    My 54 year old son committed suicide, in a hotel room, on Dec 12, 2023. The trauma I have been through from the police knocking on my door to inform me of his death to the funeral has been uber traumatic. I miss him so much and my heart aches to think of the terrible pain he must have been in. I lost my oldest son 25 yrs ago and I am reliving that trauma now as well. I can't sleep or eat and I have been having scarey heart palpatations as well as pain everywhere in my body. This helped mend my broken heart a little, yet I have a long, long, long way to go. I'll just keep tapping and keep on keeping on. Thank you Julie.

      I’m so so sorry, Susan. Tapping will help, please keep doing it! I found Julie’s videos recently and she is AWESOME! Also, if you’re having trouble sleeping, try Nicholas Wright’s sleep hypnosis videos. He has helped me so much. Sending you lots of love and hugs! 💙🩵💙

      Keep Tapping, also try Havening, it's stunningly effective and very fast in removing massive trauma. Also, take magnesium, a bit complex and full flush Niacin.

    I had a small intuitive feeling that i should watch this, but I was afraid at the same time. I told myself I was just going to check shortly what is it about and maybe come back another day and do it. I started watching and it just felt so warm (especially when you said "I'm open to healing my heart when I'm ready") that I ended up tapping. I have trouble recognizing my emotions when I'm hurting and I usually shut down, so you can imagine how surprised i was when i just started bawling my eyes "out of the blue" :)). For this video and for all of the other ones, thank you.

      So happy you had the courage to watch and tap along- but mostly to feel your feelings and allow them to flow. “Bawling your eyes out” is one of the best ways to let it go 💜

    Thank you so much for this amazing video! I have a question. Sometimes, when I'm tapping and repeating one of the affirmations or phrases, I think, "I don't feel this way," and if it is something like, "I feel so much pain right now," I am sometimes weary because I don't want to call that pain into my life or affirm some pain that isn't there. But, my intuition is that we are not necessarily affirming a pain that isn't there, but perhaps giving space to see if there is that pain and let it arise. And so, by creating space, we can take a more accurate inventory and allow feelings that may be hiding to be expressed and thus processed. Is this analysis correct? Or should I, in fact, avoid stating phrases that do not resonate as true? Thanks so much. I hope this is clear.

      Yes to all of this!! I love your take on it. You can either change the words specific for your individual needs OR you can create a space for what may come to the surface. Either way, you are never calling it into your life. You are just telling truth of how you feel or the possibilities of what may be underneath. Great question!!

    Thank you for sharing this video. It's been a year since my former partner broke up with me and my heart still aches everyday. I recently went to the doctor and they told me I have high blood pressure, which I was very surprised by because I am only 32 and fairly healthy. But I know that emotions play a part in physical health and my heart has never hurt so much. Can high blood pressure be associated with a broken heart?

    • @Julieschiffman
      @Julieschiffman  ปีที่แล้ว

      It definitely can be associated. Remember to have compassion for yourself and tap through your emotions about this loss. Reach for help if this is a challenge for you. Big hugs 🤗

    Thank you for this. I’m starting to feel better from my anxiety and depression. I feel better but I have a fear that it will come back and this fear is causing me a headache. Is it possible to do a eft on this?

    • @Julieschiffman
      @Julieschiffman  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely. Tap on all of it… fear anxiety- all the feelings. Keep tapping and you can feel better. 😊
