wackomanx I'm in Australia and most s chassis are honestly really clean. There are obviously the odd drift pig but a lot of them are nice. I guess it's just people on low budgets that just want to have fun and once the engine blows they just sell it because they can't be bothered fixing it

matt sulivan know your rights/ local laws, they will try to intimidate you but if you know your shit and they will usually back off, especially when you start picking the case apart in front of them and tell them to be sure to show up for your day in court, be calm and assertive, most pigs are dumb bullies, some are nice guys who also love freedom.

I don't think that's true. Here in Florida you can get it impounded with no tag. With the wrong plate I've only got tickets for 'attached tag not assigned to vehicle'. One time it was a court ordered appearance and all was dropped upon registering the vehicle. Maybe I got lucky?

the heat is so easy to "fix". if the blower fans work then you just need the input and output of coolant to the heater core.

WHO'S THIS Don't know if y'all know this, but rudnick isn't going to do the challenge anymore. Tommy (friend from the shop) told Rudnick is too cheap to actually invest in a build for it. Hence why rudnik said everybody could join the burnout challenge.

How do you feel about oil based undercoating ?
Cover the bottom of the Durango (not the exhaust) with a spray on silicone lubricant. That really is the best way to fight salt if applied regularly. Hell use that shit like brake clean to get the salf off all the surfaces. Water and car washes will make it worse.

Itzdavee :v Probably has an upgraded clutch, new shifter, headers, and no back seats or air conditioner for weight reduction. Basically a few simple mods would definitely make the car a bit faster than stock.
Has no mufflers except the fart can, but that header was stock. Probably no cat either. That plus the semi-stripped interior. I had a single cam 240 with just a cone filter, short shifter, gutted cat, and 3" cat-back and it had some pep to it.
I figured it out. His and mine were 1989 single cams, which have higher compression than the 1990 single cams. Don't know why nissan changed that, but the 89's were definitely the ones to have na, as far as single cams that is. Dual cams are obv better still.

+MASSACUR3 your car will only shoot flames if there's no cat... The cat would catch unburnt fuel leaving the engine. If that gets removed, the unburned fuel will continue out the exhaust hence shooting flames when ignited
