Intermittent fasting in itself is extremely Healing. Also by totally ditching Sugar a lot of inflammation will be eliminated from your body. And yes, Magnesium will calm all your muscles including your heart!!😉

@@YorkCardiology Thank you so much. I have this problem for awhile so your information is very welcome. I will try VitC. My BP is low in the morning but goes high as the day goes on.
I am a physician in Alabama with a history of vagal paroxysmal atrial fibrillation for 18 years. I started magnesium glycinate, six months ago, and it has greatly reduced my episodes. After adding vitamin C, I am essentially cured. I am no longer sensitive to many of the known factors that would sit off an episode. Thank you so much for your continued interest and research on these topics.
I would be so interested in knowing what are the triggers. I'm.80, Irish normally living in Switzerland but right now in Spain on vac 7:25 ation. Just called a doctor for an Afib episode. Thank you😊
Sudden changes in position, sleeping on left side, esophageal irritation (eating too late, eating too much), alcohol--even half a beer or half glass of wine, were some of my triggers. I recommend "pill in a pocket" to end episodes.
I use 750/mag glycinate and 500/vit C. I also take 100 mg of flecainide and 12.5 of metoprolol an hour before bedtime since my episodes typically start just as I am falling asleep. They are much less frequent now with the supplements.
So sorry about your Dad! Hope he is better! I have a question for you! I need some advice so I will go on your web site when I can and hopefully you can help me! I had a heart ablation today and parts of my heart that were causing my racing heart (SVT) were detected, but before they could be treated my heart went into AFib and the heart ablation was stopped! Now the surgeon wants to repeat the procedure but I would have the be on blood thinners 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after and my experience with many of the blood thinners is a horror story! I don’t know what to do!
I hate the thought of putting those beagles through experiments ! We should not use innocent animals to try out treatments. that are for humans. I hope the animal kingdom also benefits from the findings . I have witnessed experiments on our fellow creatures at University in the Bio lab !
One of the only cardiologists that understands all aspects of our heart problems ! A real professional as well as explaining problems in an understandable manner, Many Thanks
I have Afib have proccedure but I am not totally cured. I have the lower beat while at rest and the higher beat while on motion can I ask my cardiologist to give me the Flecainide small doses pill in a pocket?
What an eloquent and convincing explanation of this hypothesis. His calm and balanced presentation alone helped my afib ( well sort of) Anyway regardless of big studies or not I’m giving this therapy a try as I have a pacemaker being implanted next week and apparently afib is not helpful for best results. Glad my son forwarded me this link. Hope it goes well with your dad mate.
Dr. Gupta, I am a 69 yo female with a mitral valve repair done 19 years ago. The open heart surgery resulted in the need for a pacemaker. Fast forward 19 years. I went into AFIB on Sep 27, 2024 at 7 pm and am still in AF today. I began taking Eloquis on Oct 1 and am scheduled for a TEE with cardioversion on this Wednesday. I am going to begin Vitamin C supplementation today, Oct 13, 2024 along with mg glycinate. I will let you know what happens - if the AF resolves. Thank you so much for this ray of hope. AF is a little scary!
Dr. Gupta I am a nurse and had not heard of this. I will pass this onto my family members, friends, patients and cohorts! Very beneficial, non-invasive, and inexpensive modality. I am so sorry to hear about your father. You are a great son. I will keep him in prayer 🙏
LOL, good luck with that. I'm thrilled you're so open minded, but my experience with Dr's, nurses and others is they will simply hear "Vitamin" and reject it. Especially nurses. I had an argument with one nurse who claimed Vit D did nothing as far as preventing the Flu. . .I asked her "have you read the studies?" Her response was to ignore this and say, "well, Im a nurse, so. . ." as if that ended the conversation, lol.
