- In this video, I discuss why walking away is attractive - and when walking away IS the appropriate response and when it is not appropriate. When people disrespect you, when a crush rejects you, or when someone crosses a boundary; it's important to show your strength by walking away and not letting them walk over you. Walking away creates the fear of lost in the person. They fear maybe they made a mistake and you are of higher value than they realize..
I completely agree. Walking away can make someone realize what they’ve lost and how much they took you for granted. It’s not about playing games, but about showing that your time, energy, and love have value. Sometimes, it takes distance for both sides to truly appreciate each other. But remember, you should always prioritize your own peace and growth, no matter how they react.

That’s a powerful mindset. Walking away is a form of self-respect and strength. It shows you won’t settle for anything less than mutual respect. Keep using it as your shield-it’s your peace that matters most.
Ghosting: when things are better left unsaid or when there is nothing left to say.
Ghosting is not returning.
Returning is weak and manipulative because you leave the door open to return if they apologize and of course they will apologize and of course the bad conduct continues and now they will plan to retaliate never forgetting you walked away and weakly returned.
I have been stressing about a connection I have with someone. We have both admitted attraction to each other , he has never disrespected me or anything. But I feel like I’m just there as a spare kinda thing. So I have decided to walk away. Not for my ego , not for him to chase me , but for my self respect and as showing self love. I’m happy to be his friend once these feelings for him have dissipated but right now it’s best for us both if I have time away and stop pursuing. Great video. On top of attraction I've noticed a lot of it has to do with how much that person values you - has she or he gone out with a bunch of losers after you? If so, they'll prob regret losing you and reconsider things. Def depends on the situation but I've had it happen to me at least a few times.

@@ChristineLoveridgeCoaching thanks Christine I really appreciate you saying that. I've had short term relationships end very abruptly and weeks, months or even years later have that person reach out. I think its pretty hard to write off anyone, especially if they were genuinely good to you.

And that’s how you do it gents. 🤪 They’re a fraud and I called them out on it. They won’t admit that. But it’s the truth. Notice how they tried to get me away from here with a fake number from overseas? This is what they do. Don’t fall for anything like it. I am certified crime prevention and personal safety instructor and they are breaking the law. Anything that seems too good too be true, if they tell you you’ve won an inheritance but have to pay a fee, asks you for any personal information like your credit card number, SS number, a payment with a google play card, Amazon gift card, google play card, money gram, western union, get you to sign up for Bitcoin or cryptocurrency, etc. It is fraud and they can get in a lot of trouble. Don’t do it.

The right time to walk away from someone is when you let one rip in silence and still have the chance to be only a suspect and not the culprit

So I walked away from an ex after she found the right excuse for us to not be together. She said we needed to talk and agreed to go out to eat. Then she says before we eat we shouldn’t be together. I got up and told her just be happy and walked away. As I was walking she calls my name but I didn’t respond and committed to just going home. But here’s the kicker, we work together but it seems like she is turning people against me. The way I’m dealing with it now is not to respond to negative encounters but only respond to positive encounters from people at work that seem to have changed the way they see me. It’s extremely hurtful that she is doing this but am I doing the right thing? I keep a bare minimum conversation to her and if it’s only about work. It’s been 7 months and she came up to me and asked me a question for getting a health card for work for someone doesn’t know how to read English. I told her, if that person needs help I will talk to them personally and walked away from her trying to ask me for info. Am I wrong or idk what hell I’m doing but I have stayed committed to what I have started and its truly been hell for me.

I tried to arrange appointment with Doctors…she rather go on her own but medicine or gynae or chiropractic couldnt help her …she blame me is the source of her Mental Stress by me wanting her to put more effort on our relationship she feel pressure till she break down telling me she need rest..i told her she need Love but she said she want peace and to heal on her own..

To stop from seeing someone especially when you see a physician is actually an important thing not to do firstly. But people is still people they want to know you in person. Happy or not it is dependable on the importance of that meeting. Dating is possibly can be adjusted only with the right person.as i say walk away is walk away . Dont let me down.

My ex told me to leave her alone and so Walked away - and when she video calls and I don't reply I get told to leave her alone again on text! - I mean she videos me and then tells me to leave her alone - how messed up is that!?

Walking away shows you are high value and it creates a challenge. You won’t be a challenge if they can still get ahold of you. Cut off all contact. You need to go no contact.

I had a roommate a few years ago who was nice but had a bratty, entitled side. Not just a side, really; I think it was about 1/3 of her overall personality. Anyway, she was seeing this guy who she got frustrated with at one point and said to him, "Okay I think we're done." Three days later she texted him. I was super annoyed by her weakness, & because a big part of me didn't even like her (the 1/3 bratty, entitled part of her), I took a bit of joy in her making a fool of herself & being so damn weak. Even I don't respect a person who says "I'm outta here" and comes back 3 days later. I can understand not being able to stay away (I've been there...big time), but if you can't & you know you can't, don't tell someone you're done. Just succumb to your attachment until you can walk away & mean it.
You shouldn't want them back or for them to reconsider you. You're not a bus that comes around every 20 minutes. They passed on you it should be it. Easier said than done.
