I’m assuming the weight lifter does not do a lot of weight training that Isolate the back. For example I used to walk on my hands a lot and my back was extremely strong and muscular.
@reginaldphillips7615 lifting weights doesn't necessarily mean you will have a muscular back. If you don't engage in exercises that target the back specifically your back still won't grow even if you are at the gym everyday. Grow your pea brain. Read more books
@@HHung-pg3iw you stated something obvious as if it’s profound. Yes, back exercises make your back stronger. I believe it is you who needs to read more books

*short answer; because they work the back muscles all together by doing movements/ exercises which makes the different back muscles work together, something which is natural, cus our muscles are meant to work together.*
You can’t mold/shape your muscles. You can only grow them. They are the shape that they are. Growing them just makes them wider. Bodybuilders on PEDs grow all of their muscles pretty evenly. They’re not really lacking in any area. Athletes, on the other hand, do tend to lack certain muscle groups not vital to their sport. This makes other muscles pop out more and seem bigger compared to bodybuilders, but really they’re not.
im assuming he meant them pro physique guys who want to attain a balanced physique without much muscle imbalances. shaping the muscles as in adjusting its size relative to the rest of the body
You forgot to mention that the Chinese Oly team does an enormous amount of volume training??? They basically juice to the gills and do Oly lifting AND pseudo bodybuilding. Hence why pretty much all the Chinese lifters are massive.
It's humbling to see world class weightlifter beyond just moving absolute MASS, also go down to simple and light motions to work on them and get better. Doesn't always mean you have to get stronger every day, but a long battle of staying healthy and hitting everyone functional for the best movement and most optimised strength in each muscle group
Contrary to popular belief, thick spinal erectors is what makes your back really pop. I’ve seen people with amazing backs but they don’t have any spinal erectors gains and it just dosent make the back pop. Also having strong spinal erectors helps a lot with picking stuff up
As far as I know, this of course makes sense. But I have one comment: when lifting you don't actively keep the barbel close to your body, that would be a mistake.
Gym trainers have convinced me that such bodies are impossible to achieve without steroids and I can’t fathom that these athletes could be injecting tren for completing professionally. This has to be natural and I gotta be training like athletes to look like them, else the shortcut route is only achievable using steroids
It is indeed achievable. Most ppl who scream ‘steroid!’ arent even athletes and dont know what their bodies are capable of. But some athletes caught were only using peptides to boost their red blood cell production so as to increase their recovery rate. That means for us lay people nonathletes we dont have to resort to such usage of peptides and we can still achieve same result or close to it, only longer and much more effort
@@bushidofreakzehh maybe... steroids and peptides are not uncommon in competitive weightlifting since they can increase your strength there are certain peptides that not only help with injury/recovery but do in fact also increase your muscle mass it's a double edged sword to compare your self with anyone that trains competitively, no matter the sport, in this day and age you never know
Even if we take out the steroids out of the equation, can we train like athletes? These guys dedicate their lives while we can barely spare 2 hours a day 😓
We aren't convinced of anything. The reason we know weightlifters take steroids is because they would lose without them. Idiots think steroids only give a small advantage. They give an enormous advantage. Someone that has started taking steroids early in life will easily surpass by 50% the weight that they would be able to lift had they stayed natural their whole lives. So someone who C&J 200Kg full natty should be able to do 300Kg with steroids. This is way above the super heavyweight world record.