@@Colstonewall I'm also a nurse and I believe totally in vitamins and nutrition, but my training was more like indoctrination. They're taught to follow policies and orders and it's very challenging to learn and do all that is required. It's better to just say how well it worked and let them file it away for their knowledge later on. She should have been more curious and kind to you though :)
@@Savannah-ed4rv Well, thank you for acknowledging my 'opinion.' My only goal in telling that particular nurse and others was to help. I had no other motive. I've been so helped by Vitamins and Herbs that I want everyone to know, for their own good. But that particular nurse, it was her arrogance that pissed me off. Had I not been at work that day (when we had the discussion) I would have really told her off. Anyways, I could go on for days about this topic, so I digress! You have a great day, Savannah!!
My personal observation is, if you educate patients it will always result in better treatment because patients can explain better about their symptoms and take better care of themselves and it makes doctors' life a bit easier. One very common example can be most of the patient doesn't even understand the difference between chest pain related to the heart issue and confuse it with gas or acidity related pains.. so doctors need to go through a series of tests and find out the actual problem.. sometimes people get traumatized with very simple health issue whereas some times they just ignore very serious issue and end up in ER at the eleventh hour. Doctors should reduce the gap between patients and them. The way you explain things and communicates is definitely praiseworthy that many doctors do not do. Respect and best wishes to you. If I can help you in any way with your noble journey, please let me know.
I’ve tried VIT C 2000mg daily for 2 weeks and the AF has GONE!! I am tired and my chest feels a bit sore but every day I’m improving after AF 24/7 after a virus. RESEARCH IS SO NEEDED for this as it’s cheap and accessible for all.
Thanks for sharing this info Dr. Gupta, I’ve had A Fib for almost 20 years, it was discovered at 46 I’ll be 66 this year. I will try the Vit C and report back. Thanks again. I wish all the best for your Dad
I'm sorry to hear your dad is unwell and send healing prayers for his recovery. Your knowledge is so appreciated. You're a lovely caring man. Thank you for all you do.
I am so pleased to see a honest ,humble doctor with humane qualities. Your scientific approach to the commercialized medical practice is commendable. Your focus on patient- driven medicine rather than protocol driven is highly appreciated. Keep up ur efforts to educate the people and patients!! Vest wishes. Dr T. Shivanandappa Mysore, India.
I had an American friend, Dr. Alton Olson and his wife Ruth who operated a field clinic for decades in or near Mysore, India. They are retired now but I believe his son Nathan might still be serving in that area.
Protocol driven medicine of late is funded by huge investors/big pharma and disguised as “evidence” based medicine and has become “check box “ medicine . Studies now can be designed to “ fail” certain inexpensive treatments or procedures or out of the box ideas but people say they work so who do we believe? The patient or a journal under regulatory capture.

Thanks as always Dr - have paroxsysmal af and take 3000 mgs Vitamin C daily - no afib in the last 3 years - more importantly prayers for your father and family!
@@gloriamaryhaywood2217 I just use Jamieson brand chewable Vitamin C (I live in Canada where it is a major brand) - I used to have afib attacks 3 or 4 times per year - they would last anywhere from an hour to at most 2 hours - I used a pill in the pocket approach to terminate attacks with ativan and inderal
I developed AFIB after taking the J&J Covid vaccine. It got so bad I had a heart ablation 4 months ago. It seemed to work, but the fib returned a few weeks ago, and much worse. My cardiologist suggested another heart ablation - so I scheduled it and had another two days ago. Three days prior to the 2nd heart ablation, I started taking vitamin C and the AFIB subsided completely. I thought about cancelling the second ablation, but the idea of it coming back again was frightening. Today I see this video and I am convinced that I was vitamin C deficient. I am going to stock up on vitamin C and magnesium and use them as my first defense going forward.
Dr. Gupta you are an awesome humanitarian. This world needs more physicians like you. Many thanks for putting out these valuable videos. I was recently diagnosed with Afib and find them most valuable. Keeping you, your father and family in prayers. God bless you.
