One of the best things I found to bring on the machine to clean out radiators or wash windshields, is one of those pool squirt guns. You can suck water out of a creek or your cooler and use it to sort of pressure wash any mud and debris away. Nice in a pinch and no batteries or tools required. And cheap!
What was the air tire pressure you had that day? Seems you could lower it more to have more traction . Great ride!! Not every body would have guts to do it.
I was running 8PSI front and rear on my 32X10X15 XTR 370's. I don't like going below that when we are doing mixed riding since the XTR is super prone to pinch flats and sidewall punctures. The rock there is soo slick and it was pretty damp and cool that day. Event the Roxxzilla stickies were struggling for grip. The XTR's didn't stand a chance, lol.
I bought a syringe or barrel style of water gun from a dollar store when I first got my rzr and always kept it behind my seat works great for rad/windshield washing on the trail. Get way more flow than that squirt bottle. Plus the water can be murky or dirty and it won’t get plugged if you don’t have super clean water to work with.
On the topic of tires just got my first set of system 3 beadlocks with the tusk terabytes for my CFMOTO 1000 XL can't wait to get them in and have them put on
Love a good mixture of trail riding don't like doing rock crawling as of course my utility vehicle when like that anyway LOL love writing Rainbow falls in Savannah Tennessee lots of Creek bed crossings what's lots of hill climbs just a little bit of rock crawling or maybe better should say stair stepping
Those sway bar brackets on the rzr are known weak points but having 32s and those heavier arched trailing arms etc would all be putting extra strain on it. Good point about hitting the breaks and snapping the prop shaft. Thats something I never thought of before.
awesome video as usual! have you ever thought to mount up some frog skin material to the back side of your grill for some mud protection? my krx has those frog skin covers on the intake and cvt intake and air still is able to flow through but cuts down on the dust and mud coming through before the intake filter..... just a thought for a little homemade idea, if it gets covered in mud you can just pop out the grill rinse it in some water and your good to go. even if you just zip tied it or riveted it to your grill I'm sure it would cut down significantly on your rad plugging up.. I zip tie some abs plastic sheeting to the back side of my grill for winter riding to help keep the coolant warmer and my heater kit putting out some nice hot air to help defrost the windshield and keep us warm in the snowy rides
Any recommendations on a good hand pump sprayer for SXS use? Love this idea and have seen situations that it could really help. You arent always near a natural cleaning station. Could also be helpful when you have a breakdown on the trail and the parts you need to work on are always filthy. Do a quick rinse off could make the repair a little easier.
I've been thinking of trying some other action cameras like the new Insta 360 unit or the DJI. I've been so invested in GoPro over the years its hard to switch because I have so many mounts, batteries and other accessories for them.
Thanks man. Unfortunately these longer road trips don’t line up with everyone’s work schedules or their ability to book time off. I wish we could have the whole crew on every ride.
The system 3 370's for upstate ny ate the best tire bar non. They just eat through what ever this state throws at it and they last a long time. They are a bit heavier but it's worth it for sure
@@chriskocienski3601 i also think they are an all around good performer for mixed use. They could have a bit more bite on the rocks especially when it’s wet or cold but otherwise I do like them a lot. I’ll be trying a new tire on this terrain on our next trip.
@AdrenalineJunkieProd totally they have always performed well for me and where I ride, it's a little mix of everything and they are great. The rockzillas are definitely a better rock tire but the 370s are in my opinion the best all around tire. They just perform well in everything
I have had 3 sets. I feel they are tough tires and great all around performers. I currently have a set of 32X10X14’s on my 2022 Z-Force 950 HO EX and they work great. I’ve also run them on my rzr turbo in the past. I have a set studded up for winter riding also.
I spray my radiator with Zep, let it sit for a few and rinse with a hose. I try not to use the pressure washer to much on it. Don't want to bend the fins.
I've heard good things about most the popular sticky compounds. I wanted Roxxzillas but a bunch of the guys in the crew already have them so maybe I should try something different. The Nittos would be fun to try. I know Obor also makes a sticky compound rock tire now too and so does MRT.
