Hey love, Chemist here and I wanted to give some friendly insight on your struggle to find the perfect balance of ACV to water ratio. You actually hit the nail on the head with the whole pH of your shower discussion and that's the reason why all of the ratios were different-everybody's water will have a different pH. So, considering that there's a universal, nominal pH we want the ACV rinse to be, we would have to dilute our ACV with water to be that pH (and everybody's ratios would be different since our taps give us different pHs of water). On the off chance you wanted an easy scientific way to do this at home, you can get some pH test trips and start with a small ratio of water to ACV and test the pH little by little, adding more water every time to make the pH go up. Obviously, this would only need to be done once and you would need to keep track of how much water to ACV you're making for future reference. I just found you and I'm in love! I've recently decided to get my hair under control once and for all! I greatly appreciate all of your hard work, dedication, and honesty!

Well probably your hair is dry and your sculpt oily/greasy. This always gets mixed up. Your hair type doesn’t have to be the same as your sculpt type but both play a big role when it comes to hair care. You should look into it 👀

Isabella Demarko, girl you changed my life! My hair struggle has been so similar to yours. I felt like I was doing all the "right" things: never using heat, washing less frequently, rarely using a hair brush and finger combing instead, using a microfiber wrap instead of a bath towel to dry it... My hair just kept getting more and more dry, frizzy, and tangley. And then I saw this video, and then all the pieces came together... My tap water reeks of chlorine! And there are definitely hard minerals in it based on the build-up on my shower head. I just did an ACV rinse and brought jars of filtered water into the shower to rinse between shampoo and conditioner and everything... And my hair feels like my old hair again! It's soft and manageable, just like that. So thankful to you!!!
Satin bonnets and scarves have been the key to black girls hair for ages 😂 honestly I think a lot of our natural hair tips would do wonders on your hair 🤷🏾♀️
Ive been using ACV on my hair for years now. Everytime I feel like my hair needs softness or my scalp starts to itch I use it as a rinse. Love it and I mostly use it instead of conditioner. A great idea is also putting in different herbs like rosemary, sage (caureful makes hair little darker) or calendula for extra nutrition. Just fill a mason jar with the herbs/flowers and pour in the ACV. Close the jar and let it soak at least 1 week. I have mine in my cupboard for a year already and it still works awesome! Hove you all have a great day!
@@user-kg7bo1go7x Oh and I dip my hair ends in first and let it sit for a few seconds and then rinse over my head and massage it into my scalp. It really helps with itchy skin and dandruff.
Acv actually removes remains of chlorine from your hair after swimming pools as the chlorine still remains in your hair even after shampooing it so I recommend using the acv rinse after swimming
As someone on swim team I need to try this! I use oils and serums and wet m6 hair before swimming and wear a swim cap, but you can never be too careful.
I have to say you changed my life... literally. I rinsed my hair yesterday the way you told in your video. The first time in about 2 years I love my hair without styling it. I have literally the same hair structure as you. And the difference is breathtaking. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💙
You can tell there was SO much effort put into this, you are the freaking BEST and fans like me can see how much passion you put into your videos. Pleeeeasssseee keep them coming!!!!! Love ya !!!💙💙💙
I just stumbled across one of her hair videos today and found myself binge watching the rest...she really had done her research, all the videos are very educational and I also found them to be very entertaining...new subscriber today 😌
I've been doing ACV rinses for about half a year now. I use it whenever i feel like it, but i learned right away to use filtered water. My hair grows faster in the fall/winter but I've noticed it's been growing a lot faster since using ACVs. You can also add herbs to your rinses, let them sit for a week and you have an even better rinse. Holistic Habits discusses this in her video about it. In terms of the amount of acv i use, i can just eyeball it. My scalp gets oily rather quickly while my ends are on the dry side.. However. During my time on the long hair community forums someone told me to try kombucha in place of the acv (or with it) It has a slightly higher pH level i think? So it may be better for certain hair types. Just something to think about trying i suppose! It's pretty annoying tho how none of the articles tell you that filtered/distilled water is the best? they don't mention it at all.. like lol?
Do you shampoo, condition and then pour the ACV on? Also do you rinse it out after you've poured it on, or leave it in like she mentioned in the video? Thankss!
@@pandaabearr I shampoo and condition it yes. However I still use it even if I dint shampoo my roots and it's still works really well. Always always always let it stay in your hair. Air dry or use a fan to help it dry. Then I apply some hair oils. I made my oil which includes seabuckthorn oil, castor oil and a carrier oil of olive or coconut. Acvs are best used when you've done an oil treatment on dirty hair. Always pour it over cold, use filtered