I had no heart issues until at age 81 it9 was discovered I had afib when I went to the hospital for a out patient procedure. I have no symptoms in afib. I was prescribed eliquis and metoprolol. I was on zero medication prior to this. I do not drink or smoke and am not overweight. No hig blood pressure or other difficulties except for osteo arthrites which has caused some discomfort and effected my range of motion recently. Sorry for the long story. I want to treat things naturally as much as possible. I found the doctors advice very helpful. Thank you. Since covid I am working at home on telehealth as a family therapist. I appreciate when other professionals respect people as individuals. We are not a dx. Take care
In december, most probably associated with a severe upper respiratory tract infection I got Afib for the first time. A cardiologist put me on anti-arytmika etc. . I got short attacks for about 1 hour each time, once every 2 weeks( average). gradually got off the arytmika(profafenone),BUT since I started to add vitamin C, 0,5 gr, 3 times a day, 2 months ago, I have not had any more Afib attacks, none! So many thanks exemplary colleague(I am psychiatrist), as I got the idea from your video!

@@johnpossum556 not a big deal actually: if that happens, reduce the dosage or try liposomal vitamin C. Most people can handle 2 to 3 grams of ‘regular’ vitamin C per day though. The ‘side effects’ of vitamin C are nothing compared to the side effects of the drugs routinely prescribed (for life) to people with heart issues.
I went to my Cardiologist Tuesday and he said I was in AFib. I didn't know it, didn't feel anything. I felt good. My BP was 116 over 70 so he was happy about that and told me to keep doing what I was doing, and go for more bloodwork!! Your videos are so helpful when you discover you have these problems. I've learned so much from them. They've taken away many of the questions and fear I feel. I thank you, Dr. Sanjay, for sharing your knowledge and intelligence.
My partner has suffered from paroxymal afib for 9 years and it has been getting worse so that by end of 2021 it was daily. She already stopped alcohol but was taking glucosamine for joints and vit D for covid. After seeing this video she started taking vit C and stopped the glucosamine. Now she has 2500mg of vit C spread over the day every day and the AF has virtually stopped. If she does get it it only lasts for about an hour and can go 3 to 4 weeks without any episodes. Thanks so much for that information. We are so grateful.
@@moniquemurphy4851 It is still working but it has to be the non acidic vitamin C Bioflavonoid complex and not the standard you buy in any chemist which are synthetic. This one replicates the Vit C found naturally. The one we have is by Solgar and is called Ester-C but there are others. Along with this she takes a sports drink with all minerals and a sports hydration electrolyte drink when she has an episode of AF. Now all this has reduced the frequency and the severity of Afib dramatically such that she is not worried about it any more. All this without the 6 synthetic drugs the doctor wanted to prescribe with all their side effects. Medics themselves cannot agree on what the best treatment is for Afib as it effects every individual differently.
@@EllenDuke-y3d Since my comment she also takes Curcumin Co-Q10 and Nattokinase so three supplements every day and we find that her scary unpredictable AF is now bearable and manageable. In addition she now knows when it is about to start and drinks an electrolyte which are really sports energy drinks and they very often prevent it. Everyone has different afibs but I feel sure most can be at least controlled and when they do occur are not as violent and have a semblance of rhythm. As Nattokinase is a natural blood thinner she no longer takes aspirin but paracetamol instead if she has headaches etc.

I had a chronic arrhythmia. A few years back I started taking a daily dose of Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin B6, Taurine and have not had a problem with it since. All three of these nutrients work to restore normal heart rhythm. I also now take a daily 1,000 mg. Vitamin C for the past year. I used to get irregular heartbeats many times per day. Now, it seems I am cured of that scary problem. I also used to get anxiety, maybe due to the irregular beats. The anxiety and panic attacks have disappeared as well.
Wish you would say how much of the other B6 etc you take. I have taken vitamin C for years but have A fib which got much worse after pacemaker was put in me
I had cardiac ablation for afib 4 months ago. While I have had no breakthroughs I have had 30-40 ectopic beats a day. Sometimes less. Last week I started on 1000 mg vit c a day and the ectopic beats stopped after a day. Amazing. I never want to stop taking it.

