  • 马来西亚甜点Buburchacha(摩摩喳喳)‼️味道香浓,口感绵密,让人一口接一口,完全停不下来🔥💯
    材料:200克芋头、200克番薯、200克紫薯、50克西米露、1000毫升清水、1个班兰结、70克马六甲椰糖、70克白糖、1茶勺盐、200克椰浆
    1)把芋头番薯紫薯切块,蒸10分钟
    2)热锅热水,把西米露煮至透明捞出浸泡在水中备用
    3)锅中准备1000毫升清水,加入班兰结、70克马六甲椰糖、开大火煮开融化再加入70克白糖&1茶勺盐
    4)把蒸好的芋头番薯紫薯西米露加入,最后加入200毫升椰浆煮个2-5分钟焖盖,放至微凉就能享用了❤️

    Ingredients: 200g taro, 200g sweet potato, 200g purple potato, 50g sago, 1000ml water, 1 pandan knot, 70g coconut sugar, 70g white sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 200g coconut milk
    1) Cut the taro sweet potato and purple potato into pieces, steam for 10 minutes
    2) Heat a pot of hot water, boil the sago until it is transparent, remove and soak in cold water for later use
    3) Prepare 1000ml of water in a pan, add pandan knot, 70g coconut sugar, boil over high heat to melt, then add 70g sugar & 1 teaspoon salt
    4) Add the steamed taro sweet potato and purple potato sago, and finally add 200 ml coconut milk, cook for 2-5 minutes, cover, let it cool slightly and enjoy ❤️