@@emotionallyunstable619 no, it just depends on what you use. My hair likes oils so it enhances my results, it's a matter of what your hair takes to and can withstand. Its basically like feeding your hair at the end of the day lol
I’ve been using the ACV rinse treatment for a year or so now for whenever I feel like my oily hair needs a good “reset” and omg I’m so happy I found out about it. My hair always feels so nice after I do it.
I honestly have no idea why I'm watching this since I've never given two hoots about what my hair looks like beyond like "is it a mess" and "is it clean", but this is just... so fascinating. As a scientist myself I have to say I am very impressed with this (maybe it's a scientist thing? It's an interesting question I've never considered investigating). Your background research makes a genuine effort to be neutral and cover multiple sources, you acknowledge the lack of consensus in the area and include relevant background information about hair type and water type and pH. Not to mention the end where you acknowledge your sources of error and how they influence your results... girl if I could get my second year bio students to approach their lab reports with this level of critical thinking! Assuming you have no scientific background (I could be wrong tbh, I don't know you), the research, proposal, experimental design, and presentation of results are really well done! Just wanted to let you know. Looking forward to further videos! I really enjoy your style of making them.
@@malakkhaled5329 It is still working really well, I use shampoo once a month (more or less) and the frizz in my hair has been amazingly reduced, you have to be careful with which kind of shampoo you wash your hair, but I believe it will work anyway. Another thing I've been trying out this last few weeks are natural hair masks, there are a lot of examples here in TH-cam and my hair is even better thanks to them
I have hair issues *very* similar to yours, so decided to give this ago - who cares about smelling like a chippy during lockdown? And oh my gosh, my hair is so soft and so shiny, I can't stop stroking it! I invested in a Brita filter and pretty much followed exactly what you did - 1:8 ratio of ACV to filtered water, rinsed with filtered water first, added some lavender oil too, clipped my hair up afterwards. Going to try doing it once a week for a while to see what happens. Thank you so much for your very thorough videos :)
i find it astonishing that you put so much effort into making these videos. you could make them so much more simple but we can tell your editing and research explanations make the biggest difference. its so so so thoughtful of you to make all this extra effort to put out such great content. i see you, girl! thank you so much for your commitment! 🖤
I am amazed. I have had such a similar journey to this girl. My hair type is also similarly. For me the curly hair method ruined it. Buildup does not do good to semi wavy, thin hair. It got super crunchy Currently I'm in such a better place. Here's what I did: 1) Washing with inversion method 2) Washing with a 5.5 shampoo bar. If you can't find it, use baby dove soap at least it's pH neutral (7) which is better than most shampoos 3) A silicone free conditioner. 4) And then a rinse with ACV rinse. Except I add tea tree oil instead of lavender oil. I am doing 1 cup water + 1 TSP ACV, + 4 drops tea tree. I use this after every wash on my scalp. 5) On my ends I do the same mix but i also add 6 drops of almond oil because I want my ends to be a bit more oiled than my scalp. 6) Once in 10 days I apply a scalp exfoliating shampoo that has salicylic acid and piroctone (I have struggles with itchy, oily scalp). But I don't apply it to my lengths, just roots with a bowl and brush. Tea tree oil helps with sebbhoreac dermatitis, and demodex infestation which I suspect I had. I also did a lot of research like her and I'm actually a medical doctor too
Wow! I've spent so many years hating my brittle and dry frizzy hair (literally feels like hay sometimes) and have tried every oil imaginable, including coconut. I could have sworn it made my hair worse, and thought I must be crazy considering what everyone else was saying, so kept on trying it anyway! Then I stumbled upon your other video about cracking the frizzy hair mystery, and it just made so so much sense compared to everything else I've ever heard. So I tried your apple cider rinse as shown in the video, and my goodness, I have never woken up with such soft hair! It's still far from perfect (I have quite a lot of curly hair, but each strand is really thin), but this is the most amazing result I've ever had. Thank you so much for your video. I will keep trying this! ❤❤
@Isabella Demarko PLEASE test out the rice water thing. I am testing it out, but your ACV video was so danggggggg helpful (Seriously my hair looks FRICKING BOMB) I Have heard only good things about this so it would be AWESOME if you did a video on this. I have the same dreams as you concerning hair and I am trying to take care of it better so your channel is PERFECT for me right now. Love you and thank you!