Ur a razor guy I have a 21 xp4 1000 I have this clunk in the front over rocky area I have went thur everything on it and everything is tight does the walker even shocks clunk it’s got 1000 miles on it and the clunk is getting worst and worst and can’t seem to find it thought it was the sway bar so I removed it but still there
Hey man. Often you will get a clunk type sound without a front sway bar as the shocks hit their internal stops on full extension. Most people get rid of the sound by running limit straps in the front. I used to have it too until I installed limit straps. It could just be the shocks if you have checked everything else. Does it only do it when your shocks fully extend like when a wheel drops off a ledge or a rock? Many people will tell you it's fine if you hear that. Others believe that especially when you have heavier wheels and tires installed it's best to run a limit strap so that the strap physically absorbs the extension, rather than the shock internals. I believe limit straps are a good idea, especially when not running a front sway bar.
It’s driving me nuts I am a tech for cars for the last 20 years and I just can find it I am going just bite the bullet and order everything to rebuild the shocks and try that bc it almost has to be the shocks just thought I would ask bc I no u have been throw it all with razor and ur vids and build are something I have watched for years now so thought I would ask the Canadian king
@@419offroad2 Canadian King! Dang man, appreciate the compliment, lol. Hmmm, that's odd. Ok, this may sound stupid but it's not your winch hook dangling around is it? I'm assuming you've already cancelled out that variable but just throwin it out there. I'm not sure if maybe the Walker Evans shocks are just noisier or if its potentially spring noise. Hard to take a good guess without hearing it but it sounds you've likely checked everything already.
I heard the front diff pop when it hit that rock. I don't think it was you hitting the brakes, I think it was the sliding backward and then the tire hitting the rock to stop it.
Tire size affects unsprung weight. Weight of anything suspended by the suspension significantly impacts performance. In the road racing world we would always say one pound of unsprung weight is like 2 pounds of static weight. Taking a pound off the unsprung is like taking two off the body/chassis. When we were talking about the tire weight on the CF Moto it may have come off as a little confusing. We mentioned that the heavy tires were causing suspension sag which isn’t what we actually meant. We meant that the tire and wheel weight wasn’t helping the already saggy and struggling stock suspension. Since then Blake has adjusted his preload and added improved helper springs. He’s actually also gone back down to a 32 inch tire.
Ya man, that’s for sure. If it looks bad on video it’s crazy in reality, lol. This is a pretty nasty section of trail. It’s totally doable though, this time things just didn’t go our way. We will all be going back again at the end of September to try and redeem ourselves.
Do you suppose rear wheel steering will soon become a common option on side by sides? I realize that will be a potential weak point on rigs that are hammered hard.
It’s supposed to be working now. There was an issue with it but they told me it’s back to the 10% off like it’s supposed to be. It should give you 10% off your entire order. Please let me know if it’s not working and I’ll get it looked after.
You said he would have more clearance with 32s because 35s are heavy. That has nothing to do with ride height. The issue is the cage the tool box, springs wearing out and 2 men up front!
Ya, you’re right. More or less what we were talkin about was that the extra tire and wheel weight wasn’t helping the already overloaded shocks and springs. Sometimes we say things the way we do in the moment and when you listen to them after it doesn’t make sense the way it did in the moment lol.
Hey man, Lee and his wife had just got in the machine there because we were turning around to head back to camp. I stopped to pull in my winch line and at that time they got the call on the radio that Jason had flipped. They turned around quick and that's when they told me what happened. Generally speaking event eh guys in our crew that don't choose to wear helmets most definitely wear seatbelts. But you are right in theory, accidents can happen at any time and often it's those times we don't expect it so they should be wearing belts.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd takes only a second to secure yourself. Thankfully his wife managed to put hers on. Guy could’ve killed himself over something so simple.
