Thanks Brent. I have been referring these weekly presentations to my Pilates teaching staff. It is such a great supplementary learning tool and can really help with their ability to understand and work with patients I send their way. Greatly appreciated!!

Thank you for a very informative class. I have been to several of your workshops on tour and always enjoyed your presentation. Three years ago I came down with Gillian barre syndrome and sit a lot. After watching this class it made me so much more aware of how with my walker I anterior tilt and what was really going on with these muscles. Thank you for waking me up to this . I am currently taking feldenkrais classes with a friend here in Windsor Ontario and she has really helped me.

Thank you for all of the insight here, Brent. I have a question about the elongation tension you mentioned at 37:25. Many times I have clients who roll up as high as they can get. Does this remove that elongation tension if they are more at their mid back in the roll up. Thank you.