Dear Sanjay, I had quadruple bypass surgery at flinders university hospital in 2014, I was not happy with the medication that they insisted I take for the rest of my life so I stopped taking them, I only take eliquis blood thinner and magnesium at present. At my last visit to my cardiologist I queried as to wether there is any connection with the stomach and the heart as over time I had observed myself increased AF after a meal , he almost ridiculed me for even suggesting the idea stating that "that there is absolutely no connection what so ever. Despite his high status at flinders I decided not to use him again because I felt my self diagnosis was right ; so it was with great joy to see recently your comments on this very issue which fitted my experience exactly as have many of your very informative presentations of which I have say here I am most greatfull for your amazing dedication and humanitarianism, thank you. Now with this latest presentation on the use of vitamin c,this so fits in with the little research I have done on my chronic AF I am going to commence vit c as soon as my order arrives and in due course I will let you know how I get on with it. Kind regards from South Australia, Robert Oldfield
Look up Dr Gupta's videos on vagal AF, and gastro-cardiac syndrome. It's real, I've lived with it for 30 years and know all the patterns. Also research Prof Coumel, the french cardiologist who first described it.
Thank you for being so pro the patient and not simply drug and intervention focused. You are a rarity in the contemporary medical establishment. We are in a pharmaceutical world and not committed to health and best practice. We have violated the most fundamental tenet of promoting health, not doing harm and least invasive care. Please keep up your commitment to public health. My AF that I detected early COVID, was really ‘concerning’. I was afraid to recline in the evenings and lie down at bedtime. I believed that I have successfully managed it through the help of your evidence-based videos (body positioning and other non-invasive management strategies). I am so relieved to have found your videos. In addition to vitamin C supplementation, I also quit alcohol about the same time. Thank you so much. Professor-Elizabeth
Hey Doc, I was recently diagnosed with AF. Blood pressure very good and my ultrasounds were very good also. I noticed it was increasing in frequency so I started on 1000mg of Vitamin C per day. According to my iWatch Ultra my Afib has reduced by 50%. I feel like it has reduced even more that that. All anecdotal I know, but that is my story so far. Regards and thanks for all your work here.
Thanks. How much Vit C should I have per day? I had AF with Hyperparathroidism but it went away after surgery. Now it has come back so my cardioligist has put me back on medication. Would be grateful to know.
I have recently been diagnosed with chronic a fib. Meaning I'm in a fib all the time. Definitely trying but vit c Thank you so much doctor. You are a blessing.
God bless you Sanjay(very common name you have.) Thank you for giving of yourself in this way! Prayers for your mom and dad! God is the healer! Believe He can and He will.
I had serious AF and PVC's (Premature ventricular contractions) and two cardiologists and my family doctor strongly encouraged "heart ablation surgery". I declined. I started experimenting with time-restricted-eating (TRE), intermittent fasting and multi-day fasting. Within the first month a frostbite sore/scab that I had for 15 years (not a typo) healed beautifully. In the 8th month I got my CRP retested. It had been "off the charts" - a score of 12 where optimum is less than 1 and "normal" is 1 to 3. After 8 months of daily fasting (my eating window was usually 4 to 6 hours), my CRP was 0.01 - the lab was giddy with excitement and told me they had NEVER seen such a low score. At 70 years of age I am back to what I've done all my life - running, golfing, swimming, camping and biking - to name a few. BUT here's the #1 thing to know and it's the first thing to try: DO NOT EAT AFTER SUNDOWN!!!!! NEVER EVER. Why? Because "eating even nutritious foods (after sundown) promotes serious inflammation" (Dr. Satchin Panda - researcher). I told a stranger that I met at a sports event about this #1 rule. I knew nothing about him. A month later, at another event he recognized me and came up to tell me that he had changed one thing in his life (a long-time insulin taking diabetic). He stopped eating after sundown. He reported that his AM glucose test was 78 - a number, he said, that he had not seen in a LONG time. He felt he might have a very different life in his old age (72+) than what he had been braced for. He also felt he would be soon reducing and then eliminating the drugs he was taking.