@@joshcaine4 all the guys in our crew have excellent experiences with the OEM Polaris warranty over the years. However, it does have a lot to do with your dealership I find.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd I don't live in Tucson anymore, but I hope you never find yourself needing a dealership in Tucson Arizona, all of the local shops are pretty good, my favorite is Dirt Dr's, but the dealerships are pretty universally terrible. Hope y'all make it to Oregon someday
My question is, if you tried to make it through some tough area, why do so many people just keep going and going at it until they tear their rides up, when they could have winched through it so easy and kept riding?
It because we know we can easily make it up if we winch, we want to make it up without winching. This climb is doable without winching. Conditions were rough when we hit it and things just didn't go our way. We pull cable when we need to but the goal for this ride was to see if we could do it without. We all accept the fact that hitting obstacles like this over and over and harder and harder can lead to mechanical failures. It's just part of the game.
Don’t get me wrong, I think you have the best damn show out of all of them. You do the best form of true utv riding. I watch a lot of them, well not for long because they can’t hold a candle to you guys. I recently hit a regular water hole crossing that some how became over 6ft deep and almost drown . Sunk my RZR 900. Had to leave it and walk a few miles home and come back the next day to get it. Did everything to make it run again but will not start. Could be the computer or or something in wiring harness. Thanks for sharing your rides. I say you have the best videos out there. Really a big fan brother.
@@lancewillinger2284 thanks Lance. Stoked to hear you enjoy the video, I appreciate the kind words. That sucks big time! Sorry to hear about your luck. It’s wild how terrain can change. That’s a tough one, after sitting submerged that long it could be a bunch of things. Did you make sure you don’t have water in the air box and engine before cranking it over? Check the CVT case too. If all that looks ok then it’s likely something electrical. I’ve seen similar issues resolve themselves when things dry out. Also check your fuse block, make sure it’s not full of water and mud. Also check all the fuses. Start with the basics. Make sure you’ve got spark too. Hope you can get it figured out.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd oh yea I have drained and filled 4 times already. I will test computer next. I have a can am 1000 also that just won’t die. Prefer my RZR though. I am looking up the area you are riding in this video now. Hope to make a trip there soon.
EVERYTIME I get in my side by side, helmet and full seat belt go on. I make my wife do the same, even if we're taking pavement roads. Had Jason rolled 4 feet back and hit that massive boulder and it crushed the roof, theres a good chance he wouldnt have walked away. People gotta remember, side by sides are giving you AMAZING performance off road and theyre dangerous because of that
He’s had it redesigned since this video. They rebuilt it and it looks a little different now but overall I agree with you. If I was building a cage for my z-force I’d do it differently. To each their own though.
Which one? I have two now 😂 Unfortunately I can only drive one machine at a time. So I try to switch it up. The #BattleWagon is still my true love, lol. I’ll be taking the CF Moto Z-Force 950 HO EX on our next trail ride likely.

In what world would someone gain ride height from going down to a 32" tire from a 35"?! The weight of the tires have nothing to do with the sagging suspension
Happy Father’s Day, on the topic of mud, I absolutely despise it lol I ride a turbo s so if the ground is greasy at all me, my wife and my machine is absolutely filthy 😂
Also, this is for the guys with the sticky zillas. Get them in a slick spot with ideally all 4 on rocks and get them burning, that’s what gets em sticky and a lot of traction.
Good tip for the Zillas. I've seen quite a few people warm them up like that. As for the mud, ya, I hate getting everything covered early in a ride and then having to deal with the mess all day.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd if you take a look at the can am crew. you can see when they are on a obstacle, and they start to heat them up they will start bucking and hopping from trying to climb the ledges
How are you going to blame the tire height and tire weight on the sagging springs? Saying that running the smaller tires would increase the ground clearance is crazy thought process. The missing height is due to the extra weight carried by the stock coils. You added weight with the cage and gear and now need to adjust the spring rates accordingly. The tires were not the variable here.
