It's why they have urgently started the " We are not Africans " campaigns , lol . If you have noticed . They don't want black americans having any options . They want them to remain where they are .
Hi Jasmine, nice to see you in south Africa.I am Ghanaians, but I prefer to move to south Africa because they have affordable homes and good infrastructure. I hope you will still be there next month. Btw, where in south Africa are you located.?
Two things, R3.5 million is waay to much for that property, the owner knows it hence willing to negotiate. Secondly, your Uber driver doesn't know what he's talking about, thousands of people move to johannesburg every week. What is true is that it is a buyer's market due to higher interest rates and ppl selling their homes they can't afford anymore. What is also true is that in the over R2 million range, it becomes more of a buyers market due to the fact that SA doesn't have a big middle class.
All African countries are beautiful and have a lot to offer but from what I'm seeing i think they're finding South Africa easy to transition into. There's also a lot that are moving to other African countries and are loving it
South Africa 🇿🇦 gives a soft landing to the continent of Africa compared to many countries in Africa obviously due to that South Africa is quite developed in terms of infrastructure and also has many Western comforts
Feels like half of America will be moving here over the next few years😂

Out of curiosity, why does everyone from the USA come to SA when they move to Africa? So many countries in Africa.
People move to wherever they want to move to. They also go to other African countries too

The transition is easier, as SA is more similar to USA than other African countries