Interesting story on your AF and PVC's. Your results are remarkable. Are you taking any naturals? That was a high CRP. Mine got to 70. No fun. Mine is 1.0 now. Thanks
@@cindysmith4998 my Afib is still with me. I exercise and build up my resistance before I play tennis or cycle. I have found out what foods don't work. Wine unfortunately can put me into Afib, so more. Adjustments can help. When I feel winded, I stop and rest. Suppose to have an Ablation, but waiting to see what happens over the next couple months. I do several naturals and they seem to help. Entresto helps with the heart failure. A good night's sleep is critical and staying hydrated. Hope this helps!
Prayers for your fathers speedy recovery. Thank you for taking time out of this stressful period to send us another great video. you are absolutely right. For so long doctors have ignored looking into natural food sources for health promotion, but instead concentrating on prescribing the latest and often expensive medications for patients.
Thank you for this information. I will increase my vitamin C today! I don't take any prescriptions, but mostly control my Afib by avoiding certain foods and stress. I take magnesium, but had not heard of the possible benefits for Afib from vitamin C. It makes sense though. I am trying to show the guy I am seeing these videos to help him but hes so afraid of talking about it because he said its trauma induced and just mere talking about it scares him. I am a biochemist and I was suffering from high blood pressure and taking vit c, lowering my sodium intake, increasing my potassium and trace mineral intake, and lowering sugar intake helped my blood pressure. Also walking/jogging helped as well. I am trying to be a good influence and show him that his Afib can improve, but idk how without tiggering panic with him. I am inviting him to dinner which I will make a tasty but healthy meal to possibly open the convo again. Last night he had shortness of breath, sweats, and I decided to come over to monitor him. He had a ablation done 10 years ago, but earlier that day, he had a high sodium meal. I think thats what triggered it. Thank you for these videos it really helped me reinforce my thinking on what to do to help him.
Thank you Doctor for addressing natural treatments for A-fib. I will double my 1000 mg to 2000 mg a day, taken throughout the day. I am also going to prioritize getting a full 8 to 9 hrrs sleep since lack of sleep is a trigger for me. I find these small studies very convincing. The difference in the control group and the treated group is shockingly significant in all the studies you mention! So sorry to hear of your father's illness. Prayers for a quick recovery. 🙏
God always answers my prayers, and there you are...again, and with help that I need NOW! I have had AF for several years now, but my episodes have been mild, except for last week, when I had such a hard time controlling it. My husband was diagnosed with dementia, and life has become really stressful, but music, and just taking him for s drive helps us both. I love the idea of natural cures, and recently I used food to improve my kidney function. My bloating was not going away. Then my brain clicked when I remembered an article in my research pertaining to right leg swelling, and liver inflammation, or fatty liver. I looked up good liver foods and habits, and bad ones, just as I had done for the kidneys. My bloating is leaving, and that is great, Now, I will boost my C...thank you for being there for me , again. Great info! !

As an 86 year man who has had occasional A-Fib since childhood - my mother also had it - and after it got worse with age, though it usually switched to normal after two week period, I had a heart attack (Smoking related I believe, though I'd stopped a year earlier) with the heart attack they put two stents in me and my blood pressure dropped from150/90 before the heart attack down to low 95/60 and eventually approx 106/70 average since. I have fibrillated continually since 2017. Now I'm getting a lot of episodes of almost heart attack dull aches. The doctor increased my Bisoprolol to 7,5mg a day. Can't increase it more because it lowers BP. I've been searching for something natural to help. This video is exactly what I'd hoped to find. Many thanks for this info!!!

I can only agree with what’s been already said, Dr. Gupta. I am part of that ‘medical establishment’. Although my specialty is the exploitation of non drug and non surgical alternatives as much as possible, most notably nutrition (even though my professional background is as a scientist clinician (physical therapy)), nutrition is the foundation of health. Your humility, kindness and compassion are so lacking in the medical establishment, as drugs have become the mainstay of ‘health’ care or I should say illness care. You truly represent the qualities of a true ‘health’ professional. I do not use that term for most of my colleagues. Keep up your amazing work. Professor-Elizabeth
Thank you for this information. 3rd time in Afib within a 2 year period, 5th cardioversion coming at Stanford Medical and will get on a Vitamin C regimen. Thank you again, Cheers!
