Looks delicious as always! I would suggest turning the roast with large tongs while browning. Turning it by piercing it with the fork makes the meat dry out as the juices leak out.

I'm not sure that they eat pork. That was sort of a ribeye roast, on package, it was called Eye Of The Riund Rib, " steak. I hope that this helps
