Love your collection! I also would never have thought of Freddy Kreuger, but after you brought it up, I can't unsee it. Lol. I still think it's a great color combo.
Good morning Ahna, thanks for your inspiration! Another fun pattern from Albiona McLochlainn is Back to Front Pullover. I am wearing mine this morning. She has. Brilliant way of making this sweater fit perfectly. You can wear it as a V neck or a round scoop. I am in love with it🌸
I love how there's a variety of different styles and designs in this list! 🥰 I've also made a Versal and it's one of my ultimate favourites. The fit is so lovely especially around the shoulders, and it's just a really lovely and practical staple piece.
Love all your videos so much, and this is also great❣ Remindet me, that I purchased the Versal last year and forgot about it 😂 too many plans... On my needles are my second Fieldsweater and the Polina Pullover. Like the shirt you are wearing! Love from Hamburg, Germany! Nicola
I can totally relate to the Freddy Kruger vibe. I just knitted a navy and red stripes sweater and i hear about it every day lol. The flower pullover is gorgeous.
I do love this style of video! 👏 it’s nice to see “what happened” to your projects. Do you still love them, do they wear well, how do you wear them? And you make me want to knit all your projects! Especially the first two! 🌸⛺️
Hi Ahna, great video! You always make such unique color and pattern choices. I especially love the versal - definitely wardrobe staple material. I'm excited to see your future neutral projects too! Can you share the camera/mic you use for ypur videos? Im always so impressed with the quality, and it's something I'd like to improve with my own content.
Thank you Kendra! And of course 😊 I use a Lumix G100 with a wide angle lens and my microphone is a Rode (unsure of the model) with the fuzzy pompom looking thing on it ☺️
Love all of it. I just thought those were so pretty! I want to make the Magnolia but worried the neck is too high. I wonder how I can mimick a neckline like yours. Thank you for the time. Have a great weekend- Kimberly
I wanted to make cardigans too this fall. I recommend the buttonless cardigan called Kallias by Isabell Kraemer. It was easy and turned out so well. Now I’m making the Turtle Dove Cardigan by Sonder Yarn . What sweater are you wearing ? It’s beautiful!
Ooh I will check out the Isabell Kraemer pattern! I still have yet to knit one of her patterns and I do want to. The Turtle Dove looks like a great staple cardigan to have. The sweater I’m wearing is the Rib Lace Raglan by James N Watts 😊
I am digging the Magnolia Bloom!! Maybe I'll cast that on before I do the rugged "fisherman" style Donegal Pullover by Teti, because I want something more femme and ethereal! Inspiring as always.
Love your Flower Power and I’m a fan of Biches et Bushes, knit a Birkin in that which I love. Other favourites are from My Favourite Things Knitwear, Seeaters no 11 and no 28 both done in Nutiden and mohair both turned out so well. Big cardi fan here - Elton by Joji for warmer weather: also the Tessellated and Shiftigan by Andrea Mowry , Artisane by Sandnesgarn and Orchid by Julia Wilkins which has a brioche body and stockinette sleeves. And vests - Stockholm Slipover w both necks I have knit about 4.
you talking about handspinning a sweater's quantity of natural coloured wool and cable knitting a sweater with it is an interesting coincidence, i know a lot of people knitting grey or brown cable sweaters right now that are just the natural sheep colour. that includes me, though mine is a blend of 2 fleeces.
I loved this video. Thank you for sharing your knits. I highly recommend Rebecca Clow from the Creabea Knitting Podcast. She has several great cable designs. I can't wait to see what you pick. I'm knitting the Elara Cardigan by emknits, which is a cable cardigan.❤🧶
I already have so much brown in my closet 😂 I went through a major brown phase a couple years ago. Now I’m thinking lighter browns/tans that I can pair with all my other colorful clothing ❤️
@@brookwillow I see. Please be careful with your color choice. I accidentally bought a wool that matches my skin color in a really bad way - I feel ill wearing it and realized it after blocking. 😂 Need to find an other project to knit with it.
First, beautiful collection and great work! Secondly, just some well intentioned advice - you shouldn't hang sweaters like that on hangers (maybe this was just a display method for you video) it will really damage the top of the arm and the neckline. I fold mine in half lengthwise and then drape around the hanger's hook and over the arms of the hanger. otherwise, fold and stack. Hope this helps the main the
I adore your podcasts love your knits and you have a very nice way of talking x😊
Thank you so much 🥰

The silver lining is I now have one half of a potential Halloween costume 😂
Loved this video! I haven’t seen these patterns. Thank you for sharing the yarn used and size with ease. Looking forward to more like this 😊
You are so welcome!

Ohh I bet yours is beautiful 🥹
@@brookwillow i know your's will be too!
I didn't see Freddie Kruger 😂, I see the olive green, it's great either way!
Ok I’m glad you see olive!! 😂
There are days that I would be absolutely fine giving off a Freddy Krueger vibe. 😂

Oh yes she has lovely designs! I have yarn to knit the Alder sweater 😃
Moody colors are fine. Is there really a need for neutrals? Brown can be a nice one. 😅

I would like to know the knit sweater you are wearing ❤
Oh yes! This is a good reminder to add it to my description. It’s the Riblace Raglan by James N Watts ☺️
