When I'm not quilting, I'm stitching. Cross stitch, counted canvas (not your grandmother's needlepoint), surface embroidery--I do them all. Then there's beading, but not just stringing. I love to make Christmas ornaments. I love watching Midnight Quilt Show and have several of the projects in my collection. Visiting your shop is on my bucket list. Thank you for all you do.
I will be quilting and teaching more this year so my resolution is to make time for exercise. Whether it’s running to the gym a few mornings, or having Alexa set to remind me to get up and move around for 10 minutes each hour I’m sewing. I need to get more fit but my creative soul is so demanding.
I taught myself to crochet about 2 yrs ago, when I turned 50. Last year I took up quilting and took classes, so now it’s my passion to learn, learn! I also cross stitch, but this year I will teach myself embroidery. Trying to learn new things every year!
I am mainly a knitter and I sew clothes. I never considered quilting, but I made the first one last weekend, and I admit it: it won't be the last...thank you Angela?????? ;)
I've quilted or 50 years. I'm also a knitter, crocheter, and I do Native American Beadwork. I've even made beaded earrings from quilt patterns....hexies are very popular in beaded earrings
so my hobby is in fact crochet and I've always wanted to learn how to quilt which is why i started watching your videos, keep up the good work Angela and maybe just maybe do a Harry potter quilt for the nerds out there.
My NYR is conquer free motion machine quilting (thanks to Angela) and finish at least one UFO a month until I get them all done - my children and grandchildren will be so happy to finally get their quilts. I definitely need to get all my UFOs done before I have great grandchildren. I’m definitely going to get this beautiful curved cabin pattern and kit - love, love, love this quilt!! I also like my wine while I “Mid-Night Quilt” after I get home from work.
I taught myself how to crochet from TH-cam after having knee surgeries and suffering from severe boredom. It's taken a back seat to my quilting now though I must admit. I also absoultely love gardening, growing fruit, vegetables and flowers accompanied by my 3 adorable chickens.
I always get the organizational bug at the beginning of January. We went thru all my fabrics; everything smaller than a fat quarter was cut into either 5" or 10" squares. I didn't do strips because I don't have a good way to store them. The number of usable squares I ended up with was pretty surprising! Now I know that everything left in the baskets is at least a fat quarter, and I can use my squares like precuts. Like Susan below...it did take me about 3 days. It feels so good to know exactly what I have. I was forever pulling a piece out to use and finding it was too small. I kept all the tiny pieces and threw them in a laundry basket lined with a garbage bag. I have started to do some "crumb quilting" and find it freeing and relaxing. Am making 10" squares to "someday" put into a quilt! Other hobbies: gardening, crochet, scrapbooking (although it always seems to take a back seat to quilting!), and I just bought a small lap loom to play with.
I quilt, paint and have 28 garden boxes that I mostly just harvest. We are snow birds. I chopped up all my floater fabric from the top that was not put away. I have 18 baby/kid quilt tops this past month. My husband also encourages this habit but I did not buy fabric for 2 or 3 years once... Fabric shows up anyways. Angela you are a gift to all of us and the quilting world.
My two favorite things to do are quilting, riding my bike. Quilting doubles as therapy!! New Year's resolution: pick up litter when i see it-with NO negative comment about it. I get so happy cuz it's one resolution that I am successful at! Go me!
My resolution for this year is to quilt the 3 finished quilt tops that have been in my queue for years so I can move on to other planned quilts that are in various stages. Other hobbies are crochet, reading, and cooking.
Angela, I love watching you have fun. My other hobby is woodworking. I especially like to take old furniture apart and make something new. One of my goals is to make a wood quilt floor for my sewing room. I would love to see you actually make a quilt from your own scraps!!! I too as most quilters save every tiny scrap and make quilts with them. I do try to organize my scraps by color in those clear plastic shoe boxes which makes using them easier. Keep having fun.
My travel hobbies include knitting and crochet -- they both ease my anxiety (nothing helps a constantly racing brain like some knitting charts to soak up some of my bandwidth!) and unlike playing games on my phone etc, I end up with a finished, useful project. Plus, you can open up a whole world of crochet edged quilts/blankets!