You guys are not playing around today 😵💫😵💫how about keeping them hands in when rolling it🤔 an maybe a helmet? Tylenol anyone 😂😂😂😂😂looks like he’s fine 👏👏
We found a bit of a design flaw in the retractable harnesses. Since Jason was leaned forward when the roll happened the harness didn't lock tight and I think that led to a little more bouncing around. Luckily the impact to his head was minor and his hands did stay in the machine, although in at one point it did look like his elbow was sticking out a bit. If you've never rolled then you don't realize how quickly it all happens. There is so much going on it's hard to think. The hands inside thing is huge and most of the seasoned riders know this, you hold your harnesses or the wheel but in the moment we don't always do what's best. Sometimes thinking just isn't an option, lol.

I use to never wear a helmet , but been under atves more times then I want to admit , I was lucky never hurt , but lost a buddy that atv rolled on him and had another who got seriously injured , so when I go out riding now I always wear a helmet , but just doing yard work around the acreage I still don’t but not going above 20km/hr usually , FOR ANYONE READING THIS it’s not worth the risk guys , your family and friends want and love you back at home , ALSO buy a helmet your comfort with and good quality , don’t buy the cheapest on the shelf on sale ,
Helmets are required on a motorcycle but not on 4 wheelers or sxs. Ask me how I know 😂 or better yet ask the judge or the cop that pulled me over and lost in court

I am at the age where watching people do this is more fun than breaking my gear. Been there done that.Helmet’s a must.
Love these TN vids!
Thanks man! Glad to hear you enjoy them.
What about heading east TN with us for an adventure some time 🤔
Better start wearing the brain buckets boys!!! Great video again! Glad everyone was ok 🤙🏼
Yea buddy !!! What a day. I really don't know what else to say.
Let's get it
I’m running the SA prop shafts as well. I choose the U joint version though because I think they are stronger.
I've run both. I got another CV joint style shaft to replace the broken one. If it breaks again I'll try going back to the u-joint style shaft.
Hey just a tip, we all keep the dollar store tube water gun sprayer and a collapsing bucket for water for refills, work good in a pinch!
On the topic of tires just got my first set of system 3 beadlocks with the tusk terabytes for my CFMOTO 1000 XL can't wait to get them in and have them put on
Nice! New tires are always exciting. Enjoy the new wheels and rubber man.
Cool I'm a truck driver and I park at that pilot and that ta all the time
Junkie, you put out the best videos. Maybe we should call you Swammy Junkie. Anyway, thanks for the video.
Happy Father's Day to you guys too
great job on the video brother
Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed it.
Tough day boys. Always need a redemption ride after a day like that. Great video 😎🍻
This is the way the dice roll some days, lol. A redemption ride must occur 🤣
I'm still on my stock 27's! 🤣 Everytime I watch one of these I want some new rubber (2015 900 RZR S EPS)
Keep it up! Always enjoy your content!
Tell Blake name his The Wagon Slayer!😂
HAHAHAHA, oh man. Shots fired! We would need to have a full out head to head show down if that happened.
Part of the fun smack talkin tho 🤘🏻
I had good luck sofar with the dji action 4. Doesn't overheat as quick ateast
I've been thinking of trying some other action cameras like the new Insta 360 unit or the DJI. I've been so invested in GoPro over the years its hard to switch because I have so many mounts, batteries and other accessories for them.
Another awesome ride, but where is Corney and the KRX?
Trails look super fun
Have you ever used any tusk megabytes i like the set i have
Yes he runs tusk megabites! I run them and fuc#ing love them!! Never been stuck yet and they do well rock crawling!!
I have had 3 sets. I feel they are tough tires and great all around performers. I currently have a set of 32X10X14’s on my 2022 Z-Force 950 HO EX and they work great. I’ve also run them on my rzr turbo in the past. I have a set studded up for winter riding also.
My yamaha i rum 27x11x12 and 27x9x12
I run them now on my wildcatxx
I have 34" megabytes on my KRX. Fantastic all around tire and tough as hell.
