    Save 10,000 hours per year with the new 'Refine Hair' button in Photoshop 2021. What are you going to do with all that extra time? 😂

  • @fluxvisionimagery

    The Refine Hair tool only works on specific images. Most of my images have movement and flowy hair. I've never been able to get Refine Hair to work.

    • @ChrisCurry
      @ChrisCurry  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah it's not going to work with every image unfortunately. It's better to have a plain background and make sure your aperture isn't too low so you're blurring the hair (that's if you're capturing the image).

    could you tell me what's wrong with my steps? when I start using refine edges tool, it is upside down. the overlay background is getting thicker and the subject/ hair is getting thinner and removed.

    • @ChrisCurry
      @ChrisCurry  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It might be because of your layers underneath the image you're working on. Hide everything except for the layer you're editing and then see if that works

      You may not need this info now but in case you or anyone else does- I had the same issue. Just make sure once you’re ready to add your gradient that all of your selections at the top are the same. Mode: normal, opacity: 100%, etc.