Girl your are just too cute. Love your videos. I can’t come up with a suggestion. I like all your stuff. If I think of something, I will post again. I am just in awe of your quilting abilities. You make it look easy. Mine never come out the same on repeats, like the fern leaves.
HI Angela my sons gifted me a sewing machine for Christmas and ive been watching quilting shows Girl you are fantastic and inspirational and i do a happy dance each time i find one of your projects of luv you create .Ive started a yarn collection slowly {thats a hard thing to do ,who knew that i would love fabric already and i havnt started my first project yet} Thinking placemats as a first attempt for our dinning room .HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA yes im subscribed and hitting the like buttonxxx
I am looking forward to finishing all my tops before I start piecing anything new. My eldest daughter bought me my first Beginners Machine Quilting book by some lady called Angela Walters. I cannot wait to finish. Once that is done - I'm going to start making lap throws for a group of seniors that don't have much and deserve someone to give them a treat! Happy New Years. Oh and I spent my holidays organizing my "stash" I haven't gotten to cutting things up into strips or squares - I just measured and ironed everything because lets face it - fabric fondling is the best and my hubby said he would cut for me so they will all be the right size. P.S. My secret hobby is ironing - I LOVE it!
My New Years resolution is to declutter my craft room. I have donated all my yarn that I’ve held on to for way too long. I have kept all my nice yummy wool fibers. So my hobbies in addition to quilting are knitting and crocheting. My philosophy right now is to only buy fabric and yarn for one project at a time. No more stash building for me. That’s my feeling right now but not sure how long that will last. Love all your videos
My other hobbies are writing. I started off my new year by pulling out my sewing machine manual and dove right in to free motion QUILTING!!!! I made a runner for valentines day. Bring on the quilts!
Would love to make a Double Wedding Ring quilt one day. Not sure I have the skill, but I have always loved them. Lots of tiny pieces and curves... intimidating! But I'm sure you could conquer it easily and show us how, too! And the free spaces would really showcase some of your lovely FMQ designs.
I crocheted way before I got into quilting. Very handy and can be mindless, which is great for watching TV. I taught myself to knit last year and have been trying sock knitting. So much fun already! I also love jigsaw puzzles and cross-stitching. I'm not artistic but I love seeing another artist's work come together...which is why I always check for new quilting videos! 😁
Thanks for the lesson Angela. I love to find a pattern and challenge myself to find fabric to fit it in my stash. I am surprised every time with what I come up with. There is a challenge with a new pattern and then the challenge with finding the fabric that i already possess to fit it. My other hobbies are writing short stories and essays for web magazines. I have yet to fit quilting into one of my stories but I am working on it! I use gift cards to buy more stash that way it won't overtake my budget. When I give away a quilt and they say they have to give me something I say GIFTCARDS!
Oh wow, people have so many hobbies! I just like to read and now do the quilting. Hubby and I like to camp in the winter, tent camping. But we are tied up right now living with our daughter and her kids and can’t just leave, as it was my idea.
Organizing and rearranging my sewing room is first on my list for the year. I have plans for 4 quilts this year and several crochet projects. Just finished crocheting my first sweater for my daughter in law. I’m giving away a memory quilt at our family reunion this year(got that idea from you). Thanks so much for all the great instructions you have shared with us last year. Totally enjoying quilting.
I love sewing, quilting and embroidering and do fantastic at it (tho i still learn to do it all better). I have also vowed to learn to play the fiddle and play it so that my dogs don't howl while I'm practicing. May take a while!
My new years resolution is to finish all started projects and use up my stash especially since we'll be moving to our retirement home. No not down sizing since we live now in about 1000sq ft home, we'll double our size.Other hobbies are machine embroidery ,acrylic painting and making rag rugs.I'd love to see more bargello quilts and twist on traditional quilts too. Love your shows and look forward to new shows after I just watched the current one.
