    • @sythmc8600
      @sythmc8600 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@PH_1964 - I was a bit concerned until I listened to the tapes the jury asked to hear again. I think hearing them a second time was helpful for the state.
      For example, Melody didn’t disagree with Rusty that she’d told him “He’s on the burn pile.” If someone asked me if I said that, my immediate response would be, “I said no such thing.” A few minutes later she says, “I may have said, Gary’s burning at the burn pile.” Except, it’s late at night. He’s not starting a fire, leaving it and going to bed.
      There was also Rusty’s interview with the police. He was not coerced. They hadn’t threatened him - easy, comfortable conversation the jury heard but when he later talks to Melody in that call I mention above this, he lies to her - saying, “they threatened me …” so the jury now sees he 1) wanted to speak to police and did so NOT under any threat but 2) lied to Melody because he didn’t want to deal with her wrath. But even better is that while speaking to his attorney alone the attorney asks, “Anything else?” He says, “Nope. That was all she said.” He confirmed it without saying, “I hope they stop harassing me or keep trying to implicate me.” More proof he was just getting it off his chest.

    I think Melody Farris shot her husband Gary in the foot or hand to get him to walk outside himself. Then she shot him where she made him walk, which was to the burn pile. That way she didn't have to move his body since he was so big. That's the only other explanation of why there was some blood in the house, but not enough that killed him and it explains how Gary got out to the burn pile.

He didn't see that one coming from his mother neither did Chris and Emily . Shame on mom for throwing Scott under the bus and hurting Chris and Emily as well. I think that Melody had help she could have rolled , Gary, down the slope, or use one of the horses she said were out. I mean do horses get out of their stall and walk about?
