It's not a MUST but it kinda is at the same time. The hair is coming from other countries never know how its shippes or where it's being kept it may have bugs or something in it.

I do the same thing lex except I use the whole blends clarifying shampoo and conditioner! I also drop a pea size of vitamins e oil while I condition! It doesn’t weigh the hair down it gives it that luster too! I’m a have to try that silicon mix though! Thanks for the video appreciate content like this from you!

However, you should tell the people watching the video that when it dries, you'll not have that same deep wave curl pattern. It's basically just straight hair.
