To think these fox shenanigans are coming from foxes who had lived so much of life confined to a wire box. I’m so glad they now have such a good home with great care!
The whole Foxes interaction was so adorable!! It was basically "When your extroverted friend comes to your house for the first time". Yue definitely brought some needed insane energy to Shippo's enclosure, I hope they can all live together one day.
She almost acted like she knew him and was happy he was there!
Okay that was my favorite thing ever, please film anytime you open the doors so all the foxes can play. Literally the cutest thing ever, had a smile on my face the entire time. I definitely think the girls helped chippo feel more secure snd confident.

I've watched the play date about six times, I just can't get enough of how happy she is to see him. And even he's responding to that energy. I really hope this has helped him come out of his shell more.

You must talk about fundraising on your videos. People are much more emotionally moved everytime they see you two tending to the animals. Tell them you've put a link to the fundraiser in the description. You'll see much bigger success from that approach. Also, reading out the donors' names will make more people want to donate.
Green room pythons has a patreon/membership wall. Maybe having something special like that while they are building the sancutary would be helpful?

Everyday I'm on the edge of my seat until I see the notice of come up that you have put the vlog in place. Today even more so because when I saw that we were going to visualize the foxes making contact I was so excited. It was like going to some kind of extravaganza event and it definitely was just as exciting. It's so fantastic to watch the interplay and the progression of all these animals from the time that they come in until they become more comfortable and secure and know that they are loved. Beautiful people!

Hazel's reaction towards Shippo was pretty good. It may mot have been as dramatic as Yue, but the fact that she was calm and didn't show any dominance, even though that used to be her enclosure, was a really good sign!

Bean is so into his blueberries. I love how he always goes for them first. Thank you for your info on captive gators , tortoises and others. Some animals should not be pets. You have all the rescues and you care for them as naturally as you possibly can. Thank you for what you both do

"What does the fox say"..LOL So much fun watching the foxes first play date. While Shippo is fearful I keep getting a calmer (over thinking things) vibe from him. He may end up balancing the girls energy perfectly. FYI crazy animals sometimes=full moon or solar flairs.

Weirdly enough, I’m currently wearing useless farm merch! I live just a couple of hours away from them on the shores of Lake Ontario. Excellent video and I loved watching the foxes get to know one another!
I worked at an “Exotic Animal Clinic” a suburb of Chicago. We saw birds,rabbits,ferrets,reptiles, sugar gliders,guinea pigs. We did have a couple of Kinkajou’s, fennec fox, Coati, Sulcata (a huge one) We saw a white throated monitor, an anaconda, akangaroo. We did get a call from someone who had an alligator. We didn’t see primates , but we got calls about them. It seems like everyone wants to domesticate wild animals and it is so wrong. My previous experience was working at regular dog and cat clinics and at a huge specialty center with board certified veterinarians in surgery, dermatology, oncology, radiology, emergencies. I had no idea people actually had these exotic pets. It makes me sad to see the ones neglected. I always wanted my own rescue, and I am grateful to both of you for caring.❤ I just love all the crazy foxes !!

Papi and Julie - the most reacting critters there! Always love seeing them - and so many others. The foxes were so fun in this one! Yue acted like she'd been reunited with a long lost friend, and Shipo was like, "Do I know you?" But he warmed up to her! I'll enjoy watching as y'all 'figure it out' together! I love those thistles too, so I wasn't happy when my husband mowed all ours down.

I live in an area that has fairly dense forest and the first time we moved here and we heard foxes at night time. I thought it was a woman being murdered or for her in someway, it took a couple of days to find out what those sounds were actually from local foxes in our area. I believe it’s their mating calls, from the sounds I believe we have quite a few lol

Hey, Chris, thanks for stopping to show the thistles with the bumble/carpenter bee. I like insects, too, and never knew that they were the same animal. It explains the behavior of one particular "bumble" bee near our pool pump one summer; it kept circling me and hovering around me when I would come work on the pool, and yet would disappear under the eaves of the house, which definitely had me wondering why....but now it makes perfect sense!

Love hearing Yue's foxy laugh, she was such a happy girl. Poor Shippo 3 years in a cramped cage, hes got some trauma to overcome and I hope the girls can help him become more relaxed. What kind of fox was the other? Fennec, Ruppells? Was very cute and first time Ive seen it in a video. Lastly love some of the anime and Avatar names you give your rescues. 😊

The first baby emu only had the humans and where verry lonly and scared becasue in nature you are NOT safe if you are along. Thats also why a lot of animals sleep in a big pile.

Wildflower inventory. If you're going to keep that plot of land I'd suggest you add wildflowers to that easement. A few hundred dollars worth of wildflower seeds this winter will last a decades if you keep them reseeding. I'll be individually selecting varieties b/c I won't be purchasing any that are prickly or that are unpleasant to walkthrough. Plus pre- mixes often contain varieties that won't reseed themselves in my climate.
I love your vlogs 😊! They are so relaxing (including your voices! Both of you would have great voices for reading audiobooks 😄!) and I love all the different animals and getting to know them. This video was especially great! The foxes, Asami and Poppy of course! And about donations - what about that heart-button under TH-cam videos? A lot of creators have them, Saveafox for example.