I not only quilt but I do crochet, knit, swedish weave...well anything fiber related I guess you could say lol. I have quilted for over 20yrs on a domestic machine and have just got my first long arm, a Q"nique 21", with computer. I look forward to learning from you and thank you for passing on your tips, tricks and encouragement to us all to go that one step further. Happy New Year from New Brunswick, Canada.
We've been living in our travel trailer for nearly 2 years while we build an off grid home, so I've had to put my quilting stuff away for now (I binge watch your channel to get my fix). So the lack of space to spread out now has me crocheting things like cardigans, mittens, scarfs, blankets and even a dog sweater that my dog really hates. Luckily the new house has a big sewing room so when I do have room to quilt I will have plenty of it. p.s. In the meantime I collecting tons of fabric :)
Knitting. My grandmother taught me when I was 6. She taught me Continental knitting. If I have an easy pattern my husband laughs because I can get going fast enough to make my needles click. I do a lot of afghans and shawls while watching TV. Plus it also keeps me warm on cold MN winter nights.
Love watching you quilt. When I'm not sitting at my sewing machine I crochet dog coats and send them to rescue kennels. I also make them no my sewing machine, nice warm coats, flannel, wadding. fleece.
I’ve been knitting for over 30; such a fun hobby!! I don’t make resolutions for New Year’s, but I am hoping this year, to figure out how to top quilt my quilts..... not sure my machine can do it!
I have a few hobbies. And one of them turned into a PAYING job and earned me the title of Master Stenciler! I love stenciling! Easy for me, but not for everyone. Since I retired, I don't do much stenciling anymore. Another hobby is baking from scratch. I love trying new recipes and my husband loves eating whatever I bake! I'm jealous of him because he never gains weight. Seems all I have to do is LOOK at something and I gain 5 pounds. Another hobby is shopping for Fabric! My husband is very happy to go with me and he tells me to buy whatever I want. And I do. I'm a fabricholic and someday I'll use it all up. Maybe. And my favorite hobby is making quilts! And I love watching the Midnight Quilt Show. Like SmittenKitten, I don't care what quilt you make in your videos because I love them all! Just don't ever stop making the videos and don't stop making quilts either!
I crochet, cross stitch and knit. I am fairly new to quilting and have come to realize, I love color. I seem to choose patterns based on color. I love the vibrant colors Angela chooses. I love her attitude and enjoy her sense of humor. I would like to know the size of each quilt she makes.
@@gerierwin6000 I also cross stitch and crochet. I'm TRYING to learn to knit more than scarves and afghans. Don't choose quilt patterns based on color. Choose the quilt patterns you love and then use the colors you love! It might help to get a color wheel. I have one, but don't use it too much anymore because I tend to use precuts these days. They make it so so easy! But I'm not doing too much of anything these days because 2 weeks ago a cat went into our garage and gave birth to 7 (yes SEVEN) kittens! They are now in my sewing studio up in our barn.
Angela, I would love to see you do that beautiful machine quilting on printed fabrics like the ones I use. I know they "hide" the quilting, but I think it would be wonderful to do "heavy" quilting by machine on some printed fabrics. I'll probably never be doing ombre strips because I won't live long enough to use up what I already own....HA HA. Thanks for considering this suggestion and I'll teach you how to crochet!
My New Year’s resolution is to read more and exercise every day (made possible by the Apple Watch Santa brought me) ;) My daughter and I love your show! Keep ‘em coming!!!
Beautiful quilt! I'm a novice quilter but I love trying new patterns and learning new skills. Is fabric hoarding a hobby? I definitely do that. I also love crocheting, knitting, and making beaded jewelry. And I'm venturing into garment sewing. I love them all. It just depends on my mood to what I do.
I knit and crochet :) They're both really fun and versatile, and give me something to occupy my hands, which is so important for someone who fidgets as much as I do. It's great for nervous energy, and it's really fascinating to watch a length of yarn go from a series of slipknots into a toy or a garment. And if you use chunky thread and big needles/hooks, it shapes up really fast.
