood. Be it sardaar udhaam or URI or the lunchbox or looter or bhaag milkha bhaag or pink or airlift. I think the problem is after pandemic and big budget movies which cast these big actors. Like the south has recently few movies which got superhit because in a pile of same thing they create something which is really good like they do try similar genres for big budget be it rrr or pushpa like they know how to handle mass from time to time because that is what they have been working towards. And the problem has been raising in almost all cinema but the thing is bollywood has to prove itself hard otherwise the big budget movies will no more accepted just for the sake of it. They need to justify the budget and we all know that we are capable of telling stories way intricate and better and emotional humanized stories that connects. So hopeful for a positive change.

To be honest, there are still many movies which still have yet to be released so I don't think we can say that Bollywood will die but considering the situation right now, the chances of that happening is increasing every month. Tollywood on the other hand seems to rise rapidly thanks to S. S. Rajamouli, Prabhas, Jr. N.T.R. and many other great talents. Anyways, let's see what happens in the future.

It's truly a mystery
A person who puts emphasis on good stories, immersive story telling, and fulfilling screenplay, says he liked Brahmastra, really makes me question what is even real anymore

In brahmastra the love story and the childish dialogues are the only problem otherwise the movie is good atleast in the terms of CGI . Their is no movie other movie than brahmastra made in Bollywood which have such a great use of VFX

And putting effort on vfx without actual content won't work always...kantara was one such example that without spending crores on VFX, still content can win..

After started watching Hollywood movies I have realized how mediocre and useless Bollywood is in every aspect.
Totally disagree with you I know they are making remake after remake and don't present new stories
But there are few makers and films which have been good this year but wasn't liked by audience
due to lack of over the top masala entertainment as they now are failing again and again they will learn and will stop

I can understand brother, thank you for your comment. Later in this video, I did say that some quality filmmakers exist in bollywood but due to bad content and over-the-top bad films, good filmmakers are not getting any spotlight either. And I also talked about how things will change in the industry, change will come with original concepts and experiments.
Whatever remakes are coming they have already been planned and some already made. No one can help but release them
