- Kenan looks in his new Asian turtle pond for the one turtle that has always escaped him. He calls it the Leviathan. You may know it better as the turtle that was MIA for 10 years here at Kamp Kenan. It's the endangered Orlitia Borneensis also known as the Malaysian Giant Turtle. But finding it in this smaller pond is still no easy feat, and while searching we will find the Fly River Turtle, an Albino Grandis, a Reeves Turtle, a Malaysian Box Turtle and the Mata Mata. wow! Asian turtles are adorable and look so different from North American turtles, the large eyes and noses make then look like babies!
In indonesia we call this turtle its byuku, and the turtle can lot lot bigger then now haha nice

snakes are always a risk when swimming in a pong but in a pond full of hungry murderous turtles I'm willing to bet snakes wont be in there too long.

Cool video Kenan, as usual. You’ve got more nerve than me wading around in that pond. Maybe one day you’ll do one about soft shelled turtles, do you have many of them? I grew up in Florida, Lake county, on a very large pond so spending most of my time there hard and soft shell turtles were a big part of my life. I loved em. :)

Help and please reply. I have an Asian female turtle who just reached adult hood. She is beautiful, healthy and personable. I'm 61 and have a chronic lung disease COPD and am struggling to care for her. Her name is Willie and she would much enjoy living in your pond. I would ship her over night. Please let me know. I don't want to take her back to Petco where we pretty much rescued her from. We have had her for 2 years and she's quite a gal.

It's a natural pond that has been running for a year, it's fine. It's muddy, but muddy water doesn't necessarily mean dirty.
