  • In order to reduce hip dips and improve its appearance, here is a body-shaping workout that you can do everyday to achieve curvy hips and firm glutes and get those hip dips looking better!
    This is a 2-week firming and toning exercises for you to do everyday for 14 days until you see results!
    Do this workout everyday and prepare to see amazing changes in your figure in 3-4 weeks! Good luck and let's begin!❤️💪

    I've been religiously doing this exercise for around a month, and this definitely works . . . I sometimes skip for a day or two, but I pick up the day after, and after all the hardwork and consistency of doing this , I can assure you all that it 100% works , like , my hip dips were very much visible , and now , It's almost gone, I'll keep working out often , and see how it goes, just make sure you're all doing it correct, the squats and all!
    It's amazing, I've been doing it along with other two workouts from this channel. Just go for it !

    I am starting this today! New year new me! I will update my progress everyday when I do this! 💕
    D1- I didn't finish the entire workout but I will try and keep myself focused tomorrow.
    D2- in a pain from the previous day but I did okay
    D3- alot more motivated and I ran smoothly
    D4- I can start to see change in my body.

      some hip dips are bc of bone structure tho so don’t beat yourself up

    Have started today and I pledge to be faithful for the next two week, let me see how it goes
    Day one - the whole body is burning
    Update of the last 3 days
    Day 2- I can hardly move my legs 😰 but I decided to be doing the exercise in the morning and evening
    Day-3 - still painful legs but I managed to do it all the way...
    Day4- less painful and to be honest I wish I could post pictures of the progress here, I can see great improvement and still doing both morning and evening 😊
    Day 5 is tomorrow,

    Y’all I tried this about September of last year and I got results in 3 days. Im back because it was an amazing confidence booster and also summer is in like 4 or 5 months and I wanna get a head start😂 my hips haven’t dipped anymore after I stopped doing the workout btw.     It works mine disappears a bit after 4 days. You should do 2 or 3 times a day. Morning, Afternoon and evening when you go to sleep. 💪🏽💪🏽

    I had a big knee surgery and as a result I can't sit on my knee for longer than 5 seconds. What can I do instead of the exercises that require sitting on your knee? I really love your work outs 😊

    Well guys now I'm in 3 days of the second week and there's actually a change because I was suffering from hip dips a lot and because I won't have much left. but it works if you're suffering from hip dips then you have to do this exercise as I looked for a sport for hip dips but I didn't see a result that I liked but that's so good that you'll see the difference on the third day good luck to all and you're anyway very beautiful but keep doing this exercise if you want a better version of yourself do you feel Stimulating Now ! 💗🥂

    hey so basically this is the first time ive worked out since i think 2020 december? Its been really hard for me to get my motivation to do exercise since im really insecure about my body. Im trying this to see if it works and because i really want to get a good body for summer which is in 2 weeks, my sports day is also next thursday so im hoping to see a slight change in my hip dips before then ( in 6 days ) i will be updating you everyday until i see a really good change. You can do this!

    It's my first day I got feel little pain it's because I started first Surya namaskar than this exercise in Middle when rest time is there just sit and do breathing so your fast beat will be normal and exercise easy others when rest time come they lie on surface that's wrong if you want to complete it without to much pain so do breathing in rest time good luck

    Im actually doing it cause im sick of my big hip dips like THEYRE HUGE. i’ll try to update yall if i dont forget
    Day 1✅ dont see anything obv
    Day 2✅ my legs hurt but i feel it a bit
    Day 3✅ legs still hurt😭 and i cant belive it but im starting to see small changes!!
    Day 4✅ this felt so intense for some reason

    This worked for me😌😌 in my case, there was no weight loss. But, inch loss of nearly 1½ inch was seen.

    Day 1 - ✅ I literally saw a little difference.
    Day 2 - ✅ I didn't seen any difference
    Day 3 - ✅ woah! There is a huge difference.
    Stop doing this cause I found a video on internet about loving your body so not gonna do it further.

    I will be doing this for 1 month and a half
    Age:- 13
    Weight:- 46 kg
    I had to stop due to some reasons but here ill start again
    ✅Day 1:- I did 1 set and it was pretty hard
    ✅Day 2:- Still really hard i did 1 set,,, very small changes are visible

    I started exercising yesterday so today is my 2nd day
    Day1 = complete
    Day2=complete I really looking forward to work is in my body because my hip dip one side is pretty much normal but other side it's deep
    Day3=complete👌💯 i see little difference I don't just be patience and wait
    Day4=complete I don't know my one side is doing good but other side has very little different and i did all exercise right I don't know I just wait ans watch it's work or not