It's always interesting to hear about how politics and biases shape science. It's also nice to see a doctor promote a healthy amount of scepticism, critical analysis and patient driven care in spite of these influences. Wishing your father a speedy, full recovery and minimal stress for your family

So after 40+ years of AF episodes, having gone trough an ablation years ago and still having the episodes, it's a good idea to try Vitamin C 👌 Thank You!
Dr Gupta, I'm so grateful for the information you are providing and I'm so thankful that I found your channel. My husband was having seizures that were not due to epilepsy, but from having over 46,000 PVC's. The doctors couldn't tell him anything, but I began to research and found that it was most likely due to magnesium deficiency. Afib and indeed Aflutter (AFL) has been identified as THE LEADING risk factor in developing severe Covid19. I had an Aflutter more than 4 years ago but have since lost weight, started rigorous exercise and laid off carbs and sugar. I will be sure to add Vitamin C to my daily supplementation. Thanks Dr. Gupta.
Good doctor. Far too many doctors do not take time to explain what they find or how to cure the problem. They give you medication and send you on. Good doctors explain and oversee their patients. This doctor is doing what doctors should do. We need more like him.
I love your work as a nurse I have become disillusioned over how much Dr dont know about natural, natures products. Well done. Love and best wishes to you your Dad and family.
Very interesting information. Thank you for sharing. You are not only a great doctor, you are a son your father can be proud of. My prayers for his recovery to good health.
Amen Dr Gupta l had afib in 2019 and my cardiologist recommended heart ablation surgery. Than l had attack again in 2022 but on the opposite side. I had my second heart ablation surgery. I was taking vitamin C. I am so blessed to have a cardiologist that cares. He reminds me of you how you are helping others.
Wow I am so impressed that a major medical dr such as yourself is willing to talk about these things and bring them to the public. Thank you!!!! I personally take Ester C but think now I might include some ascorbic acid just to be on the safe side. I don't have any AF, but prevention is the best medicine :) Blessings, may your father heal quickly and your life return to a more normal 👍
We need more doctors like this! He knows so much and I love it that he emphasizes nutrition and natural healing when possible instead of medication with so many side effects. Than you for the wonderful videos.
Really interesting. I know one with a few attacks of AF, I will definitely tell him about this. Interesting when I watch videos done by hospitals and health authorities, they only focus on how to fix the numbers or treat symptoms, there isn't a single word or thought about the reason why it develops or why we are seeing more and more people getting this. That is why your channel is so much more interesting. Thanks so much for posting these videos.

Thank you😊
How much vitamin C are you taking?
Sudden changes in position, sleeping on left side, esophageal irritation (eating too late, eating too much), alcohol--even half a beer or half glass of wine, were some of my triggers. I recommend "pill in a pocket" to end episodes.
I use 750/mag glycinate and 500/vit C. I also take 100 mg of flecainide and 12.5 of metoprolol an hour before bedtime since my episodes typically start just as I am falling asleep. They are much less frequent now with the supplements.
Mine sets off slot right now… how much magnesium are you taking?

@@Savannah-ed4rv Well, thank you for acknowledging my 'opinion.'
My only goal in telling that particular nurse and others was to help.
@@Colstonewall sorry for such a missed opportunity for a nurse should always learn.
@@shay7090 Agreed. Lives can/could be saved if more people, including MD's kept an open mind.
Prayer for your father's quick recovery, I hope other doctors will learn from you
My personal observation is, if you educate patients it will always result in better treatment because patients can explain better about their symptoms and take better care of themselves and it makes doctors' life a bit easier.

Thanks for the details including the name. I will try it.
@@EllenDuke-y3d Since my comment she also takes Curcumin Co-Q10 and Nattokinase so three supplements every day and we find that her scary unpredictable AF is now bearable and manageable.
Thanks
little O ...id like to know more...pls contact if u see this
@@craighughes4279 and how did you get in a better place with Afib?
