I remember them being in 50s Buicks and Cadillacs. What I don't remember is do the cars have an in-dash unit as well. I vaguely remember going with my Dad going to a wrecking yard and getting one and putting it in our 57 Chevy. That was probably in 61 or 62. The box type unit was installed in the trunck under the package tray and having these tubes.
Mr. B. Here ! 🍩☕️👀😎👍. The Mrs., honey due list was compiled she never looked , back to the video! The Oldsmobile F85 so so few of that model a round ! Ryan you have highlighted vehicles that are becoming really rare between the cars crushed or rusted away or parted out . I know the action is over but if the price was buy one model two parts cars to rebuild ( Big Ifs ) Vins missing would play a be part . Ryan great video ☕️👀😎👍🇺🇸 .
Great tour of some great cars. Being in California I no longer get to see much. Would be too expensive to get something and ship out, Like a 49-50 Chevy 2 door deluxe fastback, 61 4 door Buick LeSabre or a 74 Mustang II fastback!
Mr. B. Here! 🍩☕️👀😎👍. That was so sad with 6 cylinder but at lease parts will live on ! I have to run the Mrs., honey due list , be back later ! Great looking cars ! 🍩☕️👀😎👍🇺🇸
@@IowaClassicCarsactually should work a deal with U-Haul! They can't get enough moving trucks INTO Californiastan. They are paying pretty good for people to take trucks and trailers in!!
0:23 - look at Ryan getting himself a Cameo Corral Biscayne ! Someone didn't want the usual basic green sedan, it's a corral basic sedan ! 1:32 - fins ! it has fins ! 2:10 - it also has fins !
I bet ya that '57 nomad and the nomad roof brought some money! I really liked that big fin 2-door hartop cornet. Curious if my cousin heard about that nomad. I'm sure if he was there, he ended up with it.
A lot of nice cars there, but so many are very rough, Seems to be the way it's going though. Most of the decent stuff has been bought and now the budget to restore is very high. Seems like what comes up now is stuff someone "was gonna fix it up" and refused to sell 30-40 years ago. Now, it's a bit too late.
You missed the 1950 or 1951 Studebaker sedan at the start of the video. The bullet nose on the 1950 is die cast and the bullet nose on the 1951 is plastic.
I enjoyed the tour. What’s the difference between a 57 Chevy 210 wagon and a nomad? Trim level or options? Are going to buy that 59 Chevy parts car Mortske is selling?
Those tubes in the 55 Buick at 24:00 are factory, They are for the A/C,

Hands down, that 2 tone chevy 1/2 ton. Wow! Thanks again Ryan, and congrats!
Thanks for sharing as always great job.
So many awesome looking rigs 😮 hope more of them get rescued, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones 😊
Awesome. Thanks for the video.
You bet!
Great tour today
El Camino at 28:21 looks good to be restored.
Thanks Ryan! Looks like you had a nice day!
it was good but very hot!

Thanks for the video. I enjoyed the Caddy that you friends bought.
Thanks for watching!

Oh yeah shipping to california always gets expensive! Not sure why either

A lot of good cars that are Ryan I'm still looking for a Chevy 62 Chevy Impala in convertible and you know that but have a great day my friend❤❤❤❤❤❤
Loved the big cadillacs an the 63 galaxies.
I also like the four-door 57 Chevys
@24:22 the JEEP FC-150 COE (1956 to 1965)
Pretty cool.
Lots of 59's! Love it.

I like the Astre and especially the Chevy Monza hatchback.
Pretty funny how you always avoid the Mopar rows, and they are my area of interest
I just dont know much about them, i would sound like a total moron lol

9k is what auction website says
That first El Camino is a '69 with the smaller side markers.
That last Caddy was a factory A/C car.
awesome thanks!
@@IowaClassicCarsAlso the first Sedan DeVille.
Thanks for a great tour, just feel bad for the '59 Flat Tops😢
That biscayne will still have a vin on the frame
Great Auction.
But hands down the hottest one I have ever spent the day at..
Thats no lie
schaardt auction for results, the jeep overland truck was a favorite
yes the website should have the prices
Kool cars
Isn't the Vin stamped in several places ? Could you get a new one?
i could but need a new vin plate & i dont want a state issued vin lol
I like the 66 or 67 Chevy II I had won my first car
Nice
That was a 73 Caprice. Taillights unique to that year. I have a hardtop in my garage.
My dad had one new. A shade of yellow. Radio antenna in the windshield. He got mad every time it rained because the windshield leaked.
Lasaber doesn't look too bad

nomad is its one roof line & trim, totally different body
my favorite was the 1955 dodge yellow truck
maybee you have the chassie number under the drivers floor
You blew off the nomad, what did it go for. 😂
59 Olds like the 2 door won the first Daytona 500 on 59. Lee Petty.
The 55 56 buick those tube's are for rear air conditioning.
How much did that 57 2door hardtop coupe Bel Air go for?
At 14:34 timestamp…
The vin number on the 59 should be stamped into the frame. That will get you the title
Correct but without the vin plate i doubt the state of iowa will probably want to issue a new vin and thats a hassle lol
I'm one that wants to save them all same as going to the animal rescue 🙄.
13,30 It is a 56. Mads from Denmark
thanks!
Think I would have bought that 60 el camino
3500
Good grief those Nash’s are ugly your right the 59 flat top is nice you don’t see many of them restored. Thanks for walking us around the lot
I would have liked to know how much was paid for some of them.
Pontiac are amazing car's real American 🇺🇸 made automotive works of art
Any list of the prices they brought?
schaardt auction
Those Jeep FC trucks were cool! Especially the one with duals. Those are rare.
And ugly as sin.
👍👍👍
Anybody try emailing this guy?
Who is it that smashed all the windscreens
who knows
hoping that even these classics in very bad shape , should be restored....
The Pontiac Astre is pronounced Aster but spelled Astre.
be nice to record the sale prices and go back and put that over the reviews what did they sell for
You know how long that would take to edit in? The results are on schaardt auction website i believe
factory air conditioner
thanks!
