For batter-
1. 3 cup rice
2. 1 cup white lentil(urad dal)
3. 1 tbsp chickpeas dal
4. ¼ tsp dry fenugreek seeds
5. Approx 1-1.5 cup water
6. 1 cup flatten rice
7. 1 tsp salt
For schezwan sauce-
1. 7-8 dry kashmiri red chilly
2. ½ cup hot water
3. 2 tbsp oil
4. 5-7 chopped basil leaves
5. ¼ cup chopped red capsicum
6. 1 tomato puree
7. 1 tsp tomato sauce
8. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
9. ½ tsp dry ginger powder
10. ¼ tsp salt
11. ¼ tsp sugar
12. ½ tsp soya sauce
13. ¼ tsp vinegar
For stuffing-
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. 2 chopped green chilly
3. ½ tsp dry ginger powder
4. ½ cup chopped capsicum
5. ¾ cup chopped cabbage
6. ¼ tsp salt
7. 1/8 tsp black pepper powder
8. ½ cup boiled noodles
9. 1 tsp soya sauce
10. 1 tsp tomato sauce
11. ¼ tsp vinegar
12. Pinch of salt
13. 2 tsp schezwan sauce
For making dosa-
1. Batter
2. Ghee/butter
3. Schezwan sauce
4. Stuffing
*serve with coconut chutney