@@cindysmith4998 my Afib is still with me. I exercise and build up my resistance before I play tennis or cycle. I have found out what foods don't work. Wine unfortunately can put me into Afib, so more. Adjustments can help. When I feel winded, I stop and rest. Suppose to have an Ablation, but waiting to see what happens over the next couple months. I do several naturals and they seem to help. Entresto helps with the heart failure. A good night's sleep is critical and staying hydrated. Hope this helps!
You are very much appreciated. Sorry about your dad and sending prayers your way. Thanks for all you do.
Prayers for your fathers speedy recovery. Thank you for taking time out of this stressful period to send us another great video. I understand you can safely take high doses of vitamin c by monitoring your intake through bowel tolerance. A little diarrhea and then you can ease off of the vitamin c until you get it right. I will take a little diarrhea over AFIB any day. Thank you again.
Dear Sanjay I have persistent AF and had it for 4 years with a couple of cardioversions and still in AF just waiting to speak to specialist at hospital for next step. After taking Vitamin C last week for just one week my AF is loads better with reduced breathlessness and less fatigue generally all round improved quality of life. Thank you very much, there really is a huge benefit for me taking 1 x 1000mg in morning and same at bedtime. Thanks Sanjay.. Andrew
Thankyou very much. It's nice to hear a doctor who has such an open mind. I'm sorry your father is sick. I pray for him and you and all.your family for a speedy recovery. Take care of yourself as stress is not good for you. Thanks again for all you do for people to reassure as.
Praying for your Dad's recovery. I believe in miraculous healing. I am a born again Christian. Took care of my mom and dad. I have seen miracles in their lives. May you find peace and strength during these challenging times. Be well.
you are absolutely right. For so long doctors have ignored looking into natural food sources for health promotion, but instead concentrating on prescribing the latest and often expensive medications for patients.
I have AFIB since 10 years and under medication now. After seeing this video I will start taking Vitamin C and see how it goes. Thanks
Did you take it? And did you notice any improvements? 🙏🏼🥺
Thank you for this information. I will increase my vitamin C today! I don't take any prescriptions, but mostly control my Afib by avoiding certain foods and stress. I take magnesium, but had not heard of the possible benefits for Afib from vitamin C. It makes sense though. I stay away from sulfites, nitrites, sugar, etc. Also have histamine sensitivity and take a histamine blocker before eating. I learn so much and find great comfort from watching your videos. I strive to avoid those protocol methods and take care of my body naturally. I am 70, have had paroxsymal Afib for 15 years, and otherwise extremely healthy.. You are a Godsend to me and I am sure to many others. I will pray for you and your father. Please continue with the videos. They are needed by many.
Hi Nancy. I am most likely going to have an ablation very soon. How did you fare with the surgery itself? If I may ask.
Whoops sorry, the question was for another lady.
@@Emet-Debar that’s ok.
how much vitamin C did you take daily? Thanks.
What a brilliant information Dr Sanyad Gupta .My prayers for your Dad Blessings
Sanjay, I hope your father is gonna get well. You really are a beautiful human being. I admire your dedication and competence as your colleague and follower. I also learn a lot from you. Thank you for everything you do. :)
Violinda Lola, Do you take a pill or eat some foods to get more potassium? Nice to see you encouraging your friend to feel better.
More than 1000mg of vit c a day can cause kidney stones.
Take 10000mg 2000mg not enough
Great info! !
Thank you for all your valuable videos. I will include your father in my prayers and you and all of your loved ones.🙏🙏🙏
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have no idea why your video came up. I went to TH-cam to look for a crocheting pattern and your video came up tops. I have the greatest respect for doctors who think outside the box. I have plenty of palpitations and hubby has intermittend afib. We'll try this.
Hope you feel better
@@dougcoleburn1579 Well, I've just had more heart attacks and had another stent for which I am hugely grateful to Queen Elizabeth staff!!! Their dedication is beyond definition and wonderful - this applies to all levels!
@@Pegasus4213 sorry to hear that. God bless.