I used to have 14 hobbies but about three years ago I decided to declutter so now I have three active hobbies which are quilting, photography/digital scrap booking, and my yarn work (I have a coil basket that I am slowly producing because instead of cord or grass I am re-purposing plastic bags into a rope). For this year, I got EQ mini for Christmas and I want to use it to take some quilt designs off my bucket list.
No time for any other hobby. My husband said 26yrs ago to get a hobby. Now after the fabric rolls up at the door every second week I think 🤔 he may be regretting it. Oh well his fault. Another great video Angela. New Years resolution to make more quilts. Would like to do a double wedding ring.
Happy New Year to you Angela and to all the quilters around here ! I finished a few UFO's at the end of the year so I might start a few new ones :) And I finally found a quilting group, after 2 years moving here. First meeting in 10 days, can't wait !! I love love LOVE the Midnight quilt show and it gave me the kick to start FMQ. But I still have trouble managing a large quilt on my domestic machine so I do a lot of QAYG. I would really love to see a few episodes with this technique, so it could give me more ideas (well, considering the number of my projects going, I'm not sure I need new ideas...)
My first resolution this year was never to make any more resolutions. I never keep them anyway. One tip I found for cutting fabric is to weigh down the ruler to keep it from shifting, which is my problem. It's shown on another tutorial site but I don't have a weight, so I use a smallish bottle of vinegar. Works like a charm. Hobbies? Reading, quilting, cross stitching, and, because I'm a tad OCD, housecleaning. Thanks so much for sharing. I get so excited whenever there's a new Midnight Quilter video. Everything comes to a halt so I can watch. Take care, Angela and all the best for 2019.
knitting. I knit when I watch TV news or shows with my husband. I started out this fall knitting simple k2p2 hats for family members and graduated to cable pattern hats & then color work. If you like complex knitting, take a look at some of Kaffe Fassett's awesome color work patterns for Rowan yarns... many of them are based on traditional quilting block patterns. well.... anything by Kaffe Fassett is awesome. Love his needlepoint too. I alternate between knitting & needlepoint. Portable. I always carry it with me everywhere & my hands are never idle. Sure beats mobile phone solitaire & games for productivity & keeps the hands busy.
I love your log cabin quilt. My first quilt was a red, white, and blue log cabin. But, I love circles, and 1/2 and 1/4 circles. I would love to see more circles on your show, please!
My other hobby besides quilting is wood working. They are so similar. Patterns, measuring, cutting and then putting together. You just have to have a lot more machines. Lol. Love watching your videos.
Other hobbies especially Arts and crafts of all sorts. Needle felting and cross stitch and painting keep my interest. Want to try micro quilting! Love to be outdoors too so diversity in activity makes me happy☺️.
Your videos are always fun to watch and inciteful. One thing about the show is that , to me, it really presents a cozy ambience. The really complicated bargello quilt would be a great tutorial 😁
my New Years resolution is to attempt more of your quilt projects, more gifts ready for Christmas and outside my regular quilt choices. Thanks Angela for making me work outside my safe place.
Hi, Angela! I just noticed the beautiful prints of your quilts on the wall! What a great idea! I sometimes will give a quilt away and it tugs at my heart a bit -- but I could take a picture and frame it! LOVE THAT!!!
Besides making quilt tops, my additional favorite hobby involves different types of hand and needle work. Loom beading bracelets, etc. is lots of fun because it involves patterns just like cross stitching or needlepoint. 2018 brought me to machine quilting by watching your videos. I must say that I do miss the long and short diagrams for the different quilt tops you made in the earlier versions of your show. Following them gave me ideas for what you were making and for other quilts. Like so many other viewers, the days do not go fast enough between your classes. Thank you for making quilting more fun than ever before. I used to just make quilt tops and tie them in one form or another and just stitch in the ditch. Today, I am enjoying machine quilting which has given me so much pleasure. Now when looking for a pattern, I look for one that will involve more free motion quilting rather than one with less. Thanks again.
I taught myself to spin a few years ago and make my own yarn. I have been knitting for about 40 yrs now and now I'm collecting vintage sewing machines for quilting.
I would love to see a beginner's friendly sew-along type block/quilt with intricate look to finally commit to an actual quilt that is not a sample... hm, sounds like a good new year resolution to move forward from samplers to creations...
