Hi there! I am sooo glad I decided to scroll down to your older videos after finding your page today -- so dope to learn that you are my Spelman Sister! My first time in SA was for my semester study abroad in the spring of 2020 in CPT. I did short trips to Durban and Joburg while I was there... but of course covid interrupted and brought me back home to Atlanta prematurely. 4 years later and the desire to move back to SA has never left me, and I've recently decided to start the process of to relocating to Johannesburg to work/live there full-time. Thank you SO much for sharing your journey, it's inspirational and super informative for someone like me. That penthouse is not worth that R18m/ $1M , you can get an extremely beautiful house in a secure estate for that much and have change to buy a used Porsche. I get its the area and all but why would you be buying in that area would be the question.