This totally makes sense considering when my hair stated getting damaged, frizzy and brittle, and it was after we moved to a place with veeery hard water. Thank you very much for sharing your research, I will try this since I have a Brita and can buy ACV.
I’m just super amused on how much effort you put into your videos , from the images to the funny videos and the huge amount of research. I truly appreciate all of this and I enjoyed every second its not boring at all like most videos about hair . Love love love your channel and I wish you all the best
No matter what products I use during the shampooing or conditioning, I always notice that the after care matters the most for me. Using oil for my ends as leave-in, wrapping my hair in a t-shirt instead of a towel... andddd letting my hair air dry like 80% and then wrapping it with same style as you do. That is what gives me the non-frizzy look.
I appreciate the efforts you're making with your hair series. I still think you can try and give going curly a try since you have waves, but I'm also happy to see that you are implementing tips that curly girls swear by! I do an ACV rinse and use bonnets
i have naturaly straight hair but my best friend is struggling with extreme frizzy and damaged hair...this really helped me benefit her with her journey thank you so much!!!❤️
I know this is last minute, but I recently started having extremely similar hair issues to yours and I started using plain rose water in a spray bottle after washing my hair and has significantly decreased my frizz and has increased my shine! Also, rose water’s PH is from 4-4.5. Hope this helps :).
Hey Isabella! I moved to LA (with some epic hard water) two years ago and my hair took a hit (dullness and hair loss); this helped so much! My hair hasn't been so soft or shiny in a while - and no lingering smell! Thank you very much for sharing the knowledge!❤❤❤
I love that you to so many articles. I wonder, if the primary benefit is the pH, why is it recommended that ACV with the mother is important. I feel like it would still work with regular vinegar, with the proper ratio to get the desired pH.
Isabella! I have never said this to anyone or any platform ever. I love you and it’s love at first sight or sorry, love at first watch. Now, you’d be mine for keeps. Well done on your researches and excellent delivery. Salut!
Very well done video!!! You explain things in such a way that they become easy to understand and I saw a huge difference in the quality of your hair after the rinse! I’m going to try it.
Back when I was anti-silicone and using only natural ingredients on my hair, I would use half ACV and half water as a leave in conditioner after I washed my hair. The reason I didn't use silicone products is because ACV can remove build up so it would dry out my hair and remove the siliconey conditioner. I haven't used ACV in my hair care in years tho and I definitely want to bring it back. As for it removing hair dye, I totally think it does. Whenever I would use ACV my hair would definitely fade and change the color of the water. I even use the "no poo" method (baking soda as shampoo, ACV as conditioner) to remove hair dye when I want to change my color! Works like a charm.
Your dedication and perseverance from the research and getting the right ratios and modifying key factors such as using distilled water, is overall amazing! Thank you for taking the time and effort (gosh knows how long this took you) to ensure your information was legit as possible. Your are the first person I have seen, that have tried a DIY and rather than just conclude it doesnt work after one try, kept trying and trying to get it just right. I tip off my hat to you my dear! 🤗🤗
Hii ☺️ I’m from turkey. Apple vinegar is literally my life saver. I dont remember the time when I started using because my mom also using it as a routine for her hair. I’m using it starting from my childhood (5 or something). I’m using apple vinegar for every time when I wash my hair (during winter 1 or 2 times in a week, but summers just 1 time because sea salt and sun damaging your hair and also you washing your hair more, more can be deadly for your hair ☺️) but in this routine, most important part dont start with using every shower. Because of your hair damaged and your old routines it may effect for sometime but one day it can start damaging. One of my friend did and the end wasn’t good at all. Start using it like every 3 or 4 time. And every two months after use more close. 6 months later you can start using as a every shower routine. What am I saying is your hair doesnt know the product. Also you changed the pH, and you trying so much new products or things for your hair. I know all the reasons but trying to chance big part of your routine in a short time may create a illusion for a short time but at one point your hair will definitely go crazy again. You have to give time to your hair for getting use to new products like face oils. If you really wanna keep using apple vinegar, this is the best option. I’m using it every time but this doesnt mean that you can just start using. My hair knows the product, I’m using as a routine for 18 years. Dont go crazy. It really helps but you should be calm down a little bit. ☺️☺️☺️ using with cold water is the best way but clean it with low pH water. Leaving your hair with acidic products is definitely not a good idea. It means even after your shower, acidity will be there for a while. It means damaging. ☺️☺️😍

