Melody alerted him to the burn pile, asked if they put a goat on there
Just be blessed with what you have. This case, like so many others? No matter how much you have or are blessed with, it's never seems enough. Your spouse, your children, home. Some people need more than they already have.
Evil woman. It broke my heart seeing her son talking in court😢😢😢
What a Beautiful property...Instead of getting a divorce and splitting the property 50/50, she decided to kill her husband so she could get everything!!! Greed nothing else than greed!!!
She wouldn’t have got 1/2 in Georgia because of her shenanigans.
Omgoodness - there is a rock pyre where Gary died. I'm crying - rest in peace Gary... ❤
Gary is walking streets of gold no more pain, or sorrow peaceful for evermore free from the pain and torment he had on earth RIP Gary you are FREE🦅
Such a beautiful and serene place for such a heinous crime to have takes place.
Can someone please tell me, how did that little woman get a 300 lb. Man to that spot, alone???? Anyone??
I'm sure there was a forklift on that farm
Tractor had a front loader on it.
I still think the first shot didn’t kill him. Either he ran outside trying to get away from her or she did a threat that she shoot the boys when they came home if he didn’t walk on outside. I believe the dad would believe her threat. It’s just a theory.
Tractor.
There’s way too many unanswered questions. And all but Amanda are liars.
@@justsayin9983 🤔🤔🤔
That poor victim worked so hard to support his family and was so generous and look what an Evil adulterous wife did. Life in prison
He probably would have provided for his wife of 38 years for life and then his children were second to none in his life and would have got the final consumption after she died.
They have to be careful to not show the Jurors on video .
Kind of too late for that
@@LilacM222 I did not see the Jurors on the Video.. They kept them separate from the Media , yet the Media was at the Burn pile. They kept the Juros on the bus for a bit .
The jurors went after the judge and lawyers.
Wow! That's quite a walk! His spirit is looming around that burn pile. RIP Gary Farris. What a feeling! A family broken & torn apart. Material things fade.
He’s not looming.
On a wire tap call between Melody and Rusty, she said she heard sometimes the basement door open and close. She would go check it out and nothing there. Gary lived in the basement. Could be his spirit
@@Ohheck846😂😂
So the barn was less accessible than the house to where Gary died? Solidies in my mind that Melody & maybe Rusty had more opportunity to carry out this horrific crime
Rusty has an alibi. He was on a grocery store video camera in a different town at the time of the murder.
@Whipporwhill yea - I just meant that he was covering up the telephone conversation at 2am
She had everything and it was never enough….sadly. A husband that truly loved her and his family.
This beautiful farm …beautiful home and furnishings. Land and a stream and a pond…. Gorgeous property just a dream property. She is just pure evil and such jealousy of her adult kids. She deserves to rot in jail as she surely will do in “HELL” such a waste so sad for the kids and grandkids and most of all for “GARY.”
Everyone is forgetting that he was a cheater too. Like Amanda said…the family had many secrets.
It’s good they will send her to prison for the rest of her life. No rusty and other men
Ain’t going to happen try again 😝
💔 Melody's making a FOOL of her lawyers!!
IMO here's a scenario: Scott went looking for the missing 38 bc he couldn't find his Dad and maybe he was worried his Dad took it to end his own life.
JUSTICE MUST MUST MUST, BE SERVED FOR GARY
Jury that morning: I'm going to a firepit, what shall I wear? "High heals 💅🏼 I think people judge me by that." 🤦🏽♀️

I just want to know what did melody farris mean when she said.... he wasn't supposed to be on there that long in the jail call with Rusty?
I hate the way Scott has been emasculated by his own mother and the defense by pointing the blame on him. By the way he speaks i feel he had nothing to do with that killing, he loves his father. He didn't see that one coming from his mother neither did Chris and Emily . Shame on mom for throwing Scott under the bus and hurting Chris and Emily as well. I think that Melody had help she could have rolled , Gary, down the slope, or use one of the horses she said were out. I mean do horses get out of their stall and walk about? She could have tied a rope to the body and had the horse drag Gary, her husband , to the fire pile. Did the investigators track the horses?
Most narcissistic killers are eager to brag about where they left their victim. Melody did that. She truly believes she would outsmart everyone (except the golden child Amanda). Beware of the narcissists out here ya'll. It is life or death. RIP Gary--great guy 😢
We always speak about females victims of abuse but there are a lot of victims who are males!
She had paradise and it wasn’t good enough. Now she’ll spend the rest of her life in prison.
This was a watch-to-the-end video. Thanks for that added touch.
It amazes me how people can have so much in their lives and be so unfulfilled. WTH?
Gary worked so hard for all this and a very controlling woman ruined it all. What hits hard is the fact he lived like a lodger in a home he worked hard for, that's really sad. It's really haunting looking at that burn site in such quite woods😢😢.
