Great video. Would be good if there's a defender to help us visualize the situation. Also it could help in picturing the attack angle. These can translate into better implementation in a game.
@M what does that haveto do with his comment and also sports are not important their supposed to be fun, and if he thinks that let him think that not everyone has to like soccer
Good video, but i feel this is for beginners if your a pg already if your defender knows your good , he wont let you get through unless you mix it up a little more after a move like that
I very like the move #2 I used that often and it's effective in opponent but sometimes ref calls me lifting when I slow down on part that when we hesitate.
hi i’ve watch a couple of ur videos can you do step by step on how to do that walking crossover? idk why is it so hard for me that i keep hitting my legs idk if i’m doing it right or wrong
Can someone explain why at 1:52 he blows out when hes about to dribble fast? I notice a lot of people do this but I never do it, nor would I think it would help to do so, if anything I might do the opposite.
Ion cur bout breakin ankles i cur bout shiftin they ahh and gettin to the basket but good shii mane, it dont matter if you can break dey ankles if you cant finish doe.
It depends on what level ball you're playing. If its d1 college I'd say be as heavy as you can. 160 would be a solid weight and anything more than that would just make it easier. The better the competition the more physical they're going to be. I've met plenty of undersized d1 players that have to rest constantly because their body is getting abused during games from the bigger players.
Hey, a quick dunking question... I'm right leg jumper but i'm also right handed. Is it best if i try to dunk with my left hand even though it's not as fluid (i'mt trying to put into practice your dunking without palming the ball tip) or should i try dunking with my right hand even though i'm jumping off my right foot?
Your head movement is off on the 2nd & 3rd move though, you’re tilting it back instead of rotating. Your body’s gonna go wherever the head goes so you gotta sell it there as well.
To train footwork, dribblings and your handles you dont need no basketball court and no god damn rim... you only need a little space and a solid floor... and of course you need the effort to train hard, thats all. You wont ever get good if you only train when on a court.
Love how the beat is in sync with his dribbling, shots and layups. Pretty tuff
