I think it can become too messy for her to do the small ones afterwards. So it is more practical this way.

Best video I have seen of its kind. Such precision and purpose, not just random poking and slicing. Really held my interest.
Just once I’d like to see the cleansing treatment after the extractions.
I gotta say (going to a cosmetologist to get my acne treated) its a long process before they even pop the pimples and everything. My cosmetologist cleanses my face, then puts on a hydrating mask, cleansing gel and then she extracts all of it. The extraction alone takes like 15-25 minutes I'd say and when they pull out the scalpel.. your face hurts like hell. They have to put another cream and some kind of water (idk what kind) and then a mask that's gonna calm your skin down.. it works :d I go there in a few hours

This gets better each time I watch it. The first time was agonizing waiting for her to get to the big one. Now I like watching her clean the surrounding areas first…that cheek started out really swollen from all the clogs. This one and Hung #7 are the two best ones on the channel! Very different types of acne and very satisfying to watch the cleanup.

Actually it’s not if she does the correctly procedure and treatments after,i had an acne crisis during pandemic and went to one of the best dermatologists here and one part of the treatment was this,and i can tell u i only have some redness now,but im not finished with the treatment yet,it hurts like hell but it’s worth it

Good grief, what was all that brutal digging close to the end, absolutely ridiculous amount of trauma to that poor face, and all the previous so called blood letting can only cause unnecessary bruising to the soft tissue. Dreadful technique
It was a cystic spot, the sac is what shoots out onto the q tip, if they leave it in or any remnants of it, big risk of a worse infection.

I really feel like this individual needs a dermatologist for something like this. Seriously. I'm considered about the skin and also infection after possibly.
It’s probably some form of cystic acne. It can be treated w oral medication or topical medication. This is a pretty bad case tho, but who knows their situation. I don’t blame you, I’d be cringing every time!

I want to see the process after the extraction is done. Is there a cleansing process or some sort of cream applied?
I've had this done to me before and as much as i can remember they do cleanse the face before and after the extraction process. Then they applied, I think, two different creams after.
This was really painful tho and my face was all swollen after our appointment

It doesn’t matter much. This patient needs much more than just popping some blackheads. The skin will just go back to the way it was.

After the picking, they need to antiseptic the wound with calming ingredients also to kill bacteria so it won't trigger more acne bacteria. Thereafter repair.
A friend of mine is a dermatologist and I show him this video, he is legit concerning of the guy because with all these wounds and no proper aftercare, this guys is gonna have scars for the rest of his life. But at the same time, he applauded to the guy for sitting so well with the pain
