Hello Oliver. Once again you’ve taken us along for an amazing travel adventure. I think you’ve actually out done your previous work, and that’s saying something. I rode all day yesterday and now after watching these travels, I’m inspired to get back at it again. The weekend chores can wait. Cheers from 🇺🇸

Absolutely gorgeous shots of the beautiful scenery! Especially the drone shots! Did you use the Skydio 2 drone? The "follow me" choreography is awesome. I wonder whether the same can be done with the DJI Mavic 3 Pro? I am using the one, but reluctant to let it follow me in such a tight spaces and during such a lengthy time. We are planning the trip to the Pyrenees and Picos de Europa in June and planning to take as much the drone shots as possible. And now you set a very high benchmark for us! :)
Thank you very much 😉 the tracking shots were all done with the Skydio 2 drone. The DJI will be ok for pure follow shots with no obstacles near by but the more obstacles it needs to avoid the bigger the chances of the drone losing you or even hitting the obstacles. The obstacle avoidance has gotten much better with DJI but is not as reliable as with the Skydio. However, take your time and give it a try - I am sure you can get some great footage 😉
Thank you very much. Honestly I have no idea how much this all cost. I don’t track my travel expenses- usually accommodation and food (drinks) are the most expensive items but they are also place to save money if you are on a tighter budget
You basically pay whatever amount you decide to pay. If you just want a basic clean safe bed for the night then aim for the hostels (10-20 Euros). Same with food. If you want basic but good food then best use the service stations because they sell amazing fresh food that you can take outside and eat at the public tables.
