I used to be that kind of girl that thought that upper body workouts would make me bulked. And I was so wrong. These workouts just made me lean and with a very nice arms shape. One more time, thank you, fitnessblender.
This one is great! Especially for those with the screw-on dumbbells which are not as quick to change, hence doing one arm at a time leaves us with the chance to prepare the preferred weights for the exercises. One heavy and one lighter.
Oh God that's the only workout that buuuuuurn my triceps and biceps. I completed it today with one of Kelly's lower body hiit. Thank you FB team. I love you

The absolutely most important thing is to KEEP THOSE LUNGS OPEN :D I love this exercise. It looks quite easy at first glance but for me it was really challenging. I used 8kg dumbbells for bicep curls and 5 kg for everything else and every second interval of every exercise brouhgt those muscles almost to failure. I wasn't convinced prior to this but now I'm on board with FitnessBlender. Good stuff! Keep it up!
I always enjoy my workouts with you or Kel as you keep giving reminders to breathe as naturally as possible through the nose & out of the mouth during the workouts. If I had my windows open I'm sure my neighbours would question as to what I've been doing:) as it's loud. TTFN
I rarely ever do arm workouts because I hate them as they make me feel so weak. But I can't get stronger if I don't keep on working at them. So thank you for this! Was definitely a struggle, but the good kind. Really kept my attention to form and not how much weight I was carrying.

Hey guys!! I love your upper body mass building workouts (biceps triceps, shoulders lats, etc.) I would LOVE if you did something similar for the lower body. Like supersets for glutes and hammies and such. It’s good for me to sometimes just follow along with you guys for a workout because by myself I tend to take long rests in between sets or lose track of time! Thank you guys for all your hard work! I never would be where I am today if I didn’t come across Fitness Blender 3+ years ago! ♥️
Im currently on vacation in Germany without easy access to weights or a gym. I just went through this workout using 1.5 L water bottles taped together. Gotta work with what you've got. Loved this type of workout!
Just found this after reading review of the pelo ton bike on theverge from a few years ago. This is good and I already have the U-90 kit just sitting and collecting dust. Only interested in upper body strength so this looks like a good channel. Keep up the good work.
I thought I'd done this one before, no wonder my brain told my fingers to choose it again. I don't have a bench I use a gymtastic ball. It works for me & I prefer it to laying on the ground. Good job Dan, I certainly don't use the weight you use but I do feel that I've worked out afterwards.

Hey Guys! I did Lateral Raises for a year now! But than i began to feel pain in my elbows, so i don´t do them any more. But i always feel a slight pain when i do a movement like this. In the beginning a liftet just 1,5 kg for maybe 3-4 months, then 3 kg like 6 months (i had just a little pain after the exercise) and then 4 kg for maybe few weeks! And after i raised 4 kg the pain got worse.. :( Did i do something wrong the hole time or is it a wear an tear?
Is it normal for me as a woman to not be able to lift more than 5 pounds for these exercises? I feel so weak when he says “I’m doing 20 pounds” and Im doing 15 pounds less
