I can’t describe how much I love your vlogs! I love london and you’re literally my favorite youtuber, I love your clothing style as well and your chill vlogs is just such a vibe. If I am feeling sad or having a hard time I always watch your vlogs to think of something else. The shopping ones are my favs 🤗🥰
@EmilyCanhamVlogs Hi Emily, 1. Have you ever hear of the Dodow, it's a machine to help with sleep the premise is that you breathe in and out at the same time of a light flashing on your ceiling and it calms your breathing down ready to sleep, I bought it my sister for Christmas last year and it has really helped and I've recommended it to a few people and they've had good results 2. The white dress looks absolutely great on you 3. I really love your vlogs xx
For turkish yoghurt we use either pasteurized milk or just natural, boil it then let it cool until you can touch it (37 degrees aprox) then just put 1 table spoon yoghurt, mix and cover it so it stays warm. 4-5 hours wait then put it in the fridge. It is super easy this way and you also use the water that you wont use I guess. It is very healthy so we do it this way for many many years. Hope it helps someone ❤
It's so beautiful that you can appreciate the beauty of London. As an American, I feel the exact same way. It makes me emotional, too. I'll be there next month!!!
Dear Emily, The medical term for excruciating periods is called Dysmenorrhea (Menstrual Cramps) “Dysmenorrhea” is the medical term for painful menstrual periods. It happens because your uterus contracts to shed its lining. The pain typically begins just before your period and subsides after a few days. Primary dysmenorrhea refers to recurrent pain with no identifiable cause. Secondary dysmenorrhea results from conditions like endometriosis. What types of alternative therapies help with period cramps? People who have painful periods often try to find natural ways of dealing with the pain. Studies on alternative or complementary methods haven’t been conclusive about results. Some natural processes for relieving period pain include: - Yoga. - Acupuncture and acupressure. - Relaxation or breathing exercises. - Eating anti-inflammatory foods like leafy green vegetables, ginger, and nuts, and drinking green tea. (Reduce caffeine intake.) - Taking supplements like vitamin D or magnesium may help reduce inflammation.
I totally agree about Abercrombie and Hollister. I used to find all the seasons were good and now it doesn’t feel the same and I’ve only bought maybe 4 items the year. XXX
Get yourself a Whoop! I’ve been on a sleep and strain journey with it and I’m loving how it tells me how and what I need!! Honestly it’s brilliant!! 🥰 Love your vlogs!! Xx
OMG I love your choices! That House of CB dress is stunning! 🥰 Makes me wanna plan a shopping trip to London ASAP! Also, those cute hair bows from Anthropologie are a must-have! 🎀✨
What helps me sleep is no overhead lights at least the last like 2 hours before I actually fall asleep. Like even if you're on your phone before bed because let's be real we all do it. But at least do it with as many lights off around you as possible. I also looove sleep music but I think it's quite personal and you need to find what exactly helps you. Like I don't like running water in the background. Still calming but not enough for me to sleep because it keeps my brain a bit awake. But I have found a specific video that almost always works
Found out milk products tend to make cramps alot worse for many people. So sorry after learning how much you love your yogurt! 😊 Hope this may help. Such a pretty white dress on you!
Emily I hope you see this comment 🥹because I honestly love the way you romanticise your life and your life in London and you really inspire me and have done for so many years now ❤ ever since watching you I’ve dreamt of moving to London and having this amazing city life and living my best life and romanticising the little things 🥰🥹🙏🏽🤍 hope u see this and pls pray I get to move there one day haha ❤️❤️❤️
Eventhough I hit the like button it is hurtful watching you in pain, hope you feel better soon 🙏. It is strange how I felt guilty on this one enjoying watching while inside your hurting. Thanks for sharing 😎
Emily, try a heat pad you can warmup in a microwave that helps with the pain with me and i have to make sure i take regular paracetamol and then two hours later ibrufeon for the first day of my period as the pain is unbearable and a nice wamr cup of tea also helps too
You definitely shouldn't apologise for speaking about your period. As women, we shouldn't be ashamed about our pain. We have the right to speak freely about it.
The carrot juice thing isn’t true, skin turning orange is from a toxic level of vitamin A but that only applies to animal sources of vitamin A, plant based vitamin A is beta carotene and you can’t overdose on that.
It definitely is true as when I was a child I turned orange as I was constantly eating carrots every single day, they were my go to snack throughout the day along with having them for dinner etc. I had multiple tests at the docs and it was all concluded I basically needed to lay off the carrots😅
I do believe that it will do that because my youngest baby loved carrots and sweet potatoes while eating baby food and I swear he had a orange tinge to his nose lol it was so cute
What a lovely vlog to watch… I can’t wait to go to London again with my Fiancé for Christmas this year 🥰 I vlogged going to London on my channel too, but I like your style of Vlogging 😊 Btw, you look like Lucy Hale when she played as Aria in Pretty Little Liars - SOO PRETTY! 😍 I’ve just subscribed!! ❤
My time of the month is the same it’s really painful and I will actually get sick and I’ve had tests done and they told me that the only thing they can do is remove everything and I don’t really want to do that
Can you tell me how tall you are, please? When I look at what you are wearing, I'm not sure it would be long enough for me as I'm 5 ft 11 inches (179cm)
You gave me tears talking about London I know this feeling 🥲 London is a very special City in my heart 🥲🥰❤

The white dress fits you like a glove, absolutely lovely on you Emily! 🤍
The amount of work that goes into the editing of these videos always blows me away💕
Aww thank you! Yeah a 30 minute vlog really is a task and a half hahah!!
Have your room as dark as possible, cold, & some white noise like a box fan. Also shower before sleep & a soothing pillow spray helps too.
I love these type of vlogs so much! Also because I miss London it's fun to see the city 🙌💕 AND two vlogs in a week? you're spoiling us 🤩
So so happy we’ve had 2 blogs in a week 😊
I totally agree about Abercrombie and Hollister. I used to find all the seasons were good and now it doesn’t feel the same and I’ve only bought maybe 4 items the year. XXX
he variety of textures in the *yutulu* pack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.

Born and bred in London (east London) and I have always been very happy and thankful to live here x
My mum could tell my period was coming by just looking at me. It's good to talk about them. Why don't we? Absolutely awful things xxx

Good to know - no carrot overload for me then😂
It definitely is true as when I was a child I turned orange as I was constantly eating carrots every single day, they were my go to snack throughout the day along with having them for dinner etc. I had multiple tests at the docs and it was all concluded I basically needed to lay off the carrots😅

Hun go to a specialist. It’s an average of 10 years for an endometriosis (etc) diagnosis because GPs just know know enough.
At one point my mom drank so much carrot juice, her skin started turning orange.
What a beautiful vlog you have done, hopefully you have a wonderful day 🙏
Thank you! You too!💘
I hate doing returns and my husband doesn’t understand that all women’s clothes sizes aren’t always the same
So beautiful girl! Oh my!
*starts feeling emotions*
Emily: Ew
😂😂
Where is your cutlery from?
I never do returns because I basically only thrift. Clothing is way too expensive now.
Try taking magnesium for a better sleep.
