Michael miles open the box, tv show, loved it, a metal tray will do fine to display your magnets drill a hole in tray to put string on and hang it up in shed, there are some generous people out there giving you a lot of lovely gifts, alovely way to give you something back for your time and effort you put into making your channel interesting,
Lovely way to spend some time on a rainy afternoon here in New York state! I had one cup of tea, I didn't drink it all and it got cold. Time to make another. Definitely yes to magnets and calendars. Rhondda Valley, but also your plot maybe, back garden and your kitties. That would make it personal....maybe you wouldn't like that, but we sure would! Lovely idea at any rate.
I was a postie for over 23 years the boxes come in very handy we have a few in the garage as during lockdown i was working from home and they didn't all go back. The sacks are useful too😊
Good morning Sean, you can re sharpen your scissors by cutting up sandpaper, pretty tin of tea all the gifts very nice especially the sun catcher with the daffodil.a nice prominent spot in a sunny window will make your room colourful! Jimmy Cricket ! He's a blast from the past, wasnt he the guy with L and R printed on his boots? 😂 Love the little walks down memory lane you talk about.Butterflies was a great programme with Wendy Craig and a very young Nicholas Lyndhurst, she couldn't cook for toffee 😂 I would love a calendar and a magnet.you're getting to be a bit of an entrepreneur! Take care Sean have a lovely weekend 💜
Loved watching you open all your parcels. Your genuine joy and comments is a delight. Im 70 with no children or close family. Watching you gave the same joy as having a family member opening presents at birthday of Christmas. Thank you for sharing the joy of simple living.
Hi Sean that was like Christmas morning people are so kind, the arran sweater is gorgeous especially if it is hand knit the work that must’ve went into it the person who knit it has a gift for knitting, have a lovely weekend.😊
lovely to watch Sean, and to see how many people's lives you've touched 🙂 if you hang all those magnets in the shed you'll go there one day and it'll be gone - on its way to the North Pole!! how about a "then and now" calendar showing how the Rhondda has changed? if you could find (license / copyright free) some old views and then show your modrn take next to it I'm pretty sure that would be a unique perspective appealing to people living there now and those who may have moved away 🙂
There was a Frys chocolate factory in Bristol ..my uncle worked there when i was a child and he would sometimes bring us mis shape chocolate ..Frys chocolate cream ..i remember x
Hi Sean, love all your magnets, a Calender would be great, I already have a calender each year from Glaslyn, (nr Porthmadog), Osprey's, nest, Would love magnet too ,after watching time for a cuppa tea ☕🙂🦅
Scissors are soon blunted when used to cut paper. Be careful with brown paper, you can get some nasty cuts from it. Prisms are also lovely for reflecting light. Fry’s factory was base in Gloucestershire, there was one factory in The Royal Forest of Dean.
Beautiful arean sweater .. if you do put it in washing machine on a wool wash put it in a pillow case or a laundry bag and if possible dry flat.. Pat into. Shape... lovely..
Thankyou. Such a Lovely slow video Sean of you unboxing of your gifts thoughtfully sent from those sending you Greetings and who care. What a kind online community you have Sean.
Hi Sean, loved seeing your latest pressies - a pure wool jumper will be lovely and warm in the Winter I really liked that! I think it's great that people send you such lovely and thoughtful things. 🙂 Yes a calendar and fridge magnet would be great Sean - I'd buy both! 👍
I would certainly buy a magnet of Rhonda Valley , would be much more inclined if you were in the picture. Same for the calendar, maybe include photos of your local spots like the thrift shop, butchers, etc, . just ideas. Take care dear boy!💚♥️💚
Hello Sean, looking forward to seeing your plants at the homestead sorted. What a great selection of gifts you received. It didn't take long to fill your fridge with magnets, you will have to start putting some onto your small freezer. Enjoy the warmer weather. 🎉🤗
When you mentioned what that show was on TV when you were opening all the parcels and boxes it was Michael Miles was the first programme called take your pick. And a few years on Hughie Green was the compare on take you pick or open that box. 🤔. And that is my favourite chocolate 🍫 with a hint of salt in it really gorgeous 😋 . I hope your shed can old up all those magnets 🫣😅.
I have visited Dungeness on several occasion, but my best visit was on 29th June on my birthday the place was saturated in wild flowers the predominated species was the Vipers Bugloss with its beautiful bright blue flowers and a yellow poppy I think its horn poppy. It has been fun watching you unwrap all the goodies thanks for the video
We had a TV show in Australia called BP Pick a Box, hosted by a Mr Bob Dyer and his wife Dolly, aired in the 60’s and very popular, originally a radio broadcast from the 40’s
Hi Sean, Its so interesting to watch your videos. Ive traveled my country but not anywhere else. Dark chocolate is the best! I add organic coca dutch proessed to my coffee. It very healrhy for you. Have a wonderful week
Sean, I have an idea for your magnets. If you bought a thin piece of metal, you could put it up on a wall, and display more magnets on it. You'll have to tally up all the magnets and give us a total
I thought the parcel from Switzerland was going to be a cuckoo clock for the shed, I bought some home went I went to Interlaken plus chocolate of course :) …. I would buy both as long as the calendar is not too big as I live in a tiny house :)
I love the idea of a calender or a magnet!! I love your tablecloth, green with leaf print, where did you get it? All the best to you, Topsy&Amber from Massachusetts!😊🌲🌳
take some recycled piece of corrugated metal sheets, make a rustic frame for the metal sheets for your shed magnets 👍you could do it and it would look charming
I would love to buy a magnet and calendar Sean. Make sure you make a few pennies from them, and work out the postage so you are not out of pocket. I'm sure they will fly out the door
You can buy magnetic paint, paint a wall in your shed, then you can put all the magnets on there? xxx
That’s a great idea !
Great idea.
Fab idea
They have magnetic paint! Gonna check it out.
I had no idea you could buy magnetic paint, everyday a school day!, it will solve a few problems for me too, thanks for that.
Have a blessed weekend, Sean love the aren sweater made so beautiful wonderful winter jumper
It is a gorgeous jumper.