I have extremely hard water in my city. I always had problems with scalp itching and seborrheic scalp. It was pretty bad, and still when I went to places with soft water the itch wouldnt come back. When I picked up on this I started ACVing my hair (and rinsing it) and the itch and seborrhea got under control! Finally I can live with my hair and scalp, I tried so many ways and shampoos but the problem was in water and not shampoos and ACV saved me definitely. Even if u rinse the acv rinse it works, (I leave it for a few mins while shaving/and I put conditioner on my ends while having acv on my scalp.. Really works wonders.
@Isabella Demarko I just wanted to let you know I have a lot of respect for you hon. I am a teenager and have not had long hair since I was 12. I had the exact same dreams as you and had grown it out to my waist, (My vision was rapunzel hair.) but I had a ton of breakage, so much that it was pointed at the end, almost like the letter V. My hair would come out so much and it was super obnoxious. My hair was not thick or shiny and I didn't know how to style it. It had some strange waves and was wispy. It took an hour to blow dry, so I never did. I had no self-awareness, however, and did not care how it looked, I only cared about convenience. Whenever I did my hair in the morning, my only thought was "How can I put my hair up so it doesn't get caught in my backpack straps?" I never cut my hair unless my mom made me and it took a huge argument to get me to do it. It only happened about once every 6 months. I had split ends and breakage constantly. One night in January of 2018, I was reading and I had the spontaneous thought to cut my hair. My mom booked me an appointment with a lady from my church who had done an amazing job on other girl's hair. I took a picture right before I cut it, and the longest part of it (The point of the V) barely touched my butt. I got about 15 inches cut off, and after that, it was shiny and smooth. It ended right at my shoulders and I was very pleased with it. I still am. It is very sleek and shiny and high quality. I hardly ever have split ends. About a month ago, I saw your hir story video. It made me want to grow my hair out again, but this time, I would take care of it. I started my brand new hair journey on October 7th. I got my hair cut that day and I measured my hair (I start at about my sideburns) and it was at 7.25 inches. I measured it on November 7th, after ACV rinses, using lower heat (I am not skilled enough to do good no heat hairstyles), washing my hair upside down, and using the Inversion Method. My hair had grown 3/4 of an inch, which is huge for me. HUGE. it took me 4 YEARS to get to waist length before. 4 YEARS. Now, I have 3/4 of an inch in a month. I have been using your tips and other tips that I have done heavy research on. Your ACV video, in particular, was very helpful. My hair is now mega sleek and shiny and I LOVE IT. Anyway, I wanted to tell you my personal hair story, and I admire you for the passion you have for your hair. I have that passion as well and I respect you for it. Love ya!
I did a rosemary rinse with acv today for the first time, and daaaang guurl, my hear never looked that shiny and felt that smooth before! You should definitely give it a try! I had the "recipe" from holistichabits channel, you just bring water to a boil on a stove and add some fresh rosemary (dried rosemary or rosemary oil/essence will surely do it as well) and let it simmer for around 20-30 minutes. Let the water-rosemary-mixture cool down, put a littlebit of acv in it and dump it over your hair after shampooing it just like a normal acv rinse! Ofc you can dilute the mixture with water as well to save some for future hairwashes. Hope you see my comment and that I can help you!

