  • This was our first time to Algonquin Park for a backcountry camping trip via Smoke Lake to Ragged Lake. Absolutely amazing!!! Can't wait to do it again next year!

You were hammering those perch, they're so tasty too.

Thanks buddy! I caught so many perch out there. Couple bass to but if course without the camera.

You Keep vanishing & then re appearing 🤔🤪 Hope your all keeping well & having a lovely Year 👍🥰 My Wife & the kids & the 3 dogs have been doing quite a bit of Camping these last few months, in fact they are all at a Place called Filey for the week from next Tuesday, its a little Seaside Town 🫢 This place looks lovely but we Stakes’s don’t do well in the wilderness 😳😂 Thanks for sharing the Adventure with us, we enjoyed watching ❤️🤩xx

Hey buddy! Glad to hear you're doing some camping! I've decided to just film when I can and not force it. Feels better that way. Glad you and the family are well!

*Ok those noises at night would be too much for me haha, I would be worried about bears and wolves all night. I am watching a new TV show set in the Canadian Wilderness where 11 British people are left alone with just a camera and few supplies. First guy went in 4 hrs after cutting himself with his axe haha*

Haha! Those were just loons my friend. I find their calls quite soothing. We were well prepared for any bear encounters. Didn't see any. I grew up in the Canadian wilderness my man and bears really aren't that scary. It's the moose you gotta watch out for. Those monsters will ruin your day. I'll really have to give that show a watch one of these days.

How did you find paddling across Smoke?

@@JayCharron-dn7pb it was a long paddle, but if you hug the shore line it wasn't to bad. Think it took us a little over an hour from put in to the portage
