The one I would like to be ordered is "this Singer", Singer Heavy Duty l.D.# 4452. WAS $229, on SALE for $59.00. I think l was reading it right. Love the channel and all of you. Enjoy the banter between father and children. Thanks to your Mum I did try out the Back Cake recipe. Turned out awesome. Kneading is the right term when making dough. And the other term you are looking for is blanching when you are giving it a quick boil. 😊
You can also grate the garlic

The only ingedeient that I swap is I use beef suet instead of the butter flakes and shortening in step 2 after refrigerating the dough.
Beef suet is already grated and I like the taste it adds to the dough.
Great channel and the love you put into making the dishes and the funny comments from the camerawoman make watching and learning from you so amazing!

The Jamaican Salt Fish Patties look delicious. I learned from when you made the Lasagna with the Spinach to clean it with salt. And clean the mushrooms with Vinegar to keep them white. I want to try make the Salt Fish Patties. I live in NYC, I love seeing you cook and your family too. The Lord bless you all real good.

Deddy is too adorbs.I LOVE, LOVE Ackee & saltfish. I just ran upon your page since makin rastapasta for the 1st time, got great tips. A keen and salt fish is hard to get even in South Florida with Jamaican restaraunts on every block. For some reason they don't make it often... I love it but it seems overwhelming like totally a dish outta my experience league.... I haven't watched the whole video yet (still makin rasta pasta) but I will be back.
