Love living in Fresno! It’s changing so much. It’s finally starting to act like a big city. Lots to do here, many places to eat, lots of cultures here, and centered to all the main cities. There’s much development happening.

I can think of some lovely places inland where the cost of living is not outrageous, the people are very nice, and there are fabulous attractions nearby. Thank you for not mentioning them.
Booming City is Eastvale CA .. New houses , safe and convenient location . House cost between $850,000.00 to 1.3 Million There are almost no house available in Eastvale and nobody is selling the house. I couldn't afford anything in Sacramento that was in a decent area and other family members already moved there. Totally worth it for what you pay. It's about a 45-minute drive to Sacramento and around 35 min drive to Roseville. Bakersfield is your place if you like extreme hot summers . Fresno is dangerous and not a good place to live accord to a family member on the Fresno police department.
I live in a gated community called Lake Wildwood. It's located between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. Average housing is around $590,000. However, this includes lakefront homes on the 300 acre lake which increases the average price. In addition to the price there is an eighteen hole golf course, club house, community center and several parks adjacent to the lake. A positive and negative is it's in a heavily forested area. The positive is that it's beautiful, the negative is that it's a high fire area.
Not, True, I was looking for single apartment for my son, $7,000.00 per month, who could afford it!, just because is across Golden Gate Park SF, nothing is true in this video, this guy did not do his research, baloney!

We moved from San Jose to Rancho Cucamonga. Houses cost half and living expenses are 2/3 of SJ
You forgot to mention Barstow, Desert Hot Springs, Palm Desert, Lancaster, Palmdale, and Hesperia, Helendale, and Silver Lakes.
DEATH VALLEY AND APPLE VALLEY.
Add Ludlow, Baghdad, and Rice.
not really, the desert towns are booming with people 'dying' to get out of the cities.