My other hobbies are making signs with my silhouette cameo , reading a good book(or drooling over a quilting book or video) , but nothing beats quilting! Love your videos! If I had to choose a quilt for you to do , it would be anything with stars! What quilter doesn’t love stars!!
Love, love, love your videos. Don’t ever stop being witty and funny. My quilting group “The Quirky Quilters”:came and visited your shop in July 2018 on a trip there and to Missouri Star. What can I say you and Jenny are our idols, I was hoping to get to meet you in person but it did not happen. I think the lady running the shop said you was in New York. O’ well maybe next time. I live all the way out here in Kentucky and am going to a quilting retreat in Jabez in a few weeks where I’m going to get to meet Rob Appell. Looking forward to that so much. With all this being said I wish I could be brave enough to tackle the free motion quilting like you but since I’m a bit leery of that my hubby got me a brand new long arm quilting machine for Christmas with a 12 foot frame. Guess you know what 2019 will hold for me. Just wanted to send you a message and let you know that I admire your work and your videos. Never stop. I am also in love with crocheting so go ahead pick up another hobby. It’s nice to mix it up every now and again. Hope to meet you some day.
would like to see maybe some country or Amish quilts, but honestly i'll watch how you make any quilt. It inspires me to keep trying to make them as well as practicing how to free motion quilt, which I'm horrible at the moment lol
My hobby is actually painting my nails at night... because small children. I have noticed for as long as I’ve watched your videos your nails are always looking super nice! 👍💅😁
hi angela, a double weddingring quilt would be great. my intensions for the year are definitly more sewing, finishing projects, buying a quilting machine, and tidying up my sewing room🙈❕Greetings from germany Manuela
I've resolved to finish some quilts that my beds are waiting for. I haven't been in my sewing basement (it has spread beyond he room down there) today, but since I made a trip to the quilt shop for needed supplies to finish two different quilts, day two should not be considered a failure. I have (too many) other interests...photography, genealogy, hiking, bicycling, traveling. In 2018, we had so many doctors' appointments and procedures that it really put a dent in our fun activities. I hope to give that one up during 2019.
Love to see you add some different elements in your quilting, lace in between border strip maybe? Sooo pretty! Or some different styles of fabric? Love everything quilting and maybe.... finishing projects should be my New Years resolution that’s what my conscious keeps telling me.. For now I joined a yoga class..
First let me say I love all your videos. I’m learning to FMQ and your my teacher. Your an amazing teacher. My other hobby is painting. I paint with acrylic and oils. I spend most of my time quilting. Learning to FMQ is my new hobby. I’m going to perfect this and I know I am. Thanks for another beautiful quilt.
Loom knitting! It doesn’t hurt my arthritis like knitting and I can take it anywhere. Currently knitting a queen sized throw on the go....which is why it is taking so long...I prefer quilting though.
Oh quilt ideas!! Smaller projects for gifts like kitchen floor mats. I received one for Christmas this past year and I can’t believe I have gone this long without one! My 1, 6, and 8 year old help in the kitchen a lot so water and everything goes everywhere, having something cute to catch the drops and drips helps! Thanks!!
Arne and Carlos are my knitting inspiration and you are my quilting inspiration! My 2019 quilt related goal is to get all my fabric stash organized and many UFO's finished. 2019 knitting goals include a steeked Norwegian cardigan.
I crochet and knit too. The other thing I love is starting my garden seeds in Feb. Taking care of those cute little seedlings gets me through the winter!!
I have several crafty hobbies I enjoy. ...quilting,crochet, knitting, embroidery by hand and machine, occasionally cross stitch and I'm also getting into my cricut maker crafts over last year. I usually take a crochet or knitting project with me that is a repetitive pattern I know so I don't need to carry pattern etc along
My other hobby is knitting/crocheting. It is a good thing to do while watching tv or travelling. I am not sure if playing tennis counts as a hobby but it is great for fitness and fun (and wrestling quilts through ones home machine helps build muscles in your arms that are necessary for tennis). Happy New Year!
