      You must mean 15 grams. This is the amount Dr. Sinatra recommends. 15 mg is a thousand times less and would do virtually nothing.

      d ribose is also great for brain fog and has helped my a-fib (POTS) along with Taurine amino. Another intriguing form is L-Threonate: th-cam.com/video/h1oOrUStFvA/w-d-xo.html

    Ribose is so important for heart function and the primary source in the diet is red meat. Does this mean we should eat red meat or not?

    • @jazwilliams3611
      @jazwilliams3611 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think so. Its also high in Carnitine, Co-Q10 and Creatine... all support energy production. Hes on the money with the supplementation but not with the diet.

      Not more than twice a week. Red meat is a cause for arteriosclerosis and cancer

      He definitely got the diet wrong. I went carnivore (red meat) 19 months ago. Lost 45 lbs., cured my fibromyalgia, tachycardia, HBP & my skin looks 15 years younger…I’m 61 & eat ketovore now. Just few berries, avocado, & coconut milk. Had to give up all dairy but butter for the last of the pain to stop & drop the last 18 lbs. I’m 61 & my NP says I’m aging backwards😊

    I may have missed it, but did you state which forms of these supplements you take? Do you think it is ok if I take: Magnesium Glycinate and Ubiquinol (reduced form of CoQ10). And what about L-Carnitine? Is Acetyl L-Carnitine ok? Thanks!

    I recently got CHF at age 64. I am a male. My mother died of this and I have tried for years not get this. I have taken many type of Antioxidants for 40 years. My mother had a gum bacteria problem I don't have that but I have had a tooth decay problem. I got a bad case of Covid and then a bad tooth infection. After this is when the heart problem surfaced. I had to get a pacemaker. I never smoked or drank or did drugs. I only did a million anti oxidants including NAD for the last 5 years. My ejection fraction is 24. Any comments please.

      I don’t know if you’ll ever see this, but I am 61 with CHF as well. Thin, keto lift style, but virus attacked my heart 15 years ago, and Covid nearly killed me. Please take daily: CoQ10, Vit E (tocotrienal, NOT tocopherals) D Ribose, magnesium, L Carnitine, reservatrol. Hope this helps!

      @@keving690 add PPQ to the supplement list. Dr. Thomas Levy talks about the toxic tooth and its correlation with heart issues and it's impact on causing inflammation all around the body.
      Citrulline is also great for vasodialation.
