I did a sponsored ‘dip in the sea’.in December for Crisis.It seemed very apt,with it being very cold in the North Sea and how homeless plp don’t get much choice in sleeping rough in the wintertime.It wasn’t a large amount that I raised,£100,but hopefully it went to help somewhere.Another fab vlog.Loving the rooftop garden xxx

My favourite charity shop is in Nottingham, I think its a Sue Ryder, and you go in and is like stepping back in time to the 40s, has a very vintage feel to it, sells a lot of vintage clothing and furniture, and other things, I always love walking in and having a look.
You blue metal tray was beautiful! I have had that fountain⛲ for several years now.. Because this fountain does not have a solar recharge battery integrated, It needs strong sunlight to shoot water high and constantly.. And then a big tray to make sure you don't loose the water.. But it's still fun! .

Excellent finds. Brand new striped shirt for a fiver! And the ceramic looking plate/ tray would make an excellent bird bath or as you said part of your fountain- and great that it’s actually metallic- Bonus!

I love the fountain it is really pretty! I don't have a significant other right at the moment, but there were some nice men's clothes over there. Things seem to look a lot better there than over here in America.
Great finds I noticed in one of the shops a plan glass dish which might have looked nice sunk into a wicker basket maybe. But that's my creative brain kicking in love the blue tray you found and I think it will be perfect.

I was thinking the tray would make a beautiful bird feeder. Drill 3 holes evenly around the edge and thread thin rope through each hole, to your desired length. Make a loop and hang up. Although the tray might be a bit big for that. Im sure the birds would love pecking at seeds on it. Just an idea. Beautiful tray, would also look goood with glasses and a jug of ice cold water with lemon, ice and mint leaves. Have a fab weeked. Take care Gale x

i went to home bargains today and bought a plastic garden chair for seven pounds/a fairy house seven ponds and two plastic chicks for the garden for four pounds
Nice charity shop hop today, thank you. Some good prices too considering London prices, especially that black shirt for £6. I love that tray, good barg too, the only slight problem you may find if your roof garden gets windy, it may blow the fountain spray away leaving no water in the tray, this in turn can break your solar fountain (had this happen to me with a small pond, suddenly all my water was gone as it had been blown away lol!) You mentioned your bathroom, did I miss the update on that? or is it still in transition? Shelves lood good in the kitchen BTW. Have a great week to come, try to not get too overheated in that red zone you live in, the next couple of days.