Great content Sir glad everyone was ok. Did yall ever figure out what happened to Blake’s
Have fun and stay safe
I spray my radiator with Zep, let it sit for a few and rinse with a hose. I try not to use the pressure washer to much on it. Don't want to bend the fins.
Great Video, tough Trail 👍
We love mud !we are Mudd pit adventures but you got interested in rock trails now also we want go to Canada love your channel
I have the M1 evils 32 inch on a x3 they have done amazing I have not had one problem with them.
Awesome!! Let some air out of those tires to climb!!
Thanks! Most of us are only running 6-10psi in our tires.
Happy Father’s Day! I’d like to see you try the Nitto Sxs Grapplers as a sticky choice
I've heard good things about most the popular sticky compounds. I wanted Roxxzillas but a bunch of the guys in the crew already have them so maybe I should try something different. The Nittos would be fun to try. I know Obor also makes a sticky compound rock tire now too and so does MRT.
Hey man Happy Fathers Day - great video-
Thanks man!
Not just does it when there is a lot of lil rocks and bumpy spots it’s like a bad sway bar end link on a car that’s the best way to describe it
It’s driving me nuts I am a tech for cars for the last 20 years and I just can find it I am going just bite the bullet and order everything to rebuild the shocks and try that bc it almost has to be the shocks just thought I would ask bc I no u have been throw it all with razor and ur vids and build are something I have watched for years now so thought I would ask the Canadian king
Hope u have a good father day and hope someday I am able to meet up and ride with u all
@@419offroad2 Canadian King!
I’ve had pretty decent luck with the Sedona trail saws in a 35 on my Kawasaki krx. I just ordered 35 nittos to try out as ive heard good things about
I heard the front diff pop when it hit that rock. I don't think it was you hitting the brakes, I think it was the sliding backward and then the tire hitting the rock to stop it.
I’m quite convinced it was me hitting the brakes but I can’t be totally sure. You could be right too.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd Either way that's a tough hill. Things are gonna happen you guys showed some "stones" tackling it!
Love following your videos, but how does your tire size effect sprung weight?
Why is everyone running so much air pressure?
i thought to myself helmet when u 1st left.....glad they r ok. i just saw "all i can A-ford" lol
You guys are crazy! 🤣👍🏼💪🏼 greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
When a climb looks steep on video you can bet it's serious. I would detour around that one for sure.
Ya man, that’s for sure. If it looks bad on video it’s crazy in reality, lol. This is a pretty nasty section of trail. It’s totally doable though, this time things just didn’t go our way. We will all be going back again at the end of September to try and redeem ourselves.
You need to check out mine made adventure park here in Kentucky
Would love to see you try the System3 ATX470!
I've had four different tires, my favorites so far are carnivores for general trail riding.
Do you suppose rear wheel steering will soon become a common option on side by sides? I realize that will be a potential weak point on rigs that are hammered hard.
Does your finntrail code work again? I tried to use it and they told me no.
Fair enough. That makes sense lol. Regardless the cf moto still did well! Even with sagging springs and no ground clearance
Wish we can ride with yall we headen out to eagle rock in November me and the wife
1:38:42 these guys need to get them seatbelts on!!!
Pretty sure they just got in the machine to turn around checking on me
Hey man, Lee and his wife had just got in the machine there because we were turning around to head back to camp.
Ya, cause mister Jason here just can't seem to keep it rubber side down. He through a hissy fit that we left and wanted us to come back, LOL 😂
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd takes only a second to secure yourself. Thankfully his wife managed to put hers on. Guy could’ve killed himself over something so simple.
1:38:18. Sure seems like he was attempting a section of rocks when he flipped. Not sure why you wouldn’t throw on your harness there.
Dude I love mud riding it’s fun y’all try it🤟
I don’t mind the mud from time to time. Any terrain is fun. Just so much cleanup when you ride mud.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd do you at least have a Honda foreman 500 ATV 2012
Love my atx 470 system 3's
I really want to try those. A friend of ours just got a set of 35s for his KRX. Can't wait to see how they perform.
