You just may have inspired me to do a Log Cabin. If I can't see you in person always good to see you on TH-cam.

I started a curvy log cabin before COVID. It's was a tough time for everyone. I also had a Quilt of Valor I recently finished. (I sent it to a long arm quilter from my guild. She finished it free because it was a QOV, but it's not a log cabin.)
Anyway I'm a UFO hunter and clearing clutter. I dug my curvy log cabin out and pressed the strips. They got all bunched up from being in a bag.
I'm watching for motivation. Mine is bight color prints for 2.5 inch strips and an aqua solid 1.5 inch strip.
I have a pattern, but I really love your options. I may do something different when it is time to assemble it.

Cindi, thank you for taking the time to do these videos! I’ve made several log cabin quilts, and one “in the round.” With today’s precuts they would go together quickly.

I love the way you were able to switch the pattern on your quilt. We were able to do this with a small mini spread my hubby and I were looking at. He’s my helper at times of quilting.

Didn’t know you could mix different thickness strips it is very effective, have made four log cabin quilts each different colours which make them different to each other, but this makes them different again. Lov lov lov!, thank you for your video keeps the mind boggling can’t wait to try myself. Thank you sooo! Much

Really helpful hints and tips as always. Although I don't have so much time for quilting you are my guideline when questions come up. But may be there should be a more tempting title to your videos. I am always surprised by the content. There is much more in your explanations than one would think by just reading the heading.

Loved this Cindi, thank you! I so enjoyed the Log Cabin class and have watched it at least 8 times. I love the Annie's book and waiting for Elenor''s book that you showed. Many thanks for all the time you take for us.

Because of the 1" stripes, how are the blocks measured ?
