If the nutritional facts listed are correct then they did take into account eating the whole batch of each cookie type. The serving size in each recipe was for 6 to 8 cookies

UK Medic yeah but if I eat a whole batch of regular cookies vs a whole batch of healthier cookies.. I mean there is a lesser of two evils in that situation right? Because if I’m making any cookies... give me two nights, but I’m eating the whole batch.

I made the coconut ones today. I would add one banana, one tale spoon of non fat milk, and one table spoon of oatmeal flower. Because it did not form a biscuit, it was falling all over the place and it stuck on the paper as well. I added the milk for the second batch (cause I doubled the recipe) and it improved a lot!!! Texture and taste.

I had food allergies as a kid and we used to make a cookie similar to the oatmeal one. We did not use a banana, but we used a lot more peanutbutter, and tahini too, and a bit more honey. Also some sunflower seeds for a bit of crunch. Held together a treat.

You don't need to add sugar. You need to change ya mindset that thinks you need sugar. We are so programmed to think sugar belongs in everything once you cut down or cut out the sugar you will see that sugar is overrated and not necessary in a lot if things. I drink my tea and coffee sugar free my yams no sugar added just cinnamon. Grapefruit no sugar needed already sweet. Oatmeal just add half 🍌. My kids are now use to no sugar when they try and drink juice i see them diluting it with water Once you change how you think you won't mess sugar at all. Haven't bought sugar in over 5 years now

I am doing a sugar free lifestyle. No one needs artificial, or real sugar or honey in anything. Sugar is a legal drug. I make oat cookies for my family with no sugar of any sort other than what is found naturally in bananas etc and they are very popular.

    With some modification :-
2-3 cubes of Sugerfree Dark Chocolate
    1tsp of vanilla essence
    A pinch of cinnamon
    And 1tsp flax seeds
Trust me it was amazing and healthy of course 👍🏻

Here's a tip for weight loss, don't eat anything remotely sweet, even fruit! It will make you hungrier and make you crave more so losing weight will be sooo much harder! Eat more healthy fats and protein and load up on vegetables, then gradually try to go longer between meals till you are down to only eating twice a day, no snacking!

😣 I tried the almond one. It was without taste except the taste of lemon. I don't know maybe I shouldn't try raw almonds. It needs sugar to taste good lol but I don't eat sugar. For the oatmeal one I have added cacao powder and walnuts and it was ok. We have to accept the fact that diet food is not so tasty ! We have just to eat to have good health and enjoy the food as it is. If we want tasty food means extra fat , sugar and sicknesses. :)

Yes but how many calories per cookie?? It’s not 90...as there are 150 in the half cup of oats.

Anders Rasmussen well I searched up what servings per container meant cause I myself wanted to know too and it says it means the amount of calories in the the whole container or package so I’m assuming that it means all 8 of the cookies

I wouldn’t call honey, peanut butter and almonds effective tools for weight loss. Why not use something less calorie dense like
Powdered peanut butter and sugar free syrup? These cookies are still mostly empty calories

Another really easy breakfast cookie is: 2 bananas mashed, 1-1/3 cups oats, a drizzle of maple syrup or honey, then add a cup or so of chocolate chips or raisins or blueberries, whatever you want. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes

My mom woke up from the smell and came running to the kitchen to see what happened (she yelled at me ofc). My brother ate some just so that I don't feel sad (it made me more sad tho) and I have a severe stomachache now🌚 try it if u want to but I did warn you

I think I can make the peanut butter one. The only thing I need is the paper part. I’m planning to bring it to my cell group’s Christmas party. Majority will be girls. I might need a big container. And never seen rolled oatmeal before I don’t know where to buy it. And I don’t in America

I just made the peanut butter one because I already have the ingredients. After that I’ve finished my eggs and peanut butter. I am practicing for Christmas party I want to have homemade cookie. I use it on glass plate so the bottom looks very flat and weird but it taste nice. I probably going to need 20 cookies