Hi, I didn't know my hair type until an aunt told me "I only comb my hair in the shower with conditioner and when it's wet after the shower". I do that and use a styling cream, like a conditioner but no-rinse, roll it and press upwards with my hand until it unrolls and let it dry like that. I discovered that sometimes I have waves and other times curls, but I NEVER comb or brush when dry.Not even with my fingers. Been doing this for years now. Hope this helps someone!
literally everything about you makes me WANT to hear every single word you are saying lmaooo i just found your videos and i am in loveeee~~~ thank you so much for this
I may have a suggestion- maybe stop running your fingers through your hair is causing your hair to go static. The friction of your fingers rubbing up against your hair could be causing this. Also, your long nails constantly picking at your ends could be a reason for damage. I don't expect you to see this, but if you happen to, please take this to consideration. :)
Hey so 1) if you're so curious about PH thingy, i would recommend you to go to the drug store and buy ph strips for urine and saliva testing, you can measure your scincare products with it as well. 2) I preferably sleep with french braid or just braid, sometimes i add a little protection with ribbon. It's not as expensive as pure-silk-cap for girls who can't allow expensive purchases, but it also protects hair wery well, i usually don't need a hairbrush after braid overnight and also my hair is curlier in a pretty way.
Hey girl I have seen all your hair struggle. I also have the some kind of obsession about hair as you. Let me start from the beginning according to my genetics i have a thin hair as yours. Earlier 6 yrs ago my hair was not nice manageable (i haven’t use any heat tools and color back then) then I decided to chop off because i wanted healthy hair then i chopped it to shoulder length after then i hair started become nice than before but still frizzy. Then i again chopped of after 3-4 months but this time i started using mustard oil(only hair oil i used ) to my hair then it started become long, manageable and silky. I was enjoying my waist length hair everyone used to appreciate it. I never used to brush my hair (i only used to brush my hair with my finger) then I don’t know i decided to color my hair black (biggest mistake ever) my mom colored my hair and she put in my scalf. (Lemme clear i havent put chemicals in my hair back then ,never used heat tools and only air dry my hair) after that chemical color my i started shedding my hair so much that you cant even imagine it started become thinner and thinner. I was stressed. Then i heard henna mehendi works i applied it. Nothing works. Then I stared using castor oil , coconut oil but boom nothing works. Then i decided to chop off. I chopped it off to shoulder length 5 months ago then stared caring my hair and did research as yours. I continued using castor oil coconut oil. Rice water treatment, fenugreek seeds, flax seeds, inversion method. And it started to grow my hair, it grew 6 inches and ofc i shed my hair too much back then my hair is thin but not soooo thin(if you know what i mean) never use chemicals girls use home remedies thats it . My hair journey is still going on because i want long hair, till my butt. Nowadays i stopped used coconut oil then continued using musturd oil as before.
I LOVED your video bc you did exactly what I did, RESEARCHING. This is the only way to know the correct way of doing things, the miths and facts, so thank you for sharing this with us !!
how would we do it, those methods require it to be in a solution and how could we dissolve hair??? I want to know too! but for now, i'm using my ph meter to take a look at my water, and all hair products definitely!
Thank you for sharing! I personal feel like using less products is the key to healthy hair and a healthy body in general. Also using self made products is so good not only for the ingredients but also the process of making something good for you is healing as well. It is like cooking a healthy, delicious meal. In some pet stores they sell ph level testers (because some fish need a certain ph level om the water) so maybe you can use that to try the ph on your shower water :)
SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS. Everybody keeps commenting I have dry hair... but I don't. It's just frizzy because I live in the tropics. (I don't have split ends since I always get a trim). I was about to buy a one-step hairdryer to tame the frizziness... but I'm glad to have seen this before ordering online. I'm gonna buy a silk cap instead and do this rinse. Sending my love to you from the Philippines.

