It's raw - Your videos are raw without a bunch of unnecessary editing, it's more personal and vulnerable and feels like just hanging out with a friend or mentor and having an interesting chat 3. Short and digestible - personally I'd much rather click on a 5 minute video with a lot of value than a video that's 10-30 minutes with some value and a ton of fluff 4. Free value - You're not trying to sell me anything, you're just giving away value without pressure to buy your course I think this gets people to click, watch and like your videos which is why the YT algorithm pushes them so much. I don't think there is any algorithm , TH-cam shows everyone videos in feeds, we all know this is how we get to know about Thomas. The thing is that if your videos don't get views that means you don't have something valuable that people will love to watch at least dare to click. the reason why is because its you, your authentic self. people get inspired by others that take initiative while seeming authentic on social media. And because your providing honest helpful videos, you also gain our trust just simply by the way you act and talk. honestly bro you've inspired me to kind of tackle this venture of Upwork, and I just feel like you can tell when its genuine and raw, but yea honestly don't overthink it, if anything, just enjoy it and let your creative mind run wild:)
Its also because the topic is interesting.Your audience is watching and are people who want to learn from you. See, I have watched your upwork weird hacks that ACTUALLY work like 3-4 times to relearn and keep it in mind. Also I shared your video to 3 people I know and whom I want to see succeed.
For me there's a few reasons:
1. Authenticity & relatability - You're authentic and relatable, sharing your experience and life lessons while offering a lot of good value
2. It's raw - Your videos are raw without a bunch of unnecessary editing, it's more personal and vulnerable and feels like just hanging out with a friend or mentor and having an interesting chat
3. Short and digestible - personally I'd much rather click on a 5 minute video with a lot of value than a video that's 10-30 minutes with some value and a ton of fluff
4. Free value - You're not trying to sell me anything, you're just giving away value without pressure to buy your course
I think this gets people to click, watch and like your videos which is why the YT algorithm pushes them so much.

TH-cam algorithm rewards consistency. It experiments by randomly promoting you and if your content gains attention then it promotes you some more. And if you post regularly, then it promotes you some more. The gains usually come in waves after long periods of what feels like stagnation.

I don't think there is any algorithm , TH-cam shows everyone videos in feeds, we all know this is how we get to know about Thomas. The thing is that if your videos don't get views that means you don't have something valuable that people will love to watch at least dare to click. Thomas got genuine content which provides value and his videos are raw no fancy or trendy editing just straight to the point that's what people want and Thomas grew. Congo buddy keep pushing always supporting you from the very beginning and still there for you.
The answer is your relatable and open something most people value a lot. It is a basic human need to connect with people in an honest way.
Value +raw honesty and you're not selling anything.. which is what makes me trust you more.