My hobbies are bird watching (if you can call it a hobby 😝), nature photographing, cross stitching, quilting and growing orchids (78 so far)! But I would like to try some crochê this year at one point. You would think I have nothing to do but really these are my therapies 😂 to keep me sane.
Thank you for being you. :) I took my first quilting class and I was so frustrated because the instructor wanted everything perfect. I thought I would never finish a quilt at that rate. You make me feel like I can do it and I don't have to be perfect which has made me enjoy quilting so much more. Thanks Angela!
One of my favorite hobbies especially during summer is golf and reading. Luckily during winter I get to quilting a lot especially on storm day. My resolution last year was a pledge to finish some of my ufo’s which I completed 8 of 25 projects. So my new year resolution is the same for this year, I might finish in 2020. Keep up the great projects I really enjoy MB’s and so look forward to each new one. I would love to see a show on fat quarters for baby quilts. I love making them for friends and family. Thanks so much for your show I find it inspirational and love your sense of humor and style.
Every time I watch an episode I want to make the quilt. Can’t keep up with you though!! I have done counted crossstitch , cross stitch, crocheting, knitting. But quilting is my true love. When Craftsy had all their wonderful sales before Christmas I bought five kits. And some fabric. And...
I love the ombré too. I sketch and paint when I am not sewing/quilting/designing, watching UTube videos, playing on my tablet, oh and working and cleaning etc
Everything you make is fabulous! I enjoy watching all of your videos! I would love to see how you would quilt a T-shirt quilt. I've made two with just an overall design, but wonder if you would come up with something dramatic! I love your New Year's resolutions - MORE MQS!!!!
I love how bright this quilt is. It is definitely going on my to do list. I've taken up hand embroidery again. I've tried, several times, but I just don't enjoy gardening. I don't think I could ever give up buying fabric. :D
I am still a fairly beginner at quilter but over the years I have taken up knitting, some sewing, fabric collecting, doll house miniatures (1:12), scrapbooking, reading, etc., but my biggest hobby is genealogy. ❤️ me a family tree!
I love your New Year's Resolution of making more shows!! When I am not sewing, I love to knit or crochet. My mom knits her own dishcloths and when I go to visit I always comment on them. Last year she gave me a couple of pattern books and I made several, such beautiful colors....just like fabric...lol.
I love to hand embroider blocks, and hand applique “woolies” projects. Both are portable and the embroidered blocks can be coupled with fabric-like a jelly roll- to make a quilt.
Quilting is my life, but my hubby got me a Cricut Maker for Christmas and I’m so lovin’ it!!! I made me a set of cups for my kitchen and they turned out wonderful!!!
A nice complimentary hobby, to quilting, is genealogy! Each state has at least one quilt block...so you could make a genealogy family quilt!!
I will be quilting and teaching more this year so my resolution is to make time for exercise. Whether it’s running to the gym a few mornings, or having Alexa set to remind me to get up and move around for 10 minutes each hour I’m sewing. I need to get more fit but my creative soul is so demanding.

Girl your are just too cute. Love your videos. I can’t come up with a suggestion. I like all your stuff. If I think of something, I will post again.
I am just in awe of your quilting abilities. You make it look easy. Mine never come out the same on repeats, like the fern leaves.
I like cross stitching. It’s something I can easily take along to work on when I’m not at home.
That is something I used to do. I was particularly fond of Mirabilia designs.

I love your Midnight Qiult Show. Also I do love quilting but I also love to golf & fly fishing. All my hobby’s keep me pretty busy.
That was my 2018 resolution. Here's to 2019 and really really organizing my crafts
I just ordered this kit! My new years resolution, is to buy more fabric and quilt more😁
I love sewing, quilting and embroidering and do fantastic at it (tho i still learn to do it all better).
Use them for hand piece quilting. I take mine everywhere in a small container that fits in my purse. So relaxing.
Mich P. Can you talk more about your new home? That sounds interesting!
Just don't ever stop making the videos and don't stop making quilts either!
if you don't mind saying, what did you stencil on?
