Brilliant loft conversion. I would not put wooden flooring in the bathroom. I learnt the hard way! Looks brilliant when first fitted but give it a few years.

I take it if you have only around 1.85m of height in your loft a conversion is out of the question?

Yes in most case with out a ridge lift it wouldn’t be possible
