The one spring on my arrow pipe was loose too, I just took a pair of pliers and bent it back enough where it retains tension on the spring. Thank you for showing me where those two big green guys go!

You're overfilling it when you tilt the bike like that. It's going to mess up the seals and your gasket. The correct way to do this is keep your bike level and fill it till you spill it.😂
Man! She sounds doooope!! We have a 1984 honda aero80 and we just had the carb fully rebuilt at a shop. Changed all fluids etc only has 1k miles on it. Thing rips already wheelies like nothing, what can we do for more top end?? She does 45mph quickly looking to do 55 to 60???

its hard you have to squeeze the clamp together as you try putting the bolt in

Trevor, that vent/tube is for your throttle enrichment circuit
you can disassemble the stock throttle cable end just incase you didn't know. just be careful with the spring inside the slide.

theres different versions, some have to be mounted to flat bottom like mine, some mount around the tube frame by floor board

what do you use to seal the hole from the oil pump. In germany you cant get a Plug like the one from swap shop
if you can’t get a plug i would just leave the oil pump in

weights, different rear pulley, dont know much about the aeros but possibly even gear swap!
there isnt much of anything aftermarket wise for those , or honda elite 80s . just keep it stock and clean and be happy you have a peice of history
