The Real #MATRIX in action appears to be working against the people. Does this video show the #police & High Court Bailiffs working together to deprive a man of his home! Many people now believe that British police officers actively assist corporations. This video being one example, shows how the police appear to be using one lawful reason to justify an alternative sinister action, for a purpose to assist in taking away another mans home!
I Received a tip off that the police and high court bailiffs are going to take away a mans home illegally, but when people unite, what difference will it make...!
As an observation, this has to be wrong on every level as one man went to court to ask for a copy of the claimants contract. The court also deemed part of the Real MATRIX did not appear to want to acknowledge the defendants rights to fair justice!
Many people know that there is something not quite right with all those deemed affilliated with the Real MATRIX...

@@philbutcher6959 some were in their gardens, some on bikes, some with children, a mixture of old, young and middle ages. Also most people were standing but being quiet so most of them were not activist types.

I recently was evicted. A private security firm kicked door in with over a dozen garda and council workers to 'keep the peace'. I remarked how ot was already peaceful until they turned up!!

Security staff, bailiffs etc., should not be allowed to wear uniforms that might lead a member of the public to think they were police. They should wear bright pink or something equally obviously not police uniforms.

I know nothing about this, but it warms my heart to see people supporting each other within their community to protect the home they have and push back against the nameless and unknown wanting to take it away.
This will becoming more common place here in the UK with inflation reaching almost 10%, forthcoming interest rate hikes, rising energy costs and fuel prices. Those on the breadline now with little or no spare finances each month will have to face eviction and risk losing their homes if they can't make their mortgage payments or pay their rent!
The coming huge energy price increases coming in October will be the tipping point for many!

Sounds like this is a very complicated situation, so it’s not appropriate for me to comment on the issue. I will say, however - it’s fantastic to see the power of “the people” in action. I get the sense this is going to be needed a lot more in the future. ‘The people’ have ultimate power - far greater than any government authority. They work for us!

You need to ask for the security, ie the mortgage deeds which is the real security as you created the credit and nothing is loaned.

I'm no fan of any freeman of the land mumbo jumbo, but the moment the mortgage company went into liquidation means that although the debt has not been written off, the ability to claim for it has disappeared. The companies that took on the mortgage company's books did so on the basis that they saw a chance of getting something back, but they know that they will not get the full amounts. So they will have paid a pittance for the debts on the mortgage company's books. But they go overboard in trying to get every last penny. Money which they are not entitled to. So there is no debt with the original mortgage company, and therefore no reason for bailiffs. It's all bully boy (and woman) tactics to try and scare people into paying, and they will do their best to negotiate with scared homeowners to get something even though they aren't entitled to anything. As for the police in this case, I've seen worse*, but at least they did just stand back and just watch - though their presence was intimidating and overbearing for what is a peaceful situation.
* The worst one is the one where the police broke down the door and tasered the homeowner as they supported some criminal debt collectors. The police lost the court case with that one.
Appeal the courts decision, under habus corpus, asking to prove Jurisdiction, to prosecute, as you believe that there was a miscarriage of Justice, as the Court held "NO" authority to act in a civil case

If your loan company goes bankrupt and another company buys the loans this does not mean you have a loan agreement with the new company, you signed documents binding a loan with a specific company who also signed and agreed to the terms this can’t be changed unless both parties agree , I don’t want Barclays selling my loan to Russian mafia for me then to deal with them my agreement was with Barclays who I trusted and agreed to partner with, I f,ing hate bailiffs reall unlawful ways of extracting money and good and there is no one governing them to act within the law and with respect like other companies have to act

Section 87 of the E.P.A littering, a fixed penalty notice Section 88 of the E.P.A should be given for the offence of littering.