@@dougcoleburn1579 Thanks! Appreciate it!

it might be interesting to check the vitamin C levels in people who have a history of AF. Paroxysmal, Persistent and Permanent.
Just given my terminally ill husband high dose Vit C for his fast heartbeat as he was discharged from a medical facility without medication . So far his heart rate is decreasing. Thank you for sharing this information 🙌🏽
Sorryia I'm so sorry to hear this... Praying for you and your husband in jesus name AMEN.
@@michaelbroderick527 thank you for your kindness
May I ask what condition does he have?
How much mg per day
Have done 2 grams of Vit. C since dozens of years ago. On top of all the other benefits of C I'm glad to hear about AFIB that I never knew about. Thanks Dr. Gupta!
Thank you again,
Cheers!
Thank you so much! I take vit C and magnesium and it's good to hear I'm doing the right thing.
I hope your Dad is soon recovered.
It's always interesting to hear about how politics and biases shape science. It's also nice to see a doctor promote a healthy amount of scepticism, critical analysis and patient driven care in spite of these influences. Wishing your father a speedy, full recovery and minimal stress for your family
Dr Gupta.. will keep you and your Dad in my prayers. God bless you!
Thank You Dr Gupta. You have done a great service to humanity.
May God bless you. May the Almighty bring good health to your parents.
Trust the Almighty for His delivery and have faith. Peace.
Glad you are so honest about the Pharma companies not funding research into cheap natural remedies . . . Thanks Dr Gupta.
Wishing your Dad a speedy recovery. Thanks for all that you do.
So after 40+ years of AF episodes, having gone trough an ablation years ago and still having the episodes, it's a good idea to try Vitamin C 👌
Thank You!
Dr Gupta, I'm so grateful for the information you are providing and I'm so thankful that I found your channel. My husband was having seizures that were not due to epilepsy, but
from having over 46,000 PVC's. The doctors couldn't tell him anything, but I began to research and found that it was most likely due to magnesium deficiency. As soon as he started using a magnesium spray, he has been okay for over 4 months. Once again thank you for sharing your medical knowledge and compassion for the people!
Magnesium spray? Please share.
@@kenbradley4645 Read all the comments, someone mentioned the spray.
Dr Gupta, you are operating your God given assignment, a blessing to the nations, you are God sent and I am truly humbled, thank you so much for helping us all, may wisdom and knowledge increase 🙌🏼
Thank you. I take vitamin C daily. I would be delighted to take part in any informal study with fellow patients here.
How is it doing so far with vitamin C? Have your episodes decreased?
@@kathleenfubler431 I've been taking Vitamin C for a long time. Since 2015 I've needed to attend emergency about once every 10 or 11 months but I haven't needed to go now since October 2019, thank God.
So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Loss of a parent is a difficult transition...give yourself time... grief takes time...and its different for us all.

So sad
What a commendable enlightened approach from Dr Gupta. Vitamin C has been used also to prolong life in the terminally ill, with excellent results. All patients of this open minded Cardiologist will be blessed indeed!
Should we ever chance to meet ,I shall give you a hug to thank you for all the hope and guidance you so compassionately share. A light for me you are. Thank you.

Sorry to hear of your father not feeling well. God bless you and your family . I'm praying for you and your family.
Thanks Dr. Gupta.
You are a great man,to help people with out drugs!!!
Thank you for you're compassion. ❤🙌🙏
Drs don't want to hear you talk about alternative medicine. They are owned by the drug cos.
I don't have any AF, but prevention is the best medicine :)
Blessings, may your father heal quickly and your life return to a more normal 👍
When l worry constantly about my heart beat ,is all over the place, thank goodness for some great useful information at last
We need more doctors like this!
Thanks for info we are praying for your fathers fast recovery . Thanks for taking out time for your fans thanks 🙏
Thankyou sir for your wonderful information. My mother had irregular heart beat for many years after replacing 2 stents and after replacing also irregular heart beat was there she has passed away 3years back. we used to consult best cardiologist.