Hi, i have similar story to yours (and now im growing my hair out) this is what i could find: if its the hard water problem you can prep your water and add potato starch or corn starch to it just to make water white. And also add an egg yolk to soften the water and wash your hair in this water with shampoo. Ok, that is it. I hope this helps. It certainly helped me a lot.

I was thinking the same thing😂😂 watching all her hair videos I’m like sis black girls been knew
God f my country literally no one knows what a satin bonnet or pillowcase is I cant find anywhere in internet I went through all stores
@@botfollower8341 go to a cloth store and buy some silk or Satin and make one .
And a satin pillow case. It’s transforms my hair this past year.
totally!!
Hey this sounds very good!
Can you tell me how are you using it? How often, how much, do you rince with water after, etc.
@@user-kg7bo1go7x Oh and I dip my hair ends in first and let it sit for a few seconds and then rinse over my head and massage it into my scalp. It really helps with itchy skin and dandruff.

Acv works as a preservative? Or you keep this in fridge?
@@Anamaria2301 I keep it in a cool place like the normal ACV :)
Can we talk about how this video is put together so well? This is the content I signed up for.
I’m so proud of her hair journey she’s come so far
I have to say you changed my life... literally. I rinsed my hair yesterday the way you told in your video. The first time in about 2 years I love my hair without styling it. I have literally the same hair structure as you. And the difference is breathtaking. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💙
Videos that actually have so much effort and thought put into them instead of just making a claim are so refreshing these days. Thank u for this 🙏🙏

Your hair is looking so great!

aw thank you that means so much! x
Thankss!
Do you use it in your scalp too??
Do you think that using products after the avc rinse will affect the results?
Why is she the best person I've ever watched for hair help? Like nobody else on yt is an in depth as she is and is HONEST about hair struggles

I’ve been using the ACV rinse treatment for a year or so now for whenever I feel like my oily hair needs a good “reset” and omg I’m so happy I found out about it. My hair always feels so nice after I do it.
I love how high-quality your videos are! ❤
Watched this near the end of my shower and so glad I did. I was able to follow your steps in real time. Thanks for doing this exploration for us.
Love how much care, effort and research you have put into this video and topic. You have gained a new subscriber ❤
I'm so happy for you!!! Honestly, I've been skeptical about ACV, but after seeing what it did to your hair, I think I might try that sometime soon.
The only video on this topic that is informative, to the point, and without anecdotes. Thank you! ❤
I wash my hair once a week and every time I wash it, I use the rinse, I don't use shampoo and I love the results it's giving me!!!
So is it working well???? And did u change anything??? But like if I use a shampoo is it still gonna give me good results??
@@malakkhaled5329 It is still working really well, I use shampoo once a month (more or less) and the frizz in my hair has been amazingly reduced, you have to be careful with which kind of shampoo you wash your hair, but I believe it will work anyway.
Another thing I've been trying out this last few weeks are natural hair masks, there are a lot of examples here in TH-cam and my hair is even better thanks to them
FINALLY the best video explaining what everybody does and I don't know why. Scienfic explanations are what we need. Thank you so much

