There was some article somewhere that John was mad that Rickenbacker didn’t give him a guitar and George did as John had played a rickenbacker all the way up to 65’. Hence his love For the Epiphone Casino all the way until the end of the Beatles.

I believe that was the old Guesthouse Motel. My grandmother was working there when they were in town.
