I like how he pats gently to make the beans and leaf fit together. Here in Hawaii some people are using other parts of the pod as well. I don't know how yet, so don't ask me. Thanks for sharing this nice demonstration, very informative.
Thanks for the video. I have a cocoa tree with cocoa fruit ripe whole through the years just for beautification but now I'll try and do some thing out of them with the information, thnks great video.
kathy farobo , Sweet! You are so blessed to have a cacao tree. Lots of things you can do, and it's yours!, so not regulated by government. Cacao and cacao products are soo healthy and tasty for eating and for skin and hair care!!
Sorry, this not making chocolate from cacao beans... this is fermenting beans.. making chocolate is a total different, Und much more difficult matter. Here in madagascar we throw them in a wooden crate, or empty rice bag for a week. And that's it. Nice video:)

can you ferment the fresh seeds in your house, or does it have to be outdoors? Thank you
Great video.
Thanks!
Thanks amazing stuff
Glad you enjoyed it
An advice, you should prun all your plants, then you have a natural pest control and also improve your production!! Good look
Thank you very much for your video. I would like to know more about fermenting. could you explain it more fully. Thank you.
I wonder why Thailand don't grow the cacao tree, Big money in chocolate. This was very interesting, Thanks.
***** I wondered that, also. Especially since cacao is grown in nearby Vietnam. It's low-tech farming that most small farmers could do.
Are they clones, or a qualitively stable population?
What can we do with the bean shells?
Sir i need a tree plz inform me. How i will get it
Where are you?
Where can I get the cocoa pods ?
+Asma BakeSweet If you're not living in a tropical country, it could be tough to find cocoa pods. You might try Ebay.
