The music will help you continue working. Some people advise to listen to music that is not in your native language or to listen to gaming music.

I use squared paper (I assume that’s what gridded is?) In the UK, we get given books for every lesson. Seeing people work on paper is really new and cool!
i bought a medium sized white board for like 10 bucks but you can get that piece of paper laminated and that is super cheap around 1 buck it is a bit easier that way. you can even go to a paper store or printer store ask for A3 paper (double size of A4 or standard paper) and ask them to laminate it and you'll have a bigger wite board
just a quick tip: if you enjoy making to-do lists, but thinks that it’ll just add extra waste to the environment, you can just use “google keeps” (it’s an app) for to do lists :)) that way, you get to reduce your waste, and have your to do list in your phone 🥴
Ugh im in my third year of college and still havent figured out the best effective way to study, hopefully watching all these will help motivate me more this semester! I recommend everybody to start learning your studying skills early! Lol