I live in wny too if that helps it just eats it up
M 1 Evils is the tire I run, it's a Canadian made tire.
When I lost my front diff in my 2021 Turbo S4 it wasn't even a hit, it was at the dunes. The sprague was warped. Polaris had a bad batch
Well that sucks. Hope they covered you’re under warranty.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd my extended warranty did, not the oem one, polaris never admits any wrongdoing
How can someone purchase one of these? I. Seriously Interested
EVERYTIME I get in my side by side, helmet and full seat belt go on. I make my wife do the same, even if we're taking pavement roads. Had Jason rolled 4 feet back and hit that massive boulder and it crushed the roof, theres a good chance he wouldnt have walked away. People gotta remember, side by sides are giving you AMAZING performance off road and theyre dangerous because of that
You need to try the MT Baja pro UTV tires
You have a video on the radio communications that you and your wife are wearing ? is it just for you and her or can you talk the the whole group
Can y’all do Indian mountain in Alabama one day?
Love mud south Texas cf moto ,800ex
Not impressed with the design of the Z Force roll cage. Zero triangulation. Nice vid though!!!!!
He’s had it redesigned since this video. They rebuilt it and it looks a little different now but overall I agree with you. If I was building a cage for my z-force I’d do it differently. To each their own though.
Where is your CF Moto?
Which one? I have two now 😂 Unfortunately I can only drive one machine at a time. So I try to switch it up. The #BattleWagon is still my true love, lol. I’ll be taking the CF Moto Z-Force 950 HO EX on our next trail ride likely.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd don't you have a new Polaris also?
@@mikeruffo6462 Yes, I have a 2024 XP1K currently as well. I'm lucky I've got a few units at the moment but not enough time to ride them all as much as I'd like. I need to find someone to help me edit these videos, lol.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd I waiting to see them in action! LOL
Yes, it is more fun on an atv, enjoy.
In what world would someone gain ride height from going down to a 32" tire from a 35"?! The weight of the tires have nothing to do with the sagging suspension
22 R Maxx rocks East Sparta Mike
Time for a talon x
The tires were not the variable here.
u should start bringin a spare machine!
You guys are not playing around today 😵💫😵💫how about keeping them hands in when rolling it🤔 an maybe a helmet? Tylenol anyone 😂😂😂😂😂looks like he’s fine 👏👏
💯.. hands never left the steering wheel ..my harness let me go.. definitely be wearing helmets next run up
@@Tntrailjunkie ohh ok I thought I saw them hands out😀glad you are ok.

Guy in the cf moto, you can tell he’s not an experienced off-roader. He might ride trails a lot but not the extreme technical trails.

THUMBS UP if you DON'T WEAR A HELMET when you ride! Why don't you??
My wife, daughter &I wear helmets with all sports we play (mx, sxs, 4wd, mt bike, rock climbing, ww kayaking etc. Im walking today from helmet when I was a kid (70 now)
I use to never wear a helmet , but been under atves more times then I want to admit , I was lucky never hurt , but lost a buddy that atv rolled on him and had another who got seriously injured , so when I go out riding now I always wear a helmet , but just doing yard work around the acreage I still don’t but not going above 20km/hr usually , FOR ANYONE READING THIS it’s not worth the risk guys , your family and friends want and love you back at home , ALSO buy a helmet your comfort with and good quality , don’t buy the cheapest on the shelf on sale ,
Helmets are required on a motorcycle but not on 4 wheelers or sxs. Ask me how I know 😂 or better yet ask the judge or the cop that pulled me over and lost in court
Not all states require helmets on motorcycles either
I’m just talking about Tennessee on the road. Trails might be different in different places but I’m not sure
😎😎
HEY GUYS. MAYBE IF YOU SPIN YOUR TIRES A LITTLE FASTER THAT'LL HELP. LOL. watching these side by sides spin their tires on rocks that my jeep would crawl up with no problem is hilarious.