thank you!
It got super crunchy
Currently I'm in such a better place. Here's what I did:
1) Washing with inversion method
2) Washing with a 5.5 shampoo bar. If you can't find it, use baby dove soap at least it's pH neutral (7) which is better than most shampoos
3) A silicone free conditioner.
U need to water ur hair first before using things like coconut oil.
Use a satin silk bonnet also❤
@Isabella Demarko PLEASE test out the rice water thing.
The best video on youtube on ACV for hair! Congratulations!!
I have a friend whose hair texture changes when she goes on/off the pill because of the hormones. Maybe you are experiencing something similar?
I’m just super amused on how much effort you put into your videos , from the images to the funny videos and the huge amount of research. I truly appreciate all of this and I enjoyed every second its not boring at all like most videos about hair . Love love love your channel and I wish you all the best
No matter what products I use during the shampooing or conditioning, I always notice that the after care matters the most for me. Using oil for my ends as leave-in, wrapping my hair in a t-shirt instead of a towel... andddd letting my hair air dry like 80% and then wrapping it with same style as you do. That is what gives me the non-frizzy look.
Thanks for sharing the great points about how to use ACV rinses properly your research level is on 1000 my girl 😃
Doing your final rinse with cold water is easy whenever you’ve used up all the hot water 👍🏻
I love watching your videos while doing homework they are calming and chill but also give my information about hair
Salut!
pls continue this hair series cos im livin for itttttttt
I'm really happy for you!! and thank you so much for sharing your hair journey! 💕
Damn gurl this is one wholesome video. I never thought of a hair care this massive. I MEAN- THIS IS AN EYE-OPENER FOR ME!! I didnt know it was this complicated but i really really appreciate how much u care about hair and sharing ur knowledge to other people ♥️ i wanna try this one

Omg my scalp itches will bad and I get bumps sometimes as well... I’m definitely trying this!
Have you tried using a shower filter?
same problem here, my head is falling apart :( which ratio did you use?
Love ya!
I usually skip the sponsor clip at the start of sponsored videos, but I felt so intrigued by this art company. Loved it.

Wow! Your hair looks so much better after that treatment. So much more shiny and sleek!
I actually love doing acv rinses. my hair loves acv, and it surprisingly makes it so soft!
literally everything about you makes me WANT to hear every single word you are saying lmaooo i just found your videos and i am in loveeee~~~ thank you so much for this
I may have a suggestion- maybe stop running your fingers through your hair is causing your hair to go static. The friction of your fingers rubbing up against your hair could be causing this. Also, your long nails constantly picking at your ends could be a reason for damage. I don't expect you to see this, but if you happen to, please take this to consideration. :)
FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT. HOLY SHIT!
Brushing the hair can cause more static than fingers. Theres a difference between damage from static vs constantly open cuticles.
Good lord, she's doing it to show you the hair. Cry harder why don't ya.
It's not as expensive as pure-silk-cap for girls who can't allow expensive purchases, but it also protects hair wery well, i usually don't need a hairbrush after braid overnight and also my hair is curlier in a pretty way.
when you keep touching your hair, you’re separating the strands that naturally clump together and it causes frizz

Tip for finding your pH: stores that sell fish supplies should also sell pH strips or test kits!
how would we do it, those methods require it to be in a solution and how could we dissolve hair??? I want to know too! but for now, i'm using my ph meter to take a look at my water, and all hair products definitely!

I think I really like the sponsor for this video I’m currently transforming my room in new house.
that's great! thank you for being supportive about it! x :)
I been using a silk hair cap for a year now and I have straight hair, it’s amazing and helps with frizz, split ends, and traps in moisture as well as keeping it smooth
You're remarkable! Thank you so much for this advice, I've been following you ever since your hair journey. It was very relatable, and I'm so glad I'm not to only on struggling with this.
Please can you, or anyone else that knows where it's from- link the silk headwrap thingy please, looks so good! Thanks x
