$212,000 800 ft.² is criminal almost $50,000 for 100 ft.² is criminal. These are scammers.

I don't know where you live, but a new build is $300 sq.ft. for a 2 story home where I live. Plus you have to buy the lot.
      Bungalows are $400+.

@@FullCircleTravis well sir, I live in the same country you live in and I don’t believe you clearly understand what 100 ft.² is figure it out and then get back at yourself😂😂😂 concrete itself is not very expensive so if you were innovative enough, you could do what they’re doing and build yourself a mold then purchase the concrete and have a concrete truck come out to fill your mold in the same exact shape as that 100 ft.² cost you nowhere near the price, but most people are lazy you can literally create yourself a 100 square-foot concrete house. In fact you don’t even need the concrete truck if you want to cut coats I would rather pay for the truck but to each his own all I’m saying is a little innovation and that 600 square-foot house will not cost you $200,000. You’re a goofy if you think it does

If you can build for much less, why aren't you running a construction company?

@FullCircleTravis 100 Sq feet is a 10x10 room. Also, when you say 400k, you're talking about a finished home. These are shells, that still need to be finished.

The thing to do is borrow the best features and the best ideas.
Add a few of your own.
    Learn a few construction skills.
Have a network. Hire Electricians and Plumbers.
Beware of the high costs of raw land development!
Today, there really are no cheap houses.
You can easily build a long “mobile home” house and avoid the crap mobiles they sell today. You get a substantial building but you also get the drawbacks of mobiles.
You also need tools. You can find these in pawn shops and junk stores. You can recycle pallets if you plan a way to use the boards as siding.
Use a lot of steel siding and roofing! Housing is now a very real problem in America.

None of the building materials in this video compare to ICF's except maybe the globe shaped home. ICF's are a steel reinforced monolithic poured concrete home. They have exceptional insulation and high R-values. The 6"-18" core of poured concrete protects from violent tornadoes, hurricanes, termites, wild fires, drive by shootings, drunk drivers crashing into homes, etc. The concrete core is also thermal mass, it takes a lot to change the temperature of the core. ICF's allow the heating and air con equipment to be sized significantly smaller as the homes are air tight and super insulated. Energy costs to heat and cool an ICF home are very low. ICF homes are very quiet, you will barley hear street noise, noise from yard equipment, fireworks(the dog will not be scared again), jet aircraft overhead, etc. Short of using a jackhammer on an excavator or high explosives an ICF home is not ever coming apart like a stacked block technology could, rebar in the foundation/slab is carried up into the walls, wall rebar is carried into the roof slab, and roof rebar carried into the walls, the entire concrete structure it tied together.

I gotta know what part of their ass they pull these price tags out of. None of these things should cost even remotely close to these prices except for that most likely these companies know there products are trash and hope they can rope in one sucker with their get rich quick scheme.

The tree rots, steel doesn't. No, it rusts instead. And bushfires don't care about non-inflammable frame when they have cladding to burn first. Also, ever seen the steel frame of a burned out/down house? The fire isn't hot enough to melt it, but it is hot enough to twist and deform it, turning it into insurance write-off scrap.

      @@aaronleverton4221 excellent question
I would counsel communities create neighborhoods, purchased with the school tax portion of the property tax bill.
Each student works on all houses of that class and keeps one of the homes at graduation.

I have land and want a dome to live in due to the look and most of all the safety of a dome in a cyclone. Love the video but lack of detail to contact the creators is disappointing.
Please advise how I can contact the Dome company.
