Judge Lays Into Victim's Mother "You're the cause of this."

- Fulton County Superior Court Judge Craig Schwall delivered unprecedented harsh criticism for the mother of two child molestation victims in open court in downtown Atlanta when sentencing her estranged, on-again, off-again, live-in boyfriend, 34-year-old Garrett Jackson. Judge Schwall blamed the victims' mother for allowing the abuse to happen, saying that she put her children in harm's way when she went out to drink and left her children in Jackson's care, fully aware that abuse was happening. While openly shaming the mother, the judge described her conduct as vile, despicable, not that of a victim, offensive, and some of the worst behavior he has witnessed in his 20 years on the bench.
Mother should have been charged with child endangerment
They are going to have field day with him in jail. That desperate ass mom needed to be locked up too.
@ SignatureBleu: She sound like she's humble, but since she was aware of what was going on, she should've taken action right away. You honestly do not let some sick individual back into your life just to allow the same incident to occur. She also had two of her five children who was mentally challenged and the guy felt that he could take advantage of that. Karma could possibly bite the mess out of him. As for the woman, if she's not incarcerated already, she should seek for counseling to get herself together. Because from what it looks like if she would've shown a lot more concern for the babies, she would go out of her way to make sure that they had anything that they need.🤠💪♥️

This judge spewed a white hot hellfire missile right at her. It didn't explode until 2:00 and the fallout was felt even at the end of the video. it is unknown if the mother survived the aural assault

The victims are disabled. They are protected by federal and state law. ADA act. In most states if not all abusing these protected people will get you life in prison.
