Yes definitely make sure to play music when we want to actually hear the gears shifting. And don't frame the video so we can see the shifter either.

    Why all the background music?

    Great 1st Run!
If you could test car on rollers like dyno rollers for resistance & higher speeds. Or try very secure jack stands using (parking) brakes "some" for resistance it might/should make testing process faster hopefully telling how best to align or compromise the fitment
From viewing about 2 dozen TH-cam reviews/how to's it seems alignment needs to be near prefect and the give & take process possibly quite involved from shims to slightly up/back maybe even one corner elevated to simple luck via trail & error. With Many 4 & 5 speed H pattern manuals there is a lot of "slop" which I think makes it harder for the sequential's alignment and thus to be smooth in every gear

Glad I'm not the only one. I watched some other videos prior but didn't see much comment on alignment. I did try some running on jack stands but didn't try park brake, good thought.
Playing around with the shims I think I'm getting pretty close. Just sucks having to keep pulling it apart.

@@RinerAutomotive the trail & error is the worst part but if you can correlate / see pattern in your forward back, &/or shimming evenly, to shimming front to back... or shimming one corner... and get it working well... yoU just saved $$$$$ and yeah got not only fun but Performance Advantage and One Big Smile on your face
my shop should have gotten another New Haltech ECU on Monday and dyno'd car Tuesday... I unfortunately doubt it happened but will call tomorrow --week's end-- and ask then advise if needed hopefully not what direction we/they should take. My guy is intelligent but Did Not do his Homework with all this stuff let alone hold Haltech more accountable. There's a more than willing & able engineer in FL who has done what I'm need for a few IMSA TA2 cars & then Rick Hendrix's group for a couple time trail cars --- ?? I found this guy when researching 6XD full sequential transmissions in Charlotte area about 18 mos ago. I hope you have success but I hope mine is FINALLY running even more LOL

I hope it gets running soon too. You're on the east coast, maybe we'll run into each other at an event sometime

S1 Sequential in Australia. I'm working through a few issues that may be my transmission

@@RinerAutomotive Is your trans a T56/TR6060 or T5 by any chance.
And is the issue a miss-shift from 2nd to 3rd [either not going into 3rd or selecting 5th]

T5. Issue I had was grinding into 2nd. I was able to go into all gears, although it took some time to properly align.