It was Take Your Pick with Michael Miles, first episode was 1955, loved that programme.

I think the Fry's Chocolate magnet is from Beamish Museum. If you're running out of room on the fridge, you can get magnetic notice boards.
Georgous sweater from Christopher.....Safest to wash wool carefully by hand ...water on the cooler side ...block dry.
Oh Sean mrs Jackson 😂, oh I did laugh out loud 🤣 ❤
I think the clip on the little cow is to hold a photo. Could be wrong, but I have seen similar before. 🐄
You are correct, now he can put a photo of Rusty for the shed😊
A lovely video. I would love a calendar and magnet if ever you make them available.
People are so generous Sean. So many kind people out there❤
That knitted jumper is stunning. It will be perfect for a cold Welsh winter.
lovely to watch Sean, and to see how many people's lives you've touched 🙂

You could upcycle some of that corrugated iron for your magnet wall :)
Open the box was on Take Your Pick classic TV show more recently presented by the late Des O'Connor. Terrific vid and pressies thank you Sean 🙏💎
Hi sean I would definitely buy a calander ...loving the videos ❤
Hi Sean, love all your magnets, a Calender would be great, I already have a calender each year from Glaslyn, (nr Porthmadog), Osprey's, nest, Would love magnet too ,after watching time for a cuppa tea ☕🙂🦅
I think those "togs" will suit you down to the ground.👕👖🤠
Yes ! I will place my order now for a calendar and magnet. Great idea Sean if it proves economical for you.
Scissors are soon blunted when used to cut paper. Be careful with brown paper, you can get some nasty cuts from it. Prisms are also lovely for reflecting light. Fry’s factory was base in Gloucestershire, there was one factory in The Royal Forest of Dean.
Take your pick with Michael Miles along time before you were born...des O'connor did it too in 80s/ 90s....
Hi Sean Yorkshire Gold tea is lovely. Thank you for your video and have a lovely weekend 😊
Beautiful arean sweater .. if you do put it in washing machine on a wool wash put it in a pillow case or a laundry bag and if possible dry flat.. Pat into. Shape... lovely..
People are very kind and mean well, but at this rate your cottage will be full of other people’s taste instead of things you have chosen yourself.
Good morning Sean ❤.
I would buy both xx🏴🏴🏴

I think the game show was, Take Your Pick, with Hughie Green.

I have a tin of Welsh Brew Tea and love it. ..with a splash of almond milk.
The Universe has gifted you a vintage green metal storage box (through the postman). How nice 🤗
Bought two of those many years ago. I store my seeds in them.
I think the little cow is a photo holder - you stand it on the shelf and clip a picture on to display!
Ah that makes sense!
That jumper looks like a traditional Yorkshire Gansey.
When you say “it reminds me of a story…” it makes me think of Ronnie Corbett doing his monologue on the Two Ronnies! Very entertaining!
I'd definitely be interested in calendar and magnet. Maybe you could repurpose some of that corrugated iron sheet on homestead for a magnet wall.
Have a great weekend
Calendar - great Idea 💡 I'll buy one!
Sean, I have an idea for your magnets. If you bought a thin piece of metal, you could put it up on a wall, and display more magnets on it. You'll have to tally up all the magnets and give us a total
Full pot of tea this morning x lol x Loved watching you open all your post … how many magnets can one person have!? lol
Love the idea of both/either the magnet and calendar. You can actually have calendars made online. Might be less expensive?
I'll have to put my address up 😂😂Thank you Sean ❤
Some really lovely things sent to you from lovely, generous people - and so thoughtful
Would buy your calendars x
I would buy a calendar .
I thought the parcel from Switzerland was going to be a cuckoo clock for the shed, I bought some home went I went to Interlaken plus chocolate of course :) …. I would buy both as long as the calendar is not too big as I live in a tiny house :)
What a lovely mail day! Make a kite, eh? That might be fun. 🙂👍 I remember that quote by Mr. Banks, from “Mary Poppins”.
Apparently, if you cut a bunch of foil, it will help with the bluntness of scissors?
Calendar would be nice 😊
Noel Edmonds had a show gess what is in the box and look for how much money is in box
Des O’Connor did a Take your Pick about twenty years ago too
It's like Xmas love all that chocolate
I remember "open the box or take the money" an old TV programme in the 60's....with Michael Miles. Is that the one you were thinking of?
Lovely gifts Sean! I would definitely be interested in a calendar especially if it features your lovely garden and cats too!
There was a more recent version (90s) of Take Your Pick, I think it was with Des O’Connor (Wikipedia confirms)
Typo. Take your pick. X
I would but both a calender and fridge magnet.
Open the box!! I think that was He ok Edmonds Deal or No Deal 🤔🤷♀️
I sent you the bread flour and Scottish fridge magnet 😊

I love the idea of a calender or a magnet!! I love your tablecloth, green with leaf print, where did you get it? All the best to you, Topsy&Amber from Massachusetts!😊🌲🌳

take some recycled piece of corrugated metal sheets, make a rustic frame for the metal sheets for your shed magnets 👍you could do it and it would look charming
The magnets will get rusty in the shed.
Speaking of magnets and Rusty....a Rusty the allotment cat magnet would just be the cat's meow.
I would definitely be interested in a calendar. So many nice gifts people send you.
I would love to buy a magnet and calendar Sean. Make sure you make a few pennies from them, and work out the postage so you are not out of pocket. I'm sure they will fly out the door