Love you Angela. I hope you get an opportunity to come to the Gulf Coast this year.
Angela, you are the born Entertainer...
Embroidery with wool , beautiful wool ! It’s fun and I do hand and machine .
I finished a few UFO's at the end of the year so I might start a few new ones :)
And I finally found a quilting group, after 2 years moving here.
Have enjoyed combining my card making and embroidery/quilting stitches to make really nice quilted cards to give to family and friends!
I must have seen the same tutorial... found a 5 lb dumbbell at one of those second time around sport shops... really helps!
@@marilynlott3189 hahaha I should probably look for a weight/dumbell too, It would most likely look a little classier than that jug of vinegar.
knitting. I knit when I watch TV news or shows with my husband. I started out this fall knitting simple k2p2 hats for family members and graduated to cable pattern hats & then color work. If you like complex knitting, take a look at
some of Kaffe Fassett's awesome color work patterns for Rowan yarns... many of them are based on traditional quilting block patterns. well.... anything by Kaffe Fassett is awesome. Love his needlepoint too. I alternate between
knitting & needlepoint.
I like creating drip paintings and quilting now thanks to you 😊
My other hobby besides quilting is wood working. They are so similar. Patterns, measuring, cutting and then putting together. You just have to have a lot more machines. Lol. Love watching your videos.
Since I'm not a quilter but I love watching you do it, my hobby is crochet and on occasion cross stitch. Thanks for sharing😊
Love the new gloves by the way. What is the name of them?
would like to see maybe some country or Amish quilts, but honestly i'll watch how you make any quilt. It inspires me to keep trying to make them as well as practicing how to free motion quilt, which I'm horrible at the moment lol
My hobby is actually painting my nails at night... because small children. I have noticed for as long as I’ve watched your videos your nails are always looking super nice! 👍💅😁
Ĺvonss
hobbies...lots! crochet, knitting, cross stitch, reading, tatting, rug making, designing quilts, lots of crafting/home deco....
Other hobbies are stained glass and wood turning. Lots of crafting in our house. Love your shows.
hi angela, a double weddingring quilt would be great. my intensions for the year are definitly more sewing, finishing projects, buying a quilting machine, and tidying up my sewing room🙈❕Greetings from germany Manuela
I already quilt and knit. This year, I am going to re-learn how to weave! Can’t wait to get my loom. Life long dream.
My passion is Wool Appliqué. I enjoy creative hand stitching.
I really love cross stitching. It's kinda easy to take on the go, and I usually keep on in my bag. And it's so easy to make your own designs.
I would love to see how to piece/quilt actual curved pieces. The technique seems daunting. Love the help and tips you give!
I’m trying to teach myself to crochet and knit. I also love to read. And watch Midnight Quilt Show of course!!
Yes!!! Yes!!! More Episodes!!!! ❤️❤️🥳🥳🥳
Every time I watch an episode I want to make the quilt. Can’t keep up with you though!! I have done counted crossstitch , cross stitch, crocheting, knitting. But quilting is my true love. When Craftsy had all their wonderful sales before Christmas I bought five kits. And some fabric. And...
I love the quote on your shirt Lady 👍🏽😊!
I love the ombré too. I sketch and paint when I am not sewing/quilting/designing, watching UTube videos, playing on my tablet, oh and working and cleaning etc
Knitting is one of my favourite hobbies! And playing viola and writing are pretty fun too
I would love to see a large print friendly quilt that is simple but looks like you did something.! Thanks for all you do for us !
Everything you make is fabulous! I enjoy watching all of your videos! I would love to see how you would quilt a T-shirt quilt. I've made two with just an overall design, but wonder if you would come up with something dramatic! I love your New Year's resolutions - MORE MQS!!!!
Thank you for finally adding the cutting to your tutorials It helps to us that have not done it before and are still learning
I enjoy count cross stitch. I find it relaxing and production
Quilting is my life, but my hubby got me a Cricut Maker for Christmas and I’m so lovin’ it!!! I made me a set of cups for my kitchen and they turned out wonderful!!!
