It's a disgrace resulting in people having their homes broken into, forced into smart meters and, in some cases, being cut off entirely. I'll contribute my council tax demand towards any costs to get this heard in court.
We are being denied access to council tax hearings and need this judgement to hold in our hands when we are denied access to OUR courts of law.

Marc is amazing how he can decode and navigate through all the confusing information and debunk the shit show that the judges and courts have been allowed to get away with, time to get their feet to the fire and get law and order reinstated, we need more just like Marc and build a chain and educate we the people and hold these courts, judges, Barristers, clarks, security to account so they understand if they do not up hold the rule of law they will be dealt with

The problem is even if they open the courts people won't go watch, and if they do they won't understand what they are watching, that will be the next task to educate the public. Great video but only 1000 or so views.I've been fighting this as a lawyer (not bar) human rights expert since 1965, this is no easy task, have patience, the court is not educated in this, their educated in praxis and to do what it best for the state, plus the court is not up to date. The world is changing at light speed, and the court is using in many cases 1950's methods. Cheers.
If people want to have more fines, more potholes in their roads, to pay more council tax, to pay bigger wages and pensions to council employees and have less local services then vote in the upcoming local council elections, You could also not vote if you do not want more of the same imposed on you that you never voted for. Make change happen do not just waste your votes on those that just punish you all the time,

When MoT certificates were legal documents, which also had to be stamped using a certified stamp of the Ministry of Transport approved test station, by law, that stamp had to be stored in a locked safe, along with the pads of numbered certificates. In the 1970s and ‘80s there was a trade in stolen MoT pads and stamps. There were also printers who would forge such documents.
Such actions of course came with serious criminal penalties.
So, if all the conversations relating to the veracity and correct completion of MoT certificates was enforced by the criminal law, why could it be possible for the most important procedures and documents in the land be allowed to not be followed precisely?
The assumptions involved in making such a claim are far too many to list here. However, the evidence of the absence of legitimate constitutional, judicial and administrative systems in this country are indeed many.
@14:00 You may recall? we had this same problem last year at Westminster Magistrates Court, when the Area Magistrates were contacted to tell us who the Security Contractor was they put up a firewall and bounced all emails back, once you know the Contractor they can if directed to, supply the names of the officers on shift, the only other way is to get a good shot of their SIA badges or find out this info in advance, based on previous behaviour of Security and Officers in the mags and the fact these childish games are now common occurrence, it would be wise to perform due diligence in advance of attending their vipers pit. You know this ....

Marc, you said in this video a defendant has the right to be heard in their local court, does this apply to to all court cases in particular a speeding ticket. I’d love to hear your thoughts on. This. And another interesting video brilliant as always.