That patio door near hot tub is where he was shot as he was coming out ….its my theory how the bullet ended up in the family room the bullet passed through him and he fell on the patio, then she got him on a tarp and pulled him with a horse or tractor or the 4 wheeler and she power washed the patio clean. She was up all night for two nights. Think about it, because she was such a neat clean freak she didn’t want mess in her house.
Read my comment tell me if I am wrong. Just my theory
😂😂😂what did this woman gain killing her husband.. NOTHING!
Wow the grass around the home is so beautiful it looks like carpet.
she had everything what a beautiful home and property she totally did it, she got him out there with a tractor or atv or some type of vehicle,
I think I missed something…why are they saying he was shot in the basement? Couldn’t she have shot him at the burn pile?? She was angry he was doing burning….
Or a horse.
@@GinaAllen-fd6whThere was a bullet found in the basement with Gary’s blood and flesh on it.
@@KasarijaHe probably ran out, and died outside. Then she dragged him to the pile.
He was probably shot in the basement but was still alive & then forced to the burn pile at gunpoint then shot again & fell on the burn pile.
Can’t figure out why anyone would have a burn pit that close to the house among tall trees? Would seem safer to burn in an open area. Weird
We don’t light a fire pit without attending it.
Having everything is not enough for Melody Farris. Why she didnt just get divorced, she would have got half, half wasnt enough she wanted everything
Those poor new owners. My gosh! Imagine having jurors, a judge, law enforcement, and lawyers walking your property for a previous murder on the premises.
Such a beautiful property but I’m not sure I could ever live there knowing someone was murdered there.
High heels? What a liability.
The daughters couldnt save money and get married here at that stunning property?
I was thinking the same thing
MELODY PROBABLY WOULD’NT ALLOW IT….
Didn’t want people in HER HOUSE !
How did no one notice the fire? Even the grandchildren who snuck into the hot tub at night-it’s right there. This whole case is so strange.
A beautiful place to live.Scott had a big job caring for the property. A very sad case. Melody must pay for this horrific thing she did to her husband of 38 years. RI P Gary 💙
She destroyed her entire family of 6, she had a beautiful family, beautiful life, she didn’t deserve none of it! My heart aches for all four of her grown children.
I guarantee she is regretting what she did, she is probably begging God to reverse time. Only now is when she probably realizes she destroyed her own life with her actions. She is finally being forced to sit and listen to what her life was and all the drama and turmoil that she, herself caused in this family. She deserves to spend the rest of her life in prison for what she has done to Gary. He didn’t deserve this!!
It’s like the rooster had a story to tell. He had a Birds Eye view. What a lovely piece of property. RIP Gary .
Judge Cannon walking up the hill reminded me of Colonel Sanders
hahaha Yes!!
I was actually thinking of Gary !!😭
He wears an open neck shirt in Court, very casual, but that is a nice show of respect to put on a suit and tie to visit the site.
Scott earned his keep by taking care of estate: he deserved to be paid a regular wage, Scott was not a free-loader.
He ran when he seen melody trying to shoot him it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that
Wow a beautiful farm, it looks like it would be really dark out there so someone must have seen the fire burning!!! And if someone was out there you wouldn’t be able to see them, just my opinion, the person had to have known the property well enough to be out there in the dark
Money can't buy happiness or a good soul.
Good to get the perspective from the house to the burn pile. It was all in a down hill grade. I think she used the tractor but she could have pulled a heavy body down on a tarp.
Tractor a horse...
She's a small woman. I don't see how she could've moved him herself.
@@lizzierose007 great thinking. That is the first time I have heard that theory. 👏🏻
@@karendharrison I personally think she used the tractor. 😊
@@kimjohnson3918 could she get the tractor between those pillars to the basement area? But I think he was alive inside and ran out
even the rooster telling
Its not that far from the house.. such a beautiful place.. what an absolute tragedy
Melody was so jealous of even her own children getting simple money from Gary! They have all said it! EVEN AMANDA. Gross old lady. Men run if ever come in contact of her!
So sad that such a horrific crime could happen at such a beautiful property!😢
The DA knew about this trip to the site, yet she wore heels?
What a magnificent picture-perfect piece of property.
Beautiful place!
Look at those manicured lawns 😮
Too bad chickens can’t talk!
I hope the chicken coop was searched for the gun and where the horses and goats were kept in. Was there a manure pile on the property at the time? People could hide things in manure piles.
That’s why they are called chicken 🤣🤣
What a magnificent property and she gave it all away, for what ?!?! So sad, he gave her everything....and yet she hated him.
Can you imagine if he didn't die by the gun?? And was in that fire?
So sad
After the shot, he stumbled outside and she used ATV to put him there. OR, she used a horse to drag him there...there was no astro turf at that time and it's downhill
My theory too
Oh and on the patio any blood or tissue was pressure washed away!
Greed
